Iā€™m so happy so show you guys my new hiit routinešŸ˜.A quick routine which will kill but so worth it getting sweaty foršŸ„µ

As always all you need is your sweet self, a timer and a mat and I always say have some music too. 
There are six moves which I recommended doing 3-4 times with 40 seconds on and 20 off. If you feel like your getting a littler fitter and want to kill your self completely šŸ˜‚ try 40 seconds on and 10 seconds off. 
The exercise are šŸ”“Frog jumps šŸ”“Squat and squat jump šŸ”“Lunge and kick ( try and do ten on one leg and then move to the other leg ) šŸ”“Shoulder taps šŸ”“Side jumps šŸ”“Plank to alt toe touch

ErnaĢˆhrung laĢˆuft auch . Momentan liege ich meist bei 50-70g Kh. DafuĢˆr hab ich die Proteine hochgeschraubt., circa 1,8g pro Kilo KoĢˆrpergewicht.Beim Fett achte ich weiterhin auf mindestens 1g pro Kilo KoĢˆrpergewicht. Ganz wichtig auch viel Wasser trinken. Ich versuche wirklich mindestens 3 Liter taĢˆglich zu trinken.
Momentan gehts mir wirklich gut damit.

šŸ¦µšŸ¼Knee health workout from Monday. Phone died when recording the back squats. I was happy I was able to do full range of motion nearly pain free. I have been doing so much load on my knees lately and they still feel pretty good. Still making progress everyday.

The fitness industry is overwhelmingly white. I have been ignorant to this fact. Speaking from personal experience, I have predominantly only followed white fitness influencers. This isnā€™t right. You know you have gained an adequate amount of muscle mass when your low-resolution front camera is able to capture your upper & lower body abs in a bad lighting indoor even after dinner.šŸ˜…šŸ˜…I wish to share with you on how to enjoy food while maintaining your body but I am not sure which area of topic I should start with. Food? Balanced nutritions? Workout schedule?

Week 5 Full Body āœ… kicked my butt! Those Arnold presses are no joke, my shoulders definitely feel the burn!

I also started the couch-5k app today and did a run-walk workout. WOW. I canā€™t remember the last time I ran for 2.5 consecutive minutes without walking šŸ¤­ that was hard. Iā€™m so looking forward to running a full 5k without stopping in the future!
