Is there anything better than chocolate chip banana bread 😩🙌🏻 This gluten & dairy free banana bread is life changing people... trust me 🍌🍫 #dEATS 👉🏻 2 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup melted peanut butter, 3 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of vanilla, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp baking soda, 1/3 cup of coconut flour, 1 cup of oat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/3 cup of dairy free @lilys_sweets_chocolate chocolate chips, and 1 banana for the top (doesn’t have to be spotted or anything). Mix/mash all ingredients together, pour into a lined loaf pan, top with a whole banana sliced in half and more chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes! SO good people 😍

Focusing on future issues stresses us out, makes us feel like we are helpless, and can cause chaos and panic in our minds. Then we get so caught up in trying to figure out the future, we forget the present. Instead, start taking things step by step. Focus on what you can do NOW and tell yourself you’ll worry about the obstacle in the distant future when it presents itself. There’s nothing you can do to change that obstacle in this moment, all you can do is help get through your current obstacles. You also don’t know what your life will be like when the future obstacle presents itself, so why think so much about it when the entire situation might change? Learn to live your life in the the present. The future will come whether or not you want it to. And when it does, you’ll be ready for it. .

I’m about to relax for the night, but before I do - I thought I’d share with you one of my nightly routines. ✨ I ALWAYS create a goal list for the following day. Not a “to-do” list, because it can give off negative vibes. (And we don’t like that here. 😏)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨Instead, I focus on my GOALS for tomorrow✨Things I want to accomplish, what I’m working towards, (even if it is things I have to do.) 😝 Try creating nightly goal lists for the following day and let me know what ya think. 先生のプロ魂は半端なく、私が1番緊張する人です🤣
大会を目指す目指さないは関係なく今後もグループレッスンに通って女子力アップ目指します🙇‍♀️😊 .
色々練習してきた事は緊張してしまうとすっとんでしまい、つっこみ所が多すぎるけども☺️💖
それも含めて自分のレベル🙋‍♀️

また大会にトライする時がきたら、緊張しても身体が勝手に練習してきたまま発揮できる様やりこむしかない☺️💕

大会前夜の後ろ姿♡
.
絞りが全く足りてなかったと反省中🤣

でも健康的で普段通り生活するには
これくらいのボリュームが個人的には
好き😂💖

今後の課題はお尻大きくではなく、お尻の位置を変えること♡

くびれをつくるのではなく、くびれの位置を変える事♡
.
足をゴツくしたり、細くするのではなくまっすぐにする事♡
.
背中をボコボコにするのではなく、左右対象に整える事♡
.
2020年のボディメイクは
少し細かく女子力あげて綺麗なライン、
シュッとした感じで実は筋肉ある系を
目指していきます♡

I wish I knew the exact date I decided to start my journey because I'm at a mindset where compared to the beginning when I had to push myself and talk myself into working out and reminding myself why I should make the healthier choice.  Now I cant stop thinking about working out. I think about the moves I'm gonna do, my form, leg  placement, staying focus on my position. That pulsing tho! It's a motivational feeling.

I was scared of rejection.
I was scared that they’d laugh at me -especially when they were my age.

I promise that your life will change dramatically when you decide to 𝗚𝗢 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧. 💛This actually has become my motto for life a long time ago (remember that I’m 18- „long“= 2 years😂).
But I make sure to be the first to say „Good morning“, be the first to hold open the door for the old lady to pass, be the first to answer someone’s question if I’m able to.
People are 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗬. They just don’t want to take the first step. Because they’re just as scared of rejection as we are.

Faire un Régime l'une des choses les plus durs au monde combien de personnes oh combien de fois j'ai entendu à partir de lundi je commence un régime, y compris moi !

Surtout quand la nourriture est devenue un échappatoire dans les mauvais moments.. Quand on  se pèse et qu'on voit 145 kg on n'a qu'une seule chose en tête changer de style de vie et surtout maigrir !

C'est pour ça que j'ai décidé de me lancer si vous avez des conseils où juste des encouragements allez-y je suis ouvert à toute discussion en message privé ! Merci
