Can anyone else relate to eating out of boredom?!? 🙋🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I have always struggled with this and even more now than ever that quarantine is in effect

Even if I just ate a huge meal an hour later I still think I’m hungry and will go make myself a snack
-
Things that have helped keep me occupied to take my mind off of thinking about food:

Drink more water/ chug a glass, plan out 5-6 meals and snacks for the day ahead of time, walk outside, workout, read, yoga, play games, FaceTime friends and family, research interesting topics, clean and organize

While this has helped a ton I am not perfect and not everyday has been perfect

Yes, I have found myself deep in that bag of chips a few times but I don’t punish myself the next day. I just reset and refocus on my goals!! 💪🏼

Crazy times... ⚡Mein Kopf raucht und ich lerne jeden Tag Neues dazu... wie man online Kurse gibt, Videos bearbeitet und den online Auftritt aufbaut. Wenn ich sehe wie viele von euch zu Hause ihre Matte ausrollen und fleißig trainieren, werde ich erinnert warum ich das Ganze mache.
Es bereitet mir richtig viel Freude euch bei eurem Heimtraining zu unterstützen.
Wenn man von einer Sache überzeugt ist, 100% dahinter steht und dabei authentisch bleibt, ist man am richtigen Weg!

I read something the other day that pointed out that to maintain and progress during this time we will have to work 2x as hard as ‘normal’. Whether that be our work ethic (because it’s hard af right now to get in the zone and train/do anything), physically (challenging our bodies in ways we may have usually neglected), mentally (practice creativity and resourcefulness in our training/everything, THINKING twice as hard about what we are trying to accomplish). Either way, our mental resilience and commitment is being tested, but if we can show up for ourselves now, with 2x as much effort as normal, showing up in the future just as hard will yield even better results. 
Be creative. Be resourceful. Stay resilient. Stay committed. Persevere. When this is over, we’ll be twice as strong. 💪🏻❤️

Ciao Amici Fit vi presento il Work Out di oggi!!! 🤜Old Boy🤛. 💥Lavoreremo in modalità #tabata a ritmo di musica 🎧💥Avremo 40 minuti di fuoco 🔥 ad alta frequenza cardiaca lavorando duro su tutta la muscolatura 💥Lavoreremo in 10 blocchi ben studiati ed equilibrati per dare sempre il massimo 💥Ogni blocco sarà suddiviso da sette esercizi per un totale di 70 esercizi, riuscirai a farli tutti?💥Come sempre fai un sano spuntino con frutta e frutta secca almeno due ore prima, preparati una borraccia di acqua con sali minerali, perché suderemo molto e organizzati con una cena proteica per il recupero muscolare, posta la foto sul gruppo!💥Come sempre, ricorda di invitare tutti i tuoi amici!!!
