- Skill 2: Empujón estricto al apoyo. Fomenta la subida a fuerza desde apoyo de codos intentando crecer lo máximo posible durante el empujón ✔️

- Skill 3: Simular agarre de barra con mancuernas. Visualiza una subida más real cambiando el agarre sobre unas mancuernas bien alienadas ✔️

RECOMENDACIONES:

After yesterdays long session a slow EMOM was perfect today. I love EMOM’s as they’re effective, time-efficient and make my breaks only as long or short as the time left within the minute.
Give this a go:

I'm torn about tattoos. They're a wonderful form of artistic expression on one's body...but... certain ingredients in ink pigments are definitely risky.  For example, red pigment often causes the most skin reactions and is considered the most dangerous because it contains cadmium, mercury or iron oxide. But you can choose a red ink with naphthol instead. For purple, you can choose Carbazole or Dioxazine for this pigment, and try to avoid manganese violet. For yellow, choose Arylide or Tumeric based pigments. For blue and green, copper phthalocyanine pigments are the safest choice, specifically Monoazo for green and sodium-based for blue. For brown, watch out for iron oxide, and for black, avoid animal-based inks that are often referred to as “India Inks" (it is better to use black ink derived from logwood and magnetite crystals). ⁣

Tattoo inks will likely never be called 100%-safe, all-natural, healthy additives that are good for the human body, BUT, there are decent brands out there that are making strides to have less toxins in their ink, including @painfulpleasures. Alla Prima Tattoo Pigments, Arcane Tattoo Ink, Bloodline & Skin Candy, Eternal Ink, Inenze Tattoo Ink, Formula 51, Kuro Sumi, Mom’s Millennium Inks, Sacred Colors, and Starbrite Inks.⁣

Single leg calf raises for today. Doing these are great to help your non-dominant side gain strength. I use my other foot for a tiny push at the end of my reps to make sure I get them done properly.
*Doing these with time under tension today, 4 second negative and short pauses on the stretch and contraction to put emphasis on form. By using this much time under tension you are forced to do weight that is proper for the reps you are doing.

This week, we’re incorporating the resistance band with... handles! 🙌🏾 These bands can be used for just about everything but today, I’m demonstrating a few simple upper and lower body moves for any first timers out there 😉
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I literally popped myself in the mouth trying to do some fancy trick for y’all 🥴🤕 and thought, “hmmm... that’s my sign to keep it simple!!” You can make exercises harder by using a heavier resistance or spreading your feet further apart pulling the band tighter. Stay safe out there 🙃

Complete 4 rounds and throw in 10 minutes of cardio after 🏃🏾‍♀️

15 Bicep curls

La importancia del descanso deportivo es un elemento más del “triángulo deportivo del éxito” (ejercicios-comer-descansar bien), ya que “hemos de dar la misma importancia al descanso y a la nutrición que al entrenamiento del atleta, tanto para mejorar su rendimiento como para disminuir el riesgo de lesión”, “el descanso es fundamental y, en muchas ocasiones, el mejor entrenamiento posible”. Pero no solo es Dormir, Dedica a ese día para ir a un spa,  Masajes, aceites esenciales, mascarillas, tratamiento con algas marina, aromaterapia, hidromasajes.

Así cualquiera, deja llamar al #coach para que me ponga más días de descanso .
