2 1/2 large ripe mashed bananas 
2 eggs 
2 tbs maple syrup 
2 tbs @maranathanutbutters PB 
Splash of vanilla 
2 cups gluten free oat flour 
1/3 cup coconut sugar 
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda and powder *topped mine with banana slices, walnuts, and @lilys_sweets chocolate chips (THE BEST)
*mix wet ingredients, then add dry, top with toppings of choice, bake at 350 for 45 min*

“Keep taking time for yourself until you’re you again” -unkn. With all this uncertainty, it can be unsettling and downright scary. Part of the fear can sometimes be taking the time to go inward and realize that there are some internal things that you’ve struggled to come to terms with or even change (if that’s something you want). Day-to-day it can be “easy” to give into things that compromise yourself.  Always know that you deserve to give yourself time to find yourself again.  And hang on to that person with conviction. Because in the end, only you get hurt when you compromise yourself. YOU are amazing the way you are.  On a side note, with all this hand-washing, make sure you’re replenishing the moisture in your skin with some good lotion. This will prevent or minimize the breakage in skin cells. 15 правил стройности, о которых не рассказывают!!! ⠀Если вы хотя бы один раз в жизни пытались похудеть, то уже наверняка замечали: в интернете много информации, а ни одна диета не дает стабильного результата. ⠀
Это все точно похудели 5 кг, а плюсом +8кг.
1. Начинайте утро с 1 стаканов воды, выпитых натощак, можно добавить в них пару капель лимонного сока. Это поможет запустить метаболизм и убережет вас от чрезмерно калорийного завтрака.
2. Завтрак начинайте через 10-15 минут после того, как выпили воду. Лучшие продукты для первого приема пищи - вареные яйца и самые разные каши, зелени.
3. Если вы хотите похудеть, еду лучше не запивать. Воздержитесь от питья на 30 минут после приема пищи. Это позволит ей усваиваться быстрее.
4. Забудьте про то, что нельзя есть после шести. Идеальное время для ужина начинается за 3-4 часа до сна.

People tell me all the time “I don’t want to deadlift.” Ok, good luck moving a couch, or picking up a box, or lifting anything off the floor ever⁣

Don’t want to squat? How about getting in and out of a chair?⁣
⁣
The point is, movement is movement. The human body only knows these things, and no matter what movement you are doing or where, it has to fall into one of these categories⁣
⁣
It makes sense then, that we would want to train and progress the patterns, so that we can become better that them. Not only will it make you strong and sexy AF, it will make you healthy, resistant to sickness and injuries, and a plethera of other benefits.⁣

This is why a proper exercise program will train these specific patterns, in different ways, with different methods, from different angles, etc.⁣

Just thought I’d pop on a wholesome and relaxing video to help ease the tension.
I know that this is known in general and I’m a bit late to the bandwagon on posting a stereotypical ‘how to make yourself feel better’ post, but I’m gunna do it anyway😂, because I have found it useful and I hope you do to!🥰👍
I have been interested in wellness and exercise for about over a year now and I personally find a really early morning walk, run or home workout wakes me up and makes me feel good about myself💪.
I have also been doing yoga for a year on @adrienelouise youtube channel and I have found it really helps my strength, mental state and balance. I recommend starting her 30 day yoga journey. 
Also my mum made @adrienelouise yogi tea for the first time the other day and it was deliciousssssss😍. It really helps with mental health, the immune system, digestion and nervous system. Adding a bit of apple juice or honey really brings out the flavour👌.

I’ve been working remotely for almost 6 years. I’ve joked to a few friends that in a sense it feels as if I’ve been somehow preparing for this new “social distancing” way of life.⁠
⁠
The truth is, I’m not sure anything could have prepared me for this new way of life. But in a lot of ways, my days are generally unchanged.⁠
⁠
The biggest difference is: my house now HAS to be spotless before I’m in a calm enough to be productive. My sister and roommate is a nurse currently working at two different hospitals and whether she’s at home or not I’m constantly thinking about ways to clean and prep our home to keep us both safe. ⁠
⁠
Anyway, despite years of experience, I am struggling now along with everyone else who’s trying to work from home for the first time. Struggling to stay energized and focused throughout the day.⁠
⁠
Funnily enough when these photos were taken last month @altsummit I was feeling all kinds of energized and focus. 💫⁠
⁠
I don’t know who needs to hear this (if anyone) but, it’s okay to give yourself a little more time to accomplish your goals. Or to shift gears into something that requires less energy until you feel ready.⁠
⁠
One of my favorite things about working remotely and independently all these years is the ability to work in alignment with my own energy. I’ve used “making things happen creatively” as my motto these past years and it’s never been more true.⁠

It's a good thing the more you use creativity the more you have.⁠🧠⁠

Here are four things that are helping me keep it moving this week: ⁠

1.) #vitamin up

Ingredients
450 ml white rum
600 ml filtered grapefruit juice
100 ml chatreuse syrup

Method
Mix all the ingredients well and store in freezer for about 10 minutes. Use 120 ml stir and serve. Pour the measure into preferably a Nick and Nora and vitamin game up.

2.) G.O.G (#Ginger #Orange #Gin) Collins cocktail

Ingredients
60 ml Gin
3 pcs. Ginger
60 ml fresh orange juice
15 ml Honey water (2:1 honey to water)
15 ml lime juice
6-9 cube Ice

Method
Pour all the ingredients in preferable a collins glass. Garnish: orange slice and ginger slice
