It’s quite obvious that working out affects you physically, but it can also have a huge impact on your mind 💭

For me personally I think it helped me in so many ways. First of all it taught me that the more time and effort you put into something, the more you will get out of it and it works that way with almost everything in life ✨

But the most important thing is that it completely changed the relationship I have with my body. I appreciate my body so much more, because fitness showed me what my body is capable of. I noticed that when I look in the mirror I never really pick on the things I don’t like anymore. I truly just appreciate my body the way it is and that’s not just due to the fact that I changed my body through fitness. It’s because of the change in my mindset. Fitness kind of forces you to work together with your body and through that I learned to respect it so much more, instead of criticizing it ❤️🥰

✨Alphalete review✨

As requested.. this is my honest alphalete review!! I bought the ‘Halo leggings’ in vivid blue and black.

I absolutely loveeee the blue colour! Definitely my favourite pair, I also really want the hot pink ones!

At first I held the leggings up to me and thought wtf they’re so small, I’ll never fit in them🤦🏼‍♀️but the leggings are so stretchy!

I tried these leggings for a full body session, and they held pretty well! They are so flattering, and make the booty look good🔥

They’re squat proof and did not fall down (on me)! I believe they’re true to size as well!
I also love how the logo is knitted in so it won’t peel off! Just an extra touch I thought was nice!

The complaints I have is the price, they’re very expensive for leggings, £51 but they’re a high quality legging! 
The leg length is a lil too long for my preference as I prefer a 7/8 legging look but they’re a full length legging.

For reference, I’m wearing xs, I’m 5’3 and wear size 6.

9/10, defiantly worth saving up for or asking from Santa for Christmas!🔥 (Not an ad or gifted)

Līdz CF nonācu pirms tam izmēģinot ļoti daudz ko citu, klasisko gym, visdažādākas kopējas nodarbības (pilates,aerobika) un pilnīgi nekas, mani neuzrunāja, jo bija vienveidīgi un garlaicīgi, nebija sajūtas, ka ir izaicinājums pašai sev. Ar CF ir tā, ka arī pēc trīs gadiem ir tik daudzi vingrinājumi kuri vēl jāapgūst , ir ko macīties un kur augt. Building strength and improving on mobility is equally important. Spent  an hour on strength training, incorporated stability and mobility work in between, wrapped with 20 min stretching for lower back and hip.

Scroll right for one of my favourite strength and mobility drills. Tricep push ups to child pose, train not only the shoulder, chest, triceps and core but also the hip mobility. Try!

This sounds so simple but it’s so true! In my years of being a body coach I have see incredible changes in people’s health just by changing the way they eat! Your body is like a machine and needs the correct foods to be healthy and function to the best if its ability . If you feed it mostly crap , it just can’t do its job to look after you , and we only get one body to live in the whole of our lives. Doing Hanging Leg Raises, if you haven’t tried them I totally recommend you should💪🏻💪🏻.

In order to get your abs to show you HAVE TO lower your body fat %.

Diet has to be key🍎🥦🥑🥒🥦 ( as much as you don’t want to hear it)

Use cardio as a TOOL to help you get there.

My programming has been nothing exciting, but has been brutal as hell with compound hypertrophy. Taking a twist of inspiration from @strongmannick by doing shit ton of volume. 10x5 60 sec rest on both Deadlifts and SSB Squats is enough to floor you! But it's exactly what I need. The Arnold events are boring as hell to me, and don't need any real skill or conditioning, but this should help prevent injury as training gets heavy. Everyone's complained Strongman isn't heavy enough, and seems most just want powerlifting with odd objects. Seems the powers that be listened, so the events are just straight heavy and lack dynamics from what these contests used to be. Not the sport I fell in love with, but we'll see where things go from here!

I didn't want to start posting again until I was sure I can keep a steady momentum. I'm in a much better place now. My schedule have gotten better too. I've been up and down and up and down and up and down. Although recently I lost 13 pounds and felt great, but seeing myself in a dress a couple weekends ago was very depressing. It was a reminder of just how much work I still have ahead of me. People tell me all the time I look fine. It's not about what others think. It's what I think of myself and what I feel comfortable with. Emotional ups and downs have deterred me but I sought help. Mental health is just as important as physical health. I'm in a much much better place in so many ways now and I'm ready to finish what I started!

ah so some honesty time. when i first started this account i’d been dumped by who i literally thought was the absolute love of my life. he was 10x more good looking than me, he was big and muscular and well, i wasn’t. I felt bad cause i knew he deserved a much better looking girl, so i decided to work hard to become that girl for him, even after he left me. I didn’t diet correctly, i was eating about 500 calories daily, doing swim practice and a workout every day, and i lost the weight as you can see in my very first posts, but i regained it, and it just made me sadder. at some point in the aftermath i just told myself i had 6 months to change before he left for boot camp, so it was okay if i took it slow. but the worry of him finding someone else during that time still worried me. I don’t know when, but after healing a bit i just came to terms that he wasn’t gonna come back. nothing i did was going to bring him back to me. so if i’m doing this now, it’s to become the most beautiful version of myself, one where i become so irresistible that the thought of dumping me is never an option. Now, i’ve lost 11 pounds the healthy way, eating at around 1500 calories daily and exercising the way i do. I feel good, and i don’t feel guilty, and i know i’ll reach my goal someday soon.

I won't be doing before and after photos as in exposing my body to the world in a half-naked manner, to "show my results" (God won't have it. It's not my thing anyways.), so you'll just have to take my word for it. I really feel a difference already.
