Have you ever wanted to wake up early before work to get in a workout, but you’ve always been “too tired”? Because same. But today I stopped making excuses for myself, and I got up early, and went to the gym.

And all I can say, is I wish I put my priorities first sooner, because WOW it felt good.

So let me tell you the cold hard truth.

Stop making excuses for yourself.

If you want to get up early to go to the gym, do it.
If you want to pay attention to your nutrition, do it.
If you want to drink more water, do it.
If you want to graduate early, do it.

Or, don’t.

But don’t complain about things that ARE in your control.

We often take for granted the opportunities we have at our hands, and we often don’t take them on when we don’t think we’re strong enough.

So whatever makes you thrive as your best self, take it on with your whole self. 💛✨🌻

I don't know what's more disturbing... how well my bald head fits this photo or the way people casually use the  words Syn around foods

Sin (Noun) - an immoral act considered to be a transgression against divine law

To Sin (Syn) questions your morality or the morality of foods 😣

To associate morality with food choice is dangerous and quite frankly something that should be banned
.
When foods are banned, 'bad' or forbidden, we tend to abstain for a period of time but when we are exposed or tempted are unsure how to behave  and can lead to overconsuming, binging or negative feelings when you eat it...
.
Think Adam and Eve with their forbidden fruit 🍎
.
There are no Sinful foods
There are no Bad foods
....
There is just food
.
Maybe you need to evaluate the way you use, behave or feel about certain foods
.
You have unconditional permission to choose to eat (or to choose not to eat) ANY and ALL food
.
Yes eating some foods such as vegetables, legumes, fruit and protein would probably improve most peoples health
.
But so would removing guilt and shame around others
.

Darf sie das? 🤔 Ja, ich hab’s mir in Köln ordentlich gut gehen lassen 🙈 bei dem viel zu guten Angebot an gutem Essen, ging das aber irgendwie auch nicht anders. Man will ja alles mal ausprobieren 🤷🏻‍♀️ und ja, das hat sich auch auf der Waage gezeigt. Allerdings ist das alles schon wieder runter und ich denke der November wird daher dennoch erfolgreich 😉 als ich vor jetzt schon 2 Jahren radikal angefangen habe, hätte ich sowas vermutlich ausgelassen 🙄 dafür hab ich mir dann dieses Jahr wieder viel zu viel gegönnt und die Quittung kam auf der Waage sehr deutlich! Daher versuche ich das alles jetzt ausgeglichener anzugehen ☺️ wo ich noch nicht wieder richtig drin bin, ist das Training seit ich wieder zu Hause wohne 😫 hoffe ich bekomme das noch hin, es hat nämlich eigentlich gut angefangen 🤦🏻‍♀️ .

The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan

So many times, I hear clients say that they miss not being able to have a “treat” whilst on plan. More often than not, when they say this, they are usually referring to food (more specifically, unhealthy, fatty foods) or alcohol. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t guilty of this occasionally too!

However, these are the things that have usually made us feel rubbish in the first place and are the reason we are on a diet!
When we eat unhealthy, fatty foods and drink alcohol, aren’t these the very things that can make us feel... fat...? Bloated...? Unhealthy...? Tired...? Sluggish...? So if we feel this way when we have a “treat”..... then what actually makes them a treat?
Why can’t we have something that will actually make us feel good about ourselves? This might be a nice healthy meal that we feel proud of ourselves for cooking and enjoying just as much as fast food.
Or what about treating ourselves to something that isn’t food? There are so many things that we can reward ourselves with, it doesn’t have to be food or drink! Here are 50 examples of non-food rewards.

Whoops already began eating before realising I hadn’t documented tonight’s dinner. 
It was in the low 40s here today so a simple and late dinner of Portuguese bbq chicken and salad. 
Plus I had snuck so many treats from @thesourcebulkfoods for dinner, that I’m probably going to struggle to finish off my dinner tonight 😜

Food form is really important to make sure your not injuring yourself and that your targeting the right muscles 🙂 don't be embarrassed the gym should be a place for learning new things!

Christmas mincemeat flapjack ( meant to be lighter and soft but i love crispy homemade flapjacks so i stuck them back in oven 😋) and mini mince pies (this was the one i left out freezer for my partner to eat rest are frozen ready for christmas). All calorie counted and logged into mfp added protein and so tasty. From the middle picture, I then stopped working out & eating healthy again... I was probably heavier than I was in photo 1. In August 19, I decided I really needed to find a healthy relationship with food & my mind, because ‘yoyo dieting’ was not in the slightest healthy. I’m now feeling so much happier & embracing my life style change. 💃🏼 I’m excited to see another photo in 6 months. •

Post run breakfast and what a cracker it is.
Scrambled eggs, bacon medallions, mushrooms, baby plum tomatoes, 2 x low fat tesco sausages (4 syns) and 2 small slices of wholemeal toast HEb.

I'm into week 3 of the #couchto5k so I'm now running for 3 minutes at a time - sounds quite naff, but considering I've not really done any kind of cardio for about 18 years, it's going to take some time to get myself back into any kind of reasonable shape, but I'm doing it, I'm sticking to it and I'm finally beginning to enjoy it!! #wifetobe #couchto5k #exercise #selflove #foodoptimising #slimmingworld #slimmingworldbreakfast #slimminglunch

So many times, I hear clients say that they miss not being able to have a “treat” whilst on plan.  More often than not, when they say this, they are usually referring to food (more specifically, unhealthy, fatty foods) or alcohol. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t guilty of this occasionally too!

However, these are the things that have usually made us feel rubbish in the first place and are the reason we are on a diet! 
When we eat unhealthy, fatty foods and drink alcohol, aren’t these the very things that can make us feel... fat...? Bloated...? Unhealthy...? Tired...? Sluggish...? So if we feel this way when we have a “treat”..... then what actually makes them a treat? 
Why can’t we have something that will actually make us feel good about ourselves?  This might be a nice healthy meal that we feel proud of ourselves for cooking and enjoying just as much as fast food. 
Or what about treating ourselves to something that isn’t food?  There are so many things that we can reward ourselves with, it doesn’t have to be food or drink!  Here are 50 examples of non-food rewards.

So I wanted to save these photos until next Tuesday but decided it’s  #transformationthursday 🤣🤣 I bought this playsuit in a size 18 before I had surgery with the hope of wearing it on Christmas Day. As you can see from the photos on the right, it went on but definitely didn’t fit 😂 8 weeks later and it goes on! It’s a bit tight still but by Christmas it should be good. I’m so happy, I nearly cried. I didn’t think it would fit this soon and the changes in my body are blowing me away.
