I’m 28-years-old, 5’4”, 135lbs (maybe), training 3-4x a week for 30-60 minutes + I’m eating 2,500-2,600 calories. ⁣

Fool Proof Roasted Chicken
- [ ] 1/2 Cup butter
- [ ] 2 tablespoon rosemary
- [ ] 2 tablespoon parsley
- [ ] 1 teaspoon salt
- [ ] 3 garlic cloves minced
- [ ] 1 whole 5-6 pound chicken
- [ ] Red potatoes halved
- [ ] 2 medium onions

In a sauce pan, stir butter seasoning and garlic. Place chicken in roasting man and spoon the butter mixture over breast. Bake for 350 for 1.5 hours, basting frequently.

Recipe:
1. Add to a pan, 1 cup strawberries, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup milk of choice, 1 tbsp honey & 1/4 tsp vanilla. Cook until soft and combined.
2. Add to a bowl 1 cup oats, chia seeds & the strawberry mixture. Combine
3. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
4. Add a little more milk and microwave for 2 mins, add toppings and enjoy 💕

Shoulders, biceps and triceps - 3 big muscles and usually lifting heavy on shoulders for me means going light on the bus and tris.😃 that’s by my experience - if I go heavy in all three I’m toast for the next few days and dying of pain. Since athletes and celebs can afford not going to work or getting a massage everyday 🤩, it’s okay for them to go heavy.

As you learn more about what works for you, and still allows you to do the rest of the stuff you are supposed to do, you do you! Don’t compare yourself to how heavy someone else might lift or how bugged they look. The important thing is to see what works for you and helps you improve your life - and not curtail your life. Some amount of muscle tear is bound to happen no matter what weight you choose, but if you need days to recover, then you might need to rethink your strategy.

I know, for a fact, I could go heavier on most of the moves done today, but I also know, since I’ve done this workout thrice now, that I will be dead 💀 and will need to take a day off and go get me some TLC. 💆 but this busy mom of two, with a full-time job can’t do that - so I prefer going a little lighter and taking solace in the thought that I have at least grown stronger to be able to do things that I couldn’t at week 1. Become your better version, and there’s no need to compare yourself to anyone.
