So I have been feeling really down and disgusting about myself and I’m just not happy with my body anymore.. so after roughly a year and a half I have gone back to the gym it’s been hard so far, but already feeling much better for it! @marioboettcherpictures sehr bedeutsam,er hat mir nochmal klar aufgezeigt wie alles begann,was ich alles geschafft habe & womit ich unter anderem einem meiner Ziele näher gekommen bin.
Er ist ein erstklassiger und sehr charmanter Fotograf,in Zusammenarbeit mit meiner großartigen Make-Up Artistin @riz.lane waren wir ein starkes Team,ich danke euch🤗🙏🏼
Ich freue mich sehr darauf euch jetzt einige Bilder aus dieser Reihe zeigen zu können,denn ihr habt ebenfalls einen großen Anteil daran,habt mich immer unterstützt und mich motiviert. @freeletics 
40 kg habe ich nun hinter mir gelassen durch ein hartes,sehr vielseitiges Training und einer gesunden Ernährung.
Mein Körper ist verändert,aber ich war mir immer treu,bin noch immer der gleiche Mensch,mit Herz und jeder Menge Neugier auf das Leben.

Breakfast - weetabix chocolate and protein with semi skimmed milk. 
Lunch - second day chicken feta and spinach pasta with balsamic vinegar.
Dinner - another successful recipe from the #2chubbycubs book. Tonight we had the chicken and chorizo risnotto. Absolutely beautiful and Duncan loved it too.
Completed my second #rhworkout, got my 10k steps and smashed my protein goal. Struggled again with my fibre but I'm still finding my feet with macros etc. I'll get there x

- Weigh Day Wednesday and it’s 1.5 on for me this week which I’m dissapointed with- I spoke to my consultant and we talked through my meals etc and I explained I had been feeling under the weather so hadn’t really been fancying my syns or my normal sized portions and she has said I might not be eating enough? Not heard that one before has anyone else had this problem? 🤷‍♀️

1 year ago i decided enough was enough, i was over weight miserable and hating myself. So started the gym, i can't say I've been 100% consistent or I've eaten perfectly for the year but I've maintained over a 3 stone weight loss, gone from a size 16 into a comfortable 12. I'm onky  a few pounds away from pre-pregancy weight which i haven't been for over 9 years! I've kept my curves and toning up slowly. Can't wait to see where i am a year from now 👌

Hollyy Moley! What a day! On Sunday I did a little meal prep to get me through until Thursday. However I went to eat my lunch today and my chicken had gone green! 🤢 I couldn’t believe it! I had to dash out to find another healthy alternative to eat. Which also meant spending more money. (I’m trying so hard to save right now. )The rest of my day was incredibly hectic but when I got home I found out  my lovely dad had made some flapjacks. They worked out to be 8 points each but oh my it was a delight and joy to have! I had a consultation call with a lady this week

She was a bit quite at first and you could tell she was nervous

And after a bit of talking and making her feel comfortable and she started to open up more and more
-
You see everybody’s reason for wanting to lose weight but actually a lot of people have the same things in common
-
Some are very personal and it may take a long time of us building a trainer client relationship before they feel comfortable to tell me their deepest insecurities
-
But after only 10 mins on the phone this lady spilt the beans on her deepest insecurity
-
She felt so ashamed of herself and how she had let herself go that her and her husband haven’t had sex for 2 years
-
The last time being when they conceived their 3rd child
-
“It’s not because I don’t love him” she said
-
“My husband is very handsome”
-
“It’s because I’m ashamed of myself, I don’t feel comfortable being naked around him anymore, when we first met I was 3 dress sizes smaller then I am now”
-
“I’m not the same women he felt attracted to and now I can’t bare to bare it all in front of him and I’m worried it’s going to destroy our marriage in the long run”
-
“He would never say anything nasty or that it is effecting our marriage but I know if it goes on it will”
-
Quite often there is a very deep reason why someone seeks help and it’s nothing I haven’t heard or seen before so you should never feel ashamed
-
We had a chat, made her feel more positive about things and set up a plan moving forward so that she can once again feel comfortable in her own skin again

Schönen Abend wünsche ich euch , bin heute ja spät dran 🤭 kam aber heute später nachhause weil ich heute Abend eine tolle Massage Behandlung machen lassen habe . Habe seit einigen Tagen starke Nackenschmerzen und war heute wirklich froh darüber . Mein Mittagessen bestand heute aus vielen leckeren Zutaten die gerne esse 🙂 Rosenkohl angebraten mit leichten Schinkenwürfel , etwas Rührei dazu und eine kleine Kugel Skyrella von @lidlde . Für mich ein leckeres Mittagessen und passend in mein 16/8 Konzept.  Der ganze Teller hat folgende Werte 475kcal , 62g Eiweiß & 14,7g KH . 
So langsam tut sich auch wieder was am Stillstand der Waage von den letzten Wochen 🙄🤭 Hauptsache das Ziel vor Augen.  Wünsche euch einen schönen Abend 🙏🏻 *unbezahlte Werbung wegen Namensmarkierung *

My goals weren’t clear, I didn’t have a plan, I dreamt of achieving certain things but didn’t really commit to anything long enough to actually see it through. Someone once told me that the reason I was giving up was because I didn’t want it enough in the first place, that really stuck with me 😥!

There is no secret… There is the desire to make a change, real commitment to actionable goals, hard work, and not giving up! We all begin somewhere but we need to get out of our comfort zone and don’t let ourselves (or anyone!) get in the way of becoming who we want to be. Tonights push workout 🏋🏽‍♂️ My first time videoing and talking through some clips from the workout so bare with me guys, this is a whole new ball game to me 😅...

Give this a go the next time you’ve got a push session coming up and be sure to tag me @stumacfitness

Ex 1) Incline DB press - 4 sets x 12,10,8,6 
As you drop the reps the weight should increase. Be sure to push for that last 1 or 2 reps just shy of failure but not complete failure.

Ex 2) Flat bench press - 4 sets x 12,10,8,6
Same as above, start this with a weight you know you’ll get 12 or 10 reps at the beginning before adding on those extra Ibs for 6-8 reps. Sometimes having a spotter there to make sure you don’t fail is alway a bonus 💪🏽 Ex 3) Seated DB shoulder press - 3 sets x 12,10,8,6
Alternative to this if struggling would be keeping the weight the same throughout and aim for 6 reps each side.
This ones great as although we’re working each side unilaterally we’re engaging our core as well as lower back. Great all rounder instead of doing the basic press and also to switch things up from time to time.

Ex 4) Medial raises - 3 sets x 12 reps
Notice as I raise the dumbbells above my head there’s a slight tilt in the DB. Imagine yourself pouring out a water bottle at the top ever so slightly to cap off that part of the deltoid. Focus on a pause at the top then control on the eccentric part (3-4 seconds). Ex 5) Tricep french press - 3 sets x 12 reps
Pick a weight that you feel confinement with and are able to achieve 12 solid reps. Rest the dumbbell on top of the shoulder before taking round to back of head. Slowly lower the dumbbell for 3-4 seconds until reaching bottom of your neck then back up for 1 second on the concentric (way up). Ex 6) If you’ve still got some room left in the tank try these bad boys - walking handstands. Set out 2 cones and perform 5 times over 🔋🤸🏾‍♂️
