In particular for Arms! Heavy curls and heavy dips have been paying their dividends. Still taking a higher volume approach, but definitely been moving more weight also compared to the past. How I use the InBody H20N scale to guide my training. 
I've been using the InBody H20N scale for a while now! I absolutely love this scale, it's so convenient and so easy to track my total weight each morning. Here are a few ways you can use your progress from the InBody H20N to guide your training and diet depending on your goal.
Weight gain - The InBody H20N not only tracks your weight but also tracks your muscle mass and body fat percentage. When bulking or putting on weight, it's important not to get too carried away in the fat gain aspect. There is a point of diminishing returns and ultimately making it harder to burn off the body fat later. My general recommendation is to limit the amount of fat gain as much as possible to let your body focus on building muscle. If your body fat percentage is rising too fast your bulk might be too aggressive and you would then want to consider lowering your calories.
Fat loss - It's great to see the number on the scale drop each week it's kind of exciting to see the new low weigh-ins. BUT when losing weight you're inevitably going to be in a catabolic state and lose muscle in the process. The nice thing about this scale is that it will show you how much muscle mass you have. As you lose weight, try and make sure this number stays the same or at a minimum drop just slightly. If you notice that your muscle mass is decreasing too fast your diet might be too aggressive and ultimately ineffective. #ad #inbody

Tricep pushdowns are one of my go to tricep isolation exercises. There are various attachments you can use including this rope. I prefer the rope when Iโ€™m doing higher reps because it really enables you to get a strong contraction in your tricep at the bottom when you spread the rope. This will also emphasize the medial head of the tricep a bit more compared with a bar attachment or if you choose not to spread the rope although any tricep pushdown will still hit both heads. Try holding it for a second for an extra burn.

Jujur hampir gak pernah karna aku sangat menikmati fitness dan olahraga.
Walaupun aku udah latihan begitu lama selalu ada hal hal yang baru yang aku bisa belajar.

Kalau buat kamu yang mungkin lagi merasa males ngegym aku ada beberapa tips-tips supaya kamu jadi semangat lagi ๐Ÿค™

1. Coba berubah jadwal latihan atau trainingstyle
-hari ini begitu banyak variasi ada crossfit ada calisthenics dan lain lain jadi latihan kamu gak mesti monoton dan sama terus

2. Latihan sambil dengerin music
- ini favorite aku sih, aku selalu bawa headphones ๐ŸŽง ke gym supaya aku bisa dengar lagu-lagu yg bikin aku semangat dan yang aku enjoy

3. Gymbuddy
- ajak teman ngegym atau class biar gak sendirian dan jadi lebih rame pas latihan

4. Goals
-Goals membantu kamu untuk menjadi lebih semangat misalnya dalam 3 bulan aku mau turun 3kg.

5. Motivation is overrated - walaupun kamu ikutin semua yang ditulis disini pasti ada waktu dimana kamu merasa males untuk berolahraga tapi kamu gak harus merasa motivated, seperti quote nike berkata โ€œjust do itโ€ dari pada cari motivasi olahraga dilakukan aja .

DELTS & TRICEPS today. 
After decking my delts I moved to Triceps starting with a Close Grip bench press.  I ramped up to one max set hitting a PR. 
About 6 weeks ago I was stuck at this weight only hitting 8 reps and after a break, working on other movements over the weeks I came back to this lift hitting a PR๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ. Sitting at around 12% bf currently. Goal for next years comp is 7.5-8% bf (last year I sat at 8.8%) Still got abit left to go, but we working slowly while enjoying life at the same time.
