My top 4 apps that I use daily for fitness!💪🏼 1. MyFitnessPal - I use this for tracking my macro nutrient intake, at this point in my fitness journey I can pretty much intuitively eat and get fairly close to my macros but when I want to sharpen my game its my go to app for tracking food

2. InBody - I use this app in conjunction with my @inbodyusa H20N scale to keep track of my weigh ins and my progress. It tracks my body stats for me which is awesome! Link in my bio if you want to snag a scale code: liftingben10 saves you 10%

3. My online personal training app - I use my own app for all my workouts it’s just so handy to have all my workouts on my phone especially from a good coach 😉 (me) or if you're not one of my coaching clients you can type out your workouts in the notes on your phone and track your workouts that way👍🏼 Currently I’m full on clients but I’ll have some openings in December! DM me your email or the word “coaching” and I’ll get you some info on my online personal training!

Marcie zeigt Euch heute mal wieder eine Übung, bei der sich häufig eine falsche Ausführung einschleicht. 👉 PUSH DOWNS AM TURM 👈
Trainiert wird bei dieser Übung primär der Trizeps (dreiköpfiger Oberammuskel). Die Übung ist eine Eingelenkige Übung, weshalb also nur EIN Gelenk arbeitet - Das Ellenbogengelenk!

Ausführung:
➠ fester, hüftbreiter Stand
➠ Aufrechte Körperhaltung mit leichter Neigung des Oberkörpers nach vorne
➠ Ellenbogen befindet sich fixiert nah am Körper (bleibt an gleicher Position, ca. 90 Grad Beugung)
➠ Drückbewegung des Griffstücks / Stange / Seil vertikal nach unten
➠ Bei der Bewegung ausatmen
➠ Griffstück / Stange / seil wird langsam und kontrolliert wieder  nach oben gelassen, bis Startposition wieder erreicht ist (einatmen)

Bitte achtet darauf, dass Eure Schulter also fest fixiert ist. Dementsprechend ist nur Euer Unterarm in Bewegung. ☝️ Bei Fragen sprecht uns gerne an! :)
