I use to do arms twice a week I would split it like this๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ back and biceps one day and like two days later shoulders and triceps... since I switched up my training routine Iโ€™ve noticed I havenโ€™t been showing much love to my upper body but that stops as of now ! Mixing my old training in with my new training because Iโ€™m not neglecting any part of my body NO MORE ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ!! Anyways enough with my confession letโ€™s get to work๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ! Itโ€™s takes a time to see the body you envision, but once you start seeing the results youโ€™ll be addicted.

Working out with a trainer after an injury can be a great way to get back into the swing of things, but be honest about the extent of your injury. They will help you take your time and not overexert yourself. A trainer can also help you keep motivated as you slowly but surely work your way back to your previous level of activity.....

-Wanted to build to a heavy 4 rep bench. First video shows 340 lbs for 5 reps, then second video I wanted 4 but only got 3 at 350 lbs.
-6 sets of seated dumbell military press
-5 super sets of 10 slightly inclined dumbell flies, 8 weighted dips
-4 super sets of 10 high to low cable chest flies, 30 banded pull parts, 30 banded triceps press outs, 12 GHD sit ups.

Shoulders and triceps! Followed week 2 of @marillewellyn plan, and ohhhhhh man my arms are a shaking! I learned how to properly do a new exercise (skull crushers) and realized that my push-up game is so ridiculously non existent ๐Ÿ˜ญ but thatโ€™s okay! I have to remind myself that Iโ€™m getting back into lifting after about two years off. I canโ€™t expect myself to perform at the same level I was at right out of the gates! So tomorrow Iโ€™ll be back working on my weaknesses and making they my new strengths!

Shoulders and triceps! Followed week 2 of @marillewellyn plan, and ohhhhhh man my arms are a shaking! I learned how to properly do a new exercise (skull crushers) and realized that my push-up game is so ridiculously non existent ๐Ÿ˜ญ but thatโ€™s okay! Dips are awesome for triceps and lower chest. Itโ€™s common for people who struggle with dips to compensate by shortening their range of motion, flaring their elbows, and hunching forward. You should keep your back upright, elbows tucked, and use full range of motion. You donโ€™t want to go too low though or youโ€™ll likely hurt your shoulders. If you canโ€™t do them properly, you can start out with assisted dips or a dip machine if your gym has one. You could also start with pushups which are easier and hit most of the same muscles ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ.
