Да си поговорим за добавки 💪🏼
Сигурна съм, че 90% от спортуващите пият някакъв вид добавки- аминокиселини, л- карнитин, протеин и т.н. 
И в това няма нищо лошо, напротив, добавките са създадени именно, за да ни помагат и да ускоряват възстановяването, постиженията и представянето ни. Да, те са помощно колело, а не двигателят в цялото пътуване ⚙️
А често пъти се оказва, че не вършат никаква работа 🤷🏼‍♀️

Знаете ли защо? ❓

Защото пазарът е залят с боклуци, с неработещи евтини таблетки и пудри... Хиляди марки и всичките се избиват коя да е по- евтина. 🤦🏼‍♀️
И в крайна сметка се оказва, че харчите пари за нещо, което не струва почти нищо, а освен това е пълно с всякакви гадости- оцветители, пълнители, овкусители, подсладители, че поне на вкус да го докарват 🧪💊🔬

Цялата тази ситуация ме накара да осъзная, че искам да променя нещата. Искам да предложа на хората качествени неща, които наистина работят. Така се роди идеята за @premiumdobavki 🌟
Поредният магазин в онлайн пространството за хранителни добавки, но мисията му беше много по- различна от на всички останали и все още е! 
Всеки един продукт качен там е предварително проучен, за да съм сигурна, че е висококачествен и работи! 💯
Но все пак нещо липсваше, в България липсваха истински качествените световни марки... 😕

Именно това беше разковничето- исках да предлагам марка, която я няма в България, но се е доказала на световно ниво като една от най- добрите и с изключително качество. И така започнах да търся, да търся, да търся... 🔍  И достигнах до @ehplabs.

"Don't eat before bed bro the food turns to fat while you sleep" - we all know someone who has either said this, or believed it. I used to believe it. But that was then, and this is now.⠀⠀

And now we know that not only will eating before bed not cause you to gain weight (provided you're in a caloric deficit) but it can actually help you to lose weight! Time of day doesn't effect weight loss or gain, total calories do (Romieu et al 2017). And eating before bed can actually help with weight loss!⠀⠀

If you want to improve the quality of your sleep, eating carbs anywhere from 1 to 4 hours before bed can have a positive impact (Porter & Horne 1981). Getting better sleep is good for recovery, hormonal balance and energy, which will have a positive impact on your weight loss.⠀
⠀⠀
It's also been shown that pre-bed meals help you stick to your diet. If you're feeling full and satisfied then you're more likely to stick with your diet and therefore maintain your overall calorie deficit (Hill et al 2012). Greater adherence to your diet means faster and more sustainable weight loss.⠀
⠀⠀
Fats have been shown to have a negative impact on your sleep (Grandner et al 2010) . So your pre-bed meal (should you decide to have one) should prioritise protein and carbs. It should also minimise liquids as they'll be more likely to wake you up in the night to pee.⠀

These are just some simple examples of pre-bed meals/snacks you can try that tick the boxes of protein/carbs and low in fat. By no means are they hard-line must haves. Likewise, if you prefer to not eat before bed - then don't. Ultimately it's what fits best with your lifestyle and preference!⠀

There is never any harm in reminding you that no food should be off limits. The trick to long term sustainable weight loss and maintenance is a diet which includes the foods you enjoy.⠀⁣⠀

Depending on the day of the week and who's social media you're checking, it seems that there's a never ending cycle of foods that are now "bad". ⁣⠀
One quick flick through my feed this morning was telling me that fruit makes you fat, meat poisons you, vegetables are bad for brain, dairy will kill you, and that sugar is making you pile on fat. Aside from the fact that these are all absolute bullshit - they are proof of a tendency people have for extremes. You can only eat this or that, must exclude this, have to be super strict. Less and less people are advocating for balance.⁣⠀
⁣⠀
Balance is about eating plenty of nutrient dense foods that our bodies need to function well, and also eating some less nutritious foods (if you enjoy them) that we need for our mental health and social lives. ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
We have an emotional relationship with our foods,  certain foods evoke certain memories, many of our cultures, traditions and social lives are built around food. So don't ignore it or deny yourself that. Health is more than physical - it's mental too.⁣⠀
⁣⠀
Enjoy these foods in moderation as part of an otherwise balanced diet and you can't go wrong.⁣⠀

So apparently we live in a time where someones perception of a food is what determines it's caloric value or how "healthy" it is.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Ask a random selection of people which of these is "good" or "bad" and the majority is going to go against Nutella. The delicious, heart warming chocolate hazelnut spread that will always have a special place in my heart - definitely junk and if you eat it you're a fat slob. The all natural, organic, less delicious cocoa and hazelnut spread - definitely good and you are the epitome of health and wellness.⠀⠀
⠀
But look at the nutritional information - the "bad" snack is lower in calories. So, from a fat loss point of view, it's actually better than the so called "good" alternative.⠀
⠀
You want Nutella, (who doesn't) but it's deemed a "bad" food, so you choose the alternative. The "good" food is higher calorie, but most importantly - it isn't the one you wanted. So it feels like a compromise and doesn't satisfy the craving you had in the first place. You feel deprived of what you want - this is an unhealthy relationship to have with your foods.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
And yes, Nutella is heavily processed and doesn't have as many nutrients as the alternative. But fat loss comes down to calories in vs calories out not how processed a food is or how much sugar it has.⠀
⠀⠀
If you can fit one of these in your daily macros, you can fit the other - so where is the benefit in seeing the one you want, that fits your macros as being "bad". This is what we mean when we talk about balance - incorporate the foods you like and enjoy your diet - that's how you see success.⠀⠀

And yes, Nutella has palm oil, which is shitty for the Orangutans. That's not what this post is about, before you ride into the comments on your high horse.⠀

Pooping - one of the few topics people don't wanna discuss on social media these days. But it's something that needs to be addressed all the same and yes - we all poop, it's nothing special.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Many people when dieting, especially in low carb and flexible style diets, experience some constipation. It's nothing to be embarrassed about - you're just poopin less or it's more difficult to poop. Why? Well usually because you're not getting enough fibre. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Fibre is important - for plenty of reasons like lowering cholesterol, controlling blood sugar, helping you lose weight and it might even help you live longer. It also helps you to poop, both more easily and more regularly - which is great. Why are all these foods good for helping constipation? Because they are high in fibre!⠀⠀
⠀⠀
And a side note - every body is different. While we all do in fact poop, we don't all poop the same. Always remember to listen to your body and go with what feels best for you. Me personally, I'm a 2 poops a day kinda guy, pretty much on clockwork too. You, well maybe you're once a day in the evenings, or in the mornings. Everyone's different. I've seen some "coaches" claiming that if you're not pooping within 30 mins of waking up then something is wrong - nonsense - everyone is different so that rule can't be applied to everyone. Always focus on how your body feels, that's what's best for you.⠀⠀
