C’est ce que j’aime le plus chez les athlètes ! Les belles épaules 😳 #nonjenesuispasfetichiste 😂 et le travail d’Overhead, clean, snatch, handstand, DU ... bah mes épaules sont en PLS 😂

For a long time now I have wanted a big azz chest!!! Wouldn't currently call it big at the moment but it ain't small! That's the most fun part of bodybuilding, being able to shape your body the way YOU want it. I think a big chest really defines a physique from the front and side shots. I just see so many guys with crazy overpowering front delts and arms, and no frickin chest! I don't even train front delts directly. Havent done a front raise or shoulder press literally in years. Well point is it's your body make it how you want it to look, and if you're happy with it, doesn't matter what anyone else says!

Medball Monday🔥🔥 Today's medball Exercise is medball slams and push-ups. The explosiveness of the medball slams in conjunction with the pushups is guaranteed to give your arms and lungs a pump. Try doing 1 medball slam with two pushups either (standard or modified) right after as one rep for 3 sets of 6-10 reps. This is a great way to increase your upper body strength and power while also getting your lungs and entire body involved in a workout.

Uma das dúvidas mais comuns entre nossos alunos é: "Bebida alcoólica atrapalha meu desenvolvimento?” Lá vai a minha resposta: O álcool vai gerar um impacto negativo no seu desenvolvimento: tanto na hipertrofia muscular quanto no emagrecimento. O álcool é muito mais prejudicial do que pensam e é muito importante que você entenda que esta droga vai afetar o seu progresso e se você realmente almeja os resultados programados, não deve consumi-lo. Veja o porquê:

O álcool possui impacto negativo na síntese proteica e como os seus músculos são formados por proteínas, você deve imaginar o problema.

O consumo de álcool diminui a testosterona livre circulante, o hormônio mais importante para a construção muscular em nosso corpo.

Ele também causa desidratação, pois os rins precisam reter grandes quantidades de água para o organismo conseguir quebrar as moléculas de álcool e isto pode resultar em grande desidratação e como seus músculos são constituídos por cerca de 70% de água, temos outro problema.

O consumo de álcool também esgota as vitaminas e minerais do corpo (Vitaminas A, C, complexo B, cálcio, zinco e fósforo) e estas substâncias mantém vários processos do corpo em andamento, principalmente os que envolvem a contração e a hipertrofia muscular.
