Life update: we growing in all the right ways, mentally, physically and spiritually. Absolutely stoked to work with @team.h.d and @antoinev87 for my first real offseason. I really didn't think I'd want to compete again, but being a former competitive athlete, it bit me hard and I'll be aiming to compete in May, bringing a bigger and better package. 1. Debemos estar superavit calorico, es decir, consumir mas calorias de las que gastamos al dia ➡️ Dieta Hipercalorica

2. Distribuir correctamente los macronutrientes ➡️ Muy alto consumo de carbohidratos, alto consumo de proteinas y moderado consumo de grasas

3. Seleccion fuentes de proteinas de alto valor biologico ➡️ Pechuga de pollo🍗, Lomo de res🍖, lomo de cerdo🍖, huevo🥚, Whey protein🥛, salmon🐟, atun🐟, tilapia🐟, etc...
.
4. Seleccione fuentes de carbohidratos complejos, nada de azucares ni carbos simples ➡️ Arroz🍚, avena, papa🥔, papa criolla, frijol, lentejas, pastas, etc...
.
5. Seleccione fuentes de grasas poli y monoinsaturadas ➡️ Yema del huevo🍳, aguacate🥑, frutos secos🥜(mani, almendras, marañon, etc...), aceite de oliva extra-virgen🏺, semillas de linaza, semillas de chia, etc...
.
6. Tenga un buen aporte de Micronutrientes (Vitaminas, minerales y antioxidantes) y de fibra, para asi garantizar una buena absorcion de los macronutrientes ➡️ Vegetales🥒🌿 variados en cantidad y frutas🍏🍓 variadas pero en moderacion, ya que aportan carbohidratos simples como la fructosa
