I’ll let you in on one; take a teaspoon of salt with plenty of water 30-45 minutes before your workout, and wear a hoodie/long sleeve through your first couple of sets of the day. .

Pour commencer les epaules, ce sont des petits muscles... Chargé comme un malade au Militaire pour au final travailler la portion hautes des pectoraux.
Mettre trop lourd sur des elevations latérales et travailler tout sauf la portion Latérale, 
Pareil pour l'arrière d'épaules, bosser les trapèzes ou le dos a la place de la portion arrière car c'est trop lourd.... Pour moi le poids utilisé doit etre adapté a la taille du muscle en question.

Donc je conseille de baisser le poids utilisé, de travailler lentement ( les fibres des epaules réagissent mieux au mouvement lent, un peu comme les jambes\mollets pour ma part ) et de monté dans les 15 répétition MINIMUM. 
Personnellement j'ai carrément exploser mes epaules en travaillant comme sa. (20 rep environ) 
Il faut que les epaules soit en feu, une brûlure horrible qui empêche carrément de lever les bras plus haut que la tête.
Une fois que cette technique est adopté, si la diète suis vos epaules vont littéralement exploser.
Travailler sans tempo, vitesse constante et lente 😈

Why making yourself uncomfortable is a must.

On social media, the second most popular term after "gluteprogress" must be self love. Everyone is great, awesome and fit. Maybe it is the European in me but that is nonsense and actually hurts you.

What do I mean by that? 
Simple. We do not always look great and we are not always doing what we need to do to progress. It is rather easy to fall into the trap of " I am doing pretty well" when you are actually not.

By constantly self affirming how great we are and seeking out people who support that notion, you are lowering your standards and start failing. 
Case in point: the constant selfie at that particular gym spot where your triceps look great but nobody can see your missing hamstrings.

What is do be done?

Get uncomfortable. I always used to train in shorts and long sleeves because I have good legs and mediocre arms. Once I exposed my atrocious arms I made (some ) progress.

You might have developed gym fatigue, so a change of tapestry could help. A brutal awakening are photos taken in mediocre lighting by a friend with your phone, not retouched, warm light pics by a pro.

Hiring a coach can also be a way to get moving.

But it all starts with you, you need to get yourself out of your comfort and into the growth zone.

If you do not find ways to challenge yourself, you will end up looking the same or worse in years to come.

Happy Monday! Throwback to some serious arm gainzzzz 💪🏻 yesterday was a GREAT DAY. I somehow got talked into running a 5k??? It actually went way better than I expected and I ran it in 33ish minutes! For someone who hasn't ever run a 5k, I'd say that's not too shabby 😂 then we ate Gyros after, and went and picked up our brand new kitten! Swipe ➡️ for some cuteness 🐈 I'm slowly working my way towards owning a little zoo and I ain't mad about it

Also, weighed myself this morning for the first time in probably a month, and I'm the lowest I've been in a long time! Not sure how that happened since I haven't been tracking my food or working out consistently, but again I AIN'T MAD ABOUT IT 😜 nothing like that to start off your week and getcha feelin' motivated! My goals are to hit the gym at least 4 times this week and drink at least a gallon of water a day! 🤗 Any new goals you have I'd love to hear them! ⤵️

•A lot of people perform cable and dumbbell flies with their ribs flared up, using weights that are too heavy, or leaning all their weight into the movement without squeezing and contracting correctly

•Using a weight where you can stretch and squeeze the pec, aligning yourself in the correct bath to hit the muscle fibers in your pec, all while maintaining stability and complete range of motion in your scapula and chest is important to get the most out of your flies
.
•By utilizing a foam roller on your bench, you can flatten out your spine so that it’s flush to the roller to help cue you to keep those ribs down and get the range of motion in the scap
.
•Having the hand position just about the nipple with a nice even tempo and a weight you can control will give you a serious chest pump and help develop those pecs
.
•Tag someone who needs to try this to grow their bitch bird chest ✊🏼✊🏼
