I posted a banded version of this move awhile ago and i started w a regular uright row, then halfway thru, i switched to a neutral grip and that confused people ! So here's the db version of the modified, neutral grip upright row for rounding out the shoulers that i learned on an erin stern vid ! (She did hers seated tho) .

📌Aby wykonywać to ćwiczenie prawidłowo musimy pamiętać o neutralnej pozycji łopatek oraz barków. Zbyt duże cofnięcie barków (retrakcja) spowoduje aktywację mięśnia czworobocznego.
📌Występuje wiele odmian tego ćwiczenia, można je wykonywać również bez rotacji w stawie barkowym, jednak w zależności od sprzętu jaki posiadamy(długość linki), każdy wariant daje nam inny komfort.
📌W tradycyjnej wersji w której ściągamy tylko linkę do czoła pamiętajmy, aby łokieć był prowadzony pod kątem minimum 90 stopni względem tułowia.

Holiiii 😍😍😍 Ya se viene el verano 😎 🏖 y le metemos un poco más de intensidad en cuanto a resistencia cuando hacemos torso superior 🙃. Hoy tenemos una rutina de hombros, abs y HIIT 🔥. La idea es celebrar el metabolismo y seguir quemando calorías por algunas horas luego de haber terminado de entrenar 😉. Son 2 circuitos. Cada circuito se realiza 5 veces SIN PARAR ☝🏻; el descanso vienen después de haber completado las 5 rondas... trata de recuperar la respiración mientras te acomodas de una posición a otra 😰. En el caso de la faja trotadora, es 30 segundos corriendo a una velocidad prudente...un minuto duplicando esa velocidad (o más si es que puedes) y 30 segundos bajando de nuevo a la velocidad inicial 😅...te bajas y de nuevo a la polea 💪🏻. Good to be back ! Training with fuel in the system feels good. Post show rebound hasn’t gone to plan as I’m struggling to control cravings, appetite is insane at the moment. Hopefully we can find some normality and structure in the coming weeks. -

Today’s back and shoulder workout felt great, first time doing rack pulls for about 4 months, hitting 180kg for 4 and 140kg for 10, DB shoulder press felt great today, 45-6 and 42.5-8 almost back to all time PR numbers (47.5-4) ready to see these numbers fly up. Time to get strong in this offseason. 50’s will be going for reps on shoulders ! -

It’s amazing and scary how life is one second your in your own personal hell to the next second living a very good life. 2 maybe 3 months ago I did something that was supposed to help you with depression and anxiety and over all make you feel good (most of you know what I’m talking about) but turns out I’m part of the very very rare ones and my chemicals in my body doesn’t mix well with that. So instead of escaping for a few hours from my massive depression I got to deal with 2 to 3 months of my own personal hell. What do I mean by that well I mean that all it gave me was massive massive anxiety it was so bad that at that time I didn’t even think I was real or anything around me was real it more felt like a dream. Time was going by fast everything I was doing or seeing felt like I was going through a star track warp. And before I knew it my depression that once ruled me was replaced by my anxiety. Let me tell you I would personally rather deal with my depression vs my anxiety any day lol. But all I could do was wait it out and just constantly pray to god. Luckily god was listening and answered all of my prayers and I’m feeling a lot better now of course there’s certain random times were I get these random anxiety attacks for no reason and sometimes they can be big and sometimes they can be small. But it just baffles me how life works like you are in control with a lot of things but your not in control with the majority of things in life. Many of you already know that and probably knew that at a younger age but sadly way back then I was too dead inside and too numb to even care so now that my eyes are finally open it’s like I’m learning what I should of learned a long time ago now and no lie it can get pretty scary at times lol. All you have to do in that moment is try your best to think positive and just pray if you believe in god.
