She kept climbing the hill in the second video so I decided to give her more of a challenge with the hill in the first video.  The video doesn’t do it justice but the front was about 6 ft and then it tapered off with less angle at the top.  Keep in mind the starting point wasn’t flat ground.  It was angled at about 45 degrees with loose sand.

Positives to take from this for me is that my feet are much more planted than this time last year, I'm way more stable, depth is OK but could be better, breathing is good.

#LegDay - twice a week. Today is heavy load, few #reps to help my #muscles get prepared for even heavier weights!! 3-5 rep max. Mixed in between sets is #stretching and (lower load) #lunges.  Next time I will go back to my regular weight plus 5-10lbs increase to a normal 8-10 reps.  Time to break some #PRs!! #Health #Fitness #Motivation #issa #JSfit

Sure, you can increase the amount of weight that you lift. But you can also lift the same weight more 
times. Both are great.

But there’s so much more to it. Being able to train with less rest, improvements in your mental game, 
bettering your range of motion, or lifting with a more difficult tempo are all ways to vary and improve.

one thing to keep in mind while doing the toe taps is to make sure your back is straight and your moves are controlled. let’s say if i had to place a cup on your back - the cup wouldn’t fall off. 
it’s a complete #abburner ! 🔥

the push ups and side lunges both have different variations - so do what works best for you (keeping your form in mind)
.
while doing the #sidelunge remember to hinge from the hip. your quads should be parallel to the floor as you side lunge & if you do go lower (2nd variation - mobility) just make sure you don’t lift your heel off the ground
