Brain Post
It is a fact that you are what you think you are. Many psychologists have come to a conclusion that you can achieve things which you believe in. And all this starts with the brain. With it’s function an healthy being you can adopt disciplined habits. Some people would dare to say that the habits don’t define who you are. But the habits are what makes things come to your life, the things that you work for. And those things will make you who you are. 😋

So all this starts with your brain. Make sure that you are taking care of it. Yep, the muscles design your body, but they are being design by the consciousness of yours which tells you to do stuff that will make a better version of yourself. And where is the consciousness produced? You’ve guessed well, the brain.🤓 Don’t forget to take care of the thing which is being located in your skull and spine. At the end of the day, most of you is defined by the work and the stuff which is happening over there. That is being controlled by you. So step over and make sure that it is functional and healthy!! 🤪

I made a post some time ago telling everybody that our body weight Is made up of 70% water so if you were losing or gaining weight on the scale, that means it was water weight

If you apply that idea here, these fruits have very high water contents so therefore increase the amount of water you're getting in a day. When you excrete the water, you lose weight with it so that's how you lose weight through water intake in a nutshell

4 ГЛАВНЫЕ ОШИБКИ ВО ВРЕМЯ РАСТЯЖКИ:

➖Пропускать разогрев. Многим кажется, что растяжка - это часть разминки.  Это неверно. Вначале лучше провести разминку, чтобы хорошо разогреть кровь и снизить вероятность разрыва мышц.

➖Уделять растяжке недостаточно времени. Желание справиться как можно скорее - не оправдание беглой и не полной растяжки. Эффективней всего растягиваться до и после тренировки, а также находить время для полноценной растяжки. Каждую позицию необходимо удерживать не менее 15-20 секунд, но не больше 60.

➖Растягивать лишь какие-то определенные мышцы. Очень часто люди игнорируют те группы мышц, которые тянутся хуже остальных. К этим зонам наоборот следует отнестись с особым вниманием: фиксировать все ощущения и даже минимальный прогресс.

➖Тянуться через боль. Растяжка должна вызывать небольшие тянущие или давящие ощущения. Если у вас возникла острая боль, то это значит, что вы что-то делаете неправильно. Следует приостановиться и дать этой группе мышц отдохнуть, желательно в течение нескольких дней.
