Für die Pancakes:
➡️ 100g Mehl, 100ml Milch , 1EL Schoko-Drops, 1 Eigelb, 1TL Backpulver und 2-3 Messlöffel Vanille Flavor Pulver @got7nutrition zu einem glatten Teig verrühren.
➡️ Das Eiweiß mit einer Prise Salz steif schlagen und vorsichtig unterheben.
➡️ In einer Pfanne in Kokosöl ausbacken.
➡️ Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren, Khaki und eine Protein Spread @got7nutrition dazu und das Frühstück kann beginnen. 🤤😍

5 months ago I promised to post more of my healthy snack recipes and that has happened.... once since then 😅✌🏼 soooo I guess it’s about time for one more, amirite? So here comessss

EASY PROTEIN PANCAKES 💃🏻💃🏻🥳🥳
Adding the toppings and taking the Instagram pic was definitely the part that took the most time... Recipe:
~ 1 banana
~ 2 eggs
~ 1 scoops of oats ~ 1 scoop of protein powder (I used white chocolate from @myproteindk )
~ water/milk to dilute until you get your dream consistency
You can easily substitute the protein powder with more oats if you don’t wanna add protein - they’re still amazing!

Process (swipe for pictures):
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender
2. Blend them
3. Fry the pancakes in your preferred size
4. Top and enjoy

The toppings I used:
~ frozen berries
~ crunchy peanut butter
~ milk chocolate protein spread
~ sugar free butterscotch syrup

Gesunde Pancakes (ca. 12 Stück)
🥞
Zutaten:
1 Tasse Haferflocken
1 Tasse Mandelmilch
1 reife Banane
optional 1/2 TL Backpulver
Kokosöl zum Backen
Früchte und Ahornsirup zum Servieren
🥞
Zubereitung:

Für eine feine Konsistenz zuerst nur die Haferflocken im Mixer fein mahlen. 
Anschliessend die Milch, Banane und Backpulver dazugeben und alles pürieren. 
Als schnelle Variante können auch alle Zutaten zusammen püriert werden. Den Teig für 10 Minuten quellen lassen.

Kokosöl in einer beschichteten Pfanne erhitzen. Pro Pancake 1-2 EL Teig in die Pfanne geben und die Pfannkuchen von beiden Seiten bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 2 Minuten backen.

Pancakes auf einem Teller stapeln und mit frischen Früchten und Ahornsirup servieren.

Here is my simple recipe for a healthier type of pancakes that more than 80 of you voted as interested. It is different, more creative type of breakfast or mid day snack which takes only around 10 minutes to make and it tastes stunning!

Ingredients that you put in a bowl to mix them up:
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 medium banana
- 50g of oats (if you can, blend the oats before to get the oat flour for better texture)

*Optional:
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey (or any flavour you prefer)
- 1-2 tsp’s of peanut butter
- a bit of cinnamon

Mix the ingredients to get a nice mixture. Add a sip of milk if the mixture is too dense.
BAKE them! 🙌

Toppings:
- by side greek yogurt/skyr
- forest fruits
or
- maple syrup (zero-calorie one if you want fewer calories)
- 5g of butter on top (let it melt)

Healthy tip: careful with how much oil or butter you put in the pan because 5g (1 tsp - teaspoon) contains 40kcal.

Do you know when you just wake up, and you think.....”I fancy pancakes” today. So that’s exactly what I had. Nothing to fancy, obviously with protein in them, had to have some chocolate spread @skinnyfoodco on them, with a bit of fruit. 🙌🏽

If you swipe ➡️➡️➡️ you will see my ingredients list and what I’ve used. 🛒:

I basically put the banana, protein (I use @myproteinuk whey isolate), baking powder, oats and eggs in the @nutribullet for three mix. Made the perfect pancakes. 🥞🥞🥞! I chopped up the strawberries 🍓 and with the chocolate spread I put a large scoop 33g in the microwave for like a minute, so it would be more runny, and glazed it over. But yeah very enjoyable. 😊 .
“Eating the foods I enjoy whilst recovering without restriction or guilt, just purely calorie/macros, managed” 📊

Do you know when you just wake up, and you think.....”I fancy pancakes” today. So that’s exactly what I had. Nothing to fancy, obviously with protein in them, had to have some chocolate spread @skinnyfoodco on them, with a bit of fruit. 🙌🏽

I basically put the banana, protein (I use @myproteinuk whey isolate), baking powder, oats and eggs in the @nutribullet for three mix. Made the perfect pancakes. 🥞🥞🥞! I chopped up the strawberries 🍓 and with the chocolate spread I put a large scoop 33g in the microwave for like a minute, so it would be more runny, and glazed it over. But yeah very enjoyable. 😊 .

Ho fatto cuocere 250g di broccoli🥦, li ho poi tritati e mescolati con 100g di albume🥚, 40g di farina di avena🌾, sale, pepe, paprika forte, un pizzico di curry, cipolla in polvere e 30g di pecorino grattuggiato🧀. Ho poi formato dei dischi e ho cotto in una padella unta con olio aromatizzato al rosmarino.

DOUBLE CHOC PROTEIN PANCAKES 🍫🍓🥥 Give these a go on pancake day! 😍🥞 (the stack pictured serves 2 - we doubled the below ingredients to make a monster sharing stack).

These pancakes have 40g carbs per serving and 35g of protein! The fibre in these also means they’re much more filling than normal pancakes. I use pumpkin purée in my protein pancakes as this helps to keep the carb content down and gives a nice soft, fluffy texture 👌

HOW TO 👩🏻‍🍳:
•
Mix into a bowl: 50g (blended into a flour) oats, a teaspoon of baking powder, a scoop (26g) @proathletesupps whey, 20g cocoa powder and low-calorie sweetener.
•
Make a well in the middle of the mixing bowl, add in 2 (70g) egg whites (I used @twochicksproducts for convenience!), 100g pumpkin purée, and 5ml vanilla extract.
•
Mix the above and add small amounts of milk as you go, until you get a thick batter. (I used almond milk as it’s lower-calorie, but semi-skimmed 🐮 milk is fine!). Add more milk if you prefer thin pancakes.
•
Spray a pan with 1 cal cooking spray, set it on a low heat, and add spoonfuls of your batter - spread each one into a circular shape. You should be able to fit 2 or 3 into the pan at once, and they don’t take too long to cook 🙌🏼.
•
Carefully flip your pancakes over with a spatula as you go - cook the second side for 1-2 mins, and viola! 👩🏻‍🍳

We topped these with sweet freedom chocolate sauce (mixed with a little low fat whipped cream to get the consistency), some raspberries & a sprinkle of dessicated coconut 🥥🍓🍫

I whizzed it all up in my blender, cooked the pancakes then stacked them up with banana (until I finished the banana lol), before topping with lazy strawberry compote (strawbs mixed with strawberry jam lol) and all dat PB. 🍌

Good morning my Instagram Family, I have been gone awhile, not posting because of some personal issues I was dealing with, I moved to a new area about 2 hrs away from my ideal protein coach, and tried finding one closer to me, I finally found one about 45 minutes away from my home. I have restarted my journey. While I was away from ideal protein, I made some bad decisions and gained about 50 lbs of my weight back over the last year. But what I love about this program you are able to start over and start losing the weight again. I have lost 8 lbs in the last 3 weeks. HAPPY SATURDAY! Need some ideas for a protein packed yummy brunch this weekend?! I GOTCHUUU! I made these pancakes yesterday and am 100% making them again! Super easy, tasty, nutrient dense + keeps you full IN A GOOD WAY for a LONG time! .
.
1️⃣In a blender mix:
.
1/2 cup oats .
2 tbsp chia seeds .
3 tbsp hemp seeds
.
1 tbsp nut butter .
1/2 scoop @1stphorm level-1 blueberry muffin
.
~1/2-1cup of milk of choice (I had oat)
.
2️⃣MIX IN BLENDER UNTIL A BATTER CONSISTENCY .
3️⃣ spray pan with cooking oil, add batter (like normal pancakes)
.
4️⃣ add topping of choice! .
5️⃣ flip and make sure they are cooked through .
6️⃣ ENJOYYY
.

These ingredients are full of fiber, plant + animal based protein, omega-3 fatty acids and SO MUCH MORE! .

After a great mornings Boot Camp, we built up a bit of a appetite putting you through your paces! 
So we decided to get creative and start 🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞Day a little early! 😈 Naughty, we know 😝

We have attempted to keep them healtheir than a regular pancake recipe, we know,  we know we are not 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 before all you pros start coming at us with your spatulas! 😂 We are personal Trainers having fun with food 😋
And we need to fuel all this 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ & 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️ 💪

So... Base Fitness Protein Pancakes 🥞

128g of porridge oats (Blended to make a oat flour)
1 medium ish size banana 
2 large eggs 
64g of egg whites 
4 teaspoons of baking powder 
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon - optional to taste.
2 scoop 50g of whey protein powder ( we used @myproteinuk impact whey protein)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (helps moistend them) 
Blend up to make your batter.
Heat up your pan, we used the 1kcal spray.

Use a large spoon to evenly place the batter in the pan. Each pancake takes 30 to 60 seconds each side, they cooked very quickly. If you leave them on too long you will probably dry them out.

Stack them bad boys & top them up!!
We topped ours with Greek yogurt, raspberries, blueberries & strawberries 
Top yours with whatever you like, have fun go nuts. 👊
