Whomever suggested pancakes are a weekend only food clearly need to make these Healthy THICK FLUFFY CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES! I still had time to make pancakes so all is well! Vanilla Banana Pancakes 🥞 My favorite pancake recipe because it’s so simple and you don’t need many ingredients at all! I discovered this recipe in college and it was one of the first recipes I ever made 🤗 I love sharing it because of how simple and inexpensive it is 👌🏻 -

All you need truly is 2 eggs + 1 banana. You can make the pancakes with that alone but I like to add in a little flavor and baking powder to help them rise a little bit. I added some @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen, cinnamon, and baking powder. I like adding a little protein to keep me full longer. In a bowl whisk 2 eggs, mash 1 banana (leave it a little chunky so the pancakes hold together better), 1 tbsp @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking powder. Mix together. Add a little coconut oil to your pan and spoon out pancake batter. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Makes about 9-10 mini pancakes. Topped with 1/2 a banana sautéed in the leftover coconut oil + cinnamon. Also added a little maple syrup. #glutenfreerecipes #choosingbalance #paleo

Blueberry Muffin Protein Pancakes! 😍

Pancake ingredients
.
1 scoop @1stphorm  Level-1 Blueberry Muffin protein powder
.
2 egg whites
.
⅓ cup plus 2 tablespoons light almond milk
.
¼ cup gluten-free baking flour
.
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
.
¼ teaspoon baking powder
.
Nonstick cooking spray
.
Optional Glaze ingredients
.
¼ scoop blueberry muffin protein powder
.
2 tablespoons almond milk
.
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
.
Directions:
1. For the pancakes: In a large mixing bowl, combine protein powder, egg whites, almond milk, flour, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Mix until well blended
.
2. Heat griddle on medium-high heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Scoop ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the griddle
. 
3. When top begins to bubble, flip. Cook on opposite side for 1–2 minutes
.
4. For the glaze: In a small bowl, combine the protein powder, almond milk, and cinnamon. Mix well. Drizzle glaze over pancakes if desired. Serve immediately
.
Makes 1 serving (macros include glaze)

Im looking at the picture and totally didn’t see that I blocked the egg whites 🤷‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😂. I finally tried a recipe for pumpkin spice protein pancakes that I found on Pinterest, using the products we already have. I’ve just been wanting to try different recipes, even though taking it as a shake is still my favorite. The recipe didn’t ask for ground allspice or nutmeg, but I just added a sprinkle for the extra flavor 😊. I know it’s getting cooler out but I want to try it as an ice cream next, especially since I love the taste of it already and have a sweet tooth at night. 
If you already have your pumpkin spice shake mix and vanilla protein, here is the recipe so you can try them out! If you don’t have them yet but have been wanting to try it out..I’ve got you 😉 • 2 scoops of Pumpkin Spice Formula 1 • 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Drink Mix
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1 cup of egg whites • sprinkle of cinnamon (and nutmeg and allspice if you wish but not needed)

50g liquid egg whites
90g pure pumpkin 
28g protein powder (1 scoop @bowmar_nutrition frosted cookie is perfect)
2g sugar free Jello instant pudding mix - cheesecake flavor is perfect
1/2 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt 
Dash or drop of Stevia (if you prefer)
Cinnamon to preference/taste

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then combine together. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 on a parchment lined pan sprayed with olive oil or coconut oil. Add a touch of sugar free syrup if you’d like. You could even make in bulk and freeze for later. Although I live for sunny cool Autumn days 🚲, my second favorite are rainy gray Autumn days.  One, because you appreciate the sunny ones even more, and two, what could be better than watching the rain outside in a cozy house while making PROTEIN PACKED LOW CARB PANCAKES?!!!! Some days you just need pancakes right?  But most days I don’t want high carbs, so came up with this version this morning so I could get pancakes out of my mind. .

THEY ARE SO PERFECT. .

Shiritaki noodles (I like Miracle Noodles @miraclenoodle )- for thickening.  Made of Konjac plant, a soluble fiber). 10 cals/bag

4% fat cottage cheese - for fat and protein .

Egg whites - for binding and protein .

Kodiak Cakes power cakes mix (very little - for taste, texture, binding and protein)
.

Casein protein powder (100% casein mixes very thick and is very filling.  Learn about choices in protein powders!)
.

Biotest Superfood @biotestsports (because nutrients, tastes good too)

Blend with milk of your choice (I use flax milk) .

Don’t be afraid to get creative in the kitchen to meet your training nutritional and caloric needs in a healthy and delicious way !!! In building and maintaining muscle, protein is king.  I don’t eat much meat and depend on protein powders to help hit my targets.  Old thing I love protein powders and could probably eat it dry 😂 I’ve tested many brands and so far am happiest with Dymatize @dymatize

👉🏻eigentlich bin ich ja keine Süße🌚 aber zu den Waffeln von @sweetkitcen kann ich einfach nicht nein sagen, diese haben zwischen 133 und 220kcal und das bei 15g Protein💪🏾
👉🏻mega praktisch ist auch, dass man sie gefroren bis zu 4 Wochen aufbewahren kann und wenn man sie gefroren mitnimmt, muss man sie nicht kühlen und hat nach 2-3 Stunden mega leckere Waffeln💕
👉🏻genau deshalb packe ich mir gern welche für die Arbeit oder Uni ein 💪🏾

I was craving pancakes so I whipped up some protein packed ones this morning🤤

Per stack (makes about 3)
~635 cal
61g carb
28g fat
38g protein

mix everything in a bowl, cook on medium heat with a bit of coconut oil.
🥞1/2 mashed banana
🥞2 eggs
🥞1/3 cup oats
🥞1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Kaizen vegan vanilla)
🥞tsp cinnamon
🥞topped it off with 2 tbsp of peanut butter, the other half of the banana and some agave syrup

Put the toppings throughout each layer

Es súper fácil! Y si no tienes este sabor de proteína, se me ocurre que puedes usar de vainilla y agregarle tantito café soluble o si no usas proteína solo con el café le das el sabor! Quedó deli! Además hice una “lechera” con la misma proteína y le dio aún más sabor a cafecito con leche.

You don’t have to be perfect today.

It’s ok if the house isn’t perfect.

It’s ok if Lily walks around in a diaper.

It’s ok to miss your husband who’s out to sea.

It’s ok if you didn’t reach a goal you set the first time.

There’s no reason to compare. Your journey is different from everyone else’s.

There’s no reason why you have to show you have it all put together... when some days you can’t get past your own self limiting beliefs.

Some days there’s not enough time. Some days there’s not enough wine. Some days there’s not enough rest. Some days you don’t feel the best.

But everyday you show up. Everyday you are blessed to have amazing friends and family who are on this journey with you.

Everyday isn’t perfect but every day is a great day when you are true to you. Thanks for letting go of all of your excuses and finally going all in on coaching!

You’re finally pursuing your dream! 
You’re finally done waiting for that perfect moment. That perfect time. (That doesn’t exist). No matter how long, no matter how many people tell you you’re rude, crazy, or whatever, you were made to do great things.

Do you have a dish or family recipe that makes you just take a step back and admire when executed properly? This is mine. ———————
Dosa is next level for a few reasons:
1. It’s part of my South Indian culture
2. The major ingredient is lentils which is perfect for a vegetarian like me! 
3. 👩🏽‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 👩🏽‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳
Yes, it’s fermented! And we don’t use anything fancy to make that happen. Just good ol’ room temperature, watch and wait. But the timing has to be perfect. You let the lentils soak too long and you’ve spoiled the whole batter! Adding the perfect amount of rice is key too. Too much or too little will affect the weight of the batter, and that matter when you’re trying to make this thin paper-like treat!
