✔️1 jajko ✔️1 białko jaja
✔️1/2 dojrzałego banana
✔️3 łyżki mąki (dowolnej) ✔️2 łyżki ksylitolu/erytrytolu
✔️1 łyżeczka kakao ✔️1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
✔️50g jogurtu skyr/naturalnego gęstego 
Na wierzch:
✔️łyżeczka masła orzechowego
✔️sos czekoladowy 0 @mz_store.pl lub gorzka czekolada
✔️orzeszki ziemne
➡️Białka ubić na sztywno. Banana ugnieść widelcem, dodać resztę składników, wymieszać razem i dodać ubite białka. Smażyć placuszki na rozgrzanej patelni z odrobiną tłuszczu z obu stron, pod przykrywką. ➡️Usmażone placki polać masłem orzechowym, sosem czekoladowym i posypać pokruszonymi orzeszkami.

Recipe-Can be halved Oven 175C - fan 
2 Tins (400g ea) Black beans - rinse and drain
2/3 Cup Almond butter
1/2 C Spelt flour 
1/2 Craw cacao powder 
1/3 C pure maple syrup 
1/3 C rice malt syrup 
4 Tbls coconut sugar 
3 Tsp pure vanilla extract 
2 Tbls Apple sauce 
Handful choc chips 
Dark choc - melted (opt)
1/2 Tsp baking soda - opt
1/2 Tsp baking powder- opt
.
Place all ingredients EXCEPT choc chips into a food processor and combine well.
Place into a lined baking tin (26 x16cm)  smooth over the top and place choc chips on top
Place into oven and bake for aprox 20 mins or until knife comes out clean when tested.
Allow to cool for 5 mins before turning out onto wire rack. Slice.
If you want you can drizzle melted choc over the top! I can highly recommend it😜
Keep in an airtight container for a couple of days.

Heila 💕, questa è il primo dolce che vi propongo al vapore! Potete farlo con la vaporiera del bimbi, il forno o micoonde a vapore, o (come ho fatto io) con una vaporiera in una pentola, la stessa in cui cuocilo le verdure al vapore! ->dolce da colazione
🍌TORTA AL VOPORE CIOCCO-BANANA💨
●1 uovo
●80g banana
●25g albume ●25g yogurt Greco 2%
●15g farina di castagne
●10g farina 00
●10g cacao
●Tic
●Bic+limone
🌸Unisci l'uovo, l'albume e lo yogurt fino a creare un liquido omogeneo. Aggiungi le farine e il cacao senza creare grumi. Taglia la banana a pezzetti e aggiungili al tuo impasto. Aggiungi in fine il dolcificante e l'agente lievitante. 
Versa l'impasto nello stampino (io una teglia quadrata di Tiger ) 
Kcal 294-> C 40g (S 8g), F 8g, P 16g. 💡Se non hai la possibilità di cuocerla al vapore puoi cuocerla come un semplice ciccopancake o al forno.

It's made out of chickpea flour, completely vegan, full of protein and veg! You can premake the batter and keep it in the fridge.

EASY Recipe 🤸‍♀️ Beef with Daikon and Carrots 🥕Try daikon (a large white radish; goes well with hot sauce) instead of potatoes) 🥔 -

Ingredients:
1 large onion (cut off top/bottom ends; peel off top layer; cut into quarters)

2 pounds beef chunk (cut into 2 inch-cubes)

1 teaspoon salt

4 cups water

1 tablespoon "Osem (brand)" chicken consomme soup mix or Lee Kum Kee (brand) Chicken Bouillon Powder

1 large daikon (remove skins; cut off top/bottom ends; cut each piece about 3/4 inch thick; then quarters)

4 medium carrots (remove skins; cut off top/bottom ends; cut each piece about 1 1/2 inches thick)

garnish: cilantro (to taste; cut into small pieces) 🍀

1) Preheat a 6-quart/large pot over medium-high heat until it's hot. Add a thin layer of cooking oil (NOT a lot - just enough to cover the bottom); tilt/swirl the pot and oil to evenly coat the bottom. Add the Onion; constantly stir for about 1 minute. Add the Beef; occasionally stir until outer layer of beef is no longer pink. Add the Salt; stir to combine. Add the Water and Soup Mix, stir to evenly combine.

2) Turn heat to low. Cover with a lid; cook for about 1 hour. Open the lid; Add the Daikon and Carrots; stir to evenly combine; cook for about 30 minutes.

3) Garnish with Cilantro.
