Calling all coffee lovers! You need to make this choc-pb-espresso smoothie immediately. I used the new @bodyscience Clean Coffee TX100 in this bowl instead of regular coffee to avoid any nasty side effects like anxiety or caffeine-induced stress. @bodyscience coffee contains MCT and Bluenesse®, a plant extract which works to reduce cortisol levels (AKA the stress hormone) while still boosting your mood and focus. #rezept 👩🏻‍🍳 für 4 Portionen Curry (ohne Reis) mit je 382 kcal
➡️ Nutzt #leckerschmeckeralainlukaali wenn ihr was von mir nachmacht. Ich schau wirklich gerne was ihr so schönes macht!

875g Butternut Kürbis - 332 kcal
400ml Kokosmilch leicht - 256 kcal
530g Kichererbsen - 635 kcal
500g Spinat - 174 kcal 
200ml Wasser
bei mir 60g Currypaste - 131 kcal (es geht auch Pulver, passt mit der Currypaste auf, je nachdem welche ihr verwendet wird es scharf 🌶)
__________
1. Butternut schälen, in Würfel schneiden.
2. Currypaste in einem großen Topf etwas anrösten.
3. Mit Kokosmilch und Wasser aufgießen und den Kürbis sowie die Kichererbsen dazu geben und fertig garen.
4. Am Ende der Kochzeit den Spinat dazu geben und ggf. noch mit etwas zusätzlichem Wasser aufgießen.
5. Schmecken lassen (ich hatte 120g gekochten Reis dazu) 😋

Red wine spaghetti night! I hardly ever in my life have leftover wine, but after this weekend I had a few spare bottles that weren’t completely gone. Nothing makes me sadder than pouring a bottle down the sink, so I had to find a recipe to turn them in to! I tried the Trader Joe’s Balsamic Rosemary beef steak tips along with it. It was a good pairing because the steak was a little sweet, so all of the garlic and Parmesan in the spaghetti really complemented it. But you’re right @waaiitt_for_it , the steak tips would also be fantastic over mashed potatoes!! 🙌🏼 oh yeah, and you can’t go wronh with those garlic and cheese breadsticks. Ughhh. 🤤

These Malaysian Style Coconut chicken skewers are from @colessupermarkets . 
I could have made a more Malaysian style salad to serve with it, but I always have my standard salad ingredients stocked in my fridge so went with that. If it’s not broke, right? 🤷🏻‍♀️😜

seeds; hemp, sesame, sunflower, flax, pumpkin & chia
grains; quinoa, seitan & amaranth 
superfoods; green & blue spirulinas
supplements; protein powders (which are literally powdered versions of these ^^)

i remember in elementary school my friends used to ask me “what do you eat?!” and tell me “you’re missing out!” and would EWW my food 🤣
one of my teachers asked me if it was for “moral reasons, religious reasons, health reasons or by force from my parents” overwhelmed, i would say “for the animals, because i love them”. never forced to do or believe anything, i was always so proud to be a vegan & vegetarian! animals were a big part of our family. i always wanted a pet cow, i couldn’t believe my friends were eating them. 
broke my heart ..
there are so many reasons to be vegan:
health & wellness 
environment & climate
religious & spirituality 
but in my opinion, the most important is ALWAYS for the animals. senseless captivity & violence. eating their rotting flesh??
for protein you say? human “dominance”? taste? ..
the world is full of resources. encyclopedias, health books, magazines. voice commands or with a couple clicks, the internet can answer every question you have about veganism. ..
i’m blessed to live a cruelty free lifestyle, blessed to have family & a fiancé who all share the same values. i’ve never “missed out” on anything being a vegan, in fact i’ve gained more than they will ever know & imagine 🌱🤯😌💚✌🏾🧘🏾‍♀️🖤🌱
