Bei den Paaren meine ich nicht die, die zusammen trainieren und sich motivieren, sondern die, bei denen die Freundin einfach nur mitgebracht wurde.😂

Auch wenn ich selber eine Frau bin und das zynisch klingt, muss ich bei sowas immer an den Satz „Hunde müssen draußen bleiben“ denken.😬😬 Mir kommt’s nämlich immer so vor, als hätten die Jungs dem ganzen nur widerwillig zugestimmt.🤔

Entweder trainiert sie dann das, was er auch trainiert oder sie kommt aber nach jedem Satz zu ihm rüber: no concentration.🧠 Was ich aber auch schon gesehen habe ist, dass sie einfach nur neben dran steht.👀🤷🏼‍♀️ Dann gibts ein Bussi nach dem nächsten.😘

Mein Freund und ich können leider aus Entfernungsgründen nicht zusammen trainieren. Und im Grunde macht das oft auch keinen Sinn. Jeder hat seinen individuellen Trainingsplan, Übungen und Konzentrationsbedarf.
Männer haben rein körperlich schon viel mehr Kraft, wobei man dann immer Gewichte runter-drauf-runter machen müsste. Und dieses Verhältnis wäre bei uns ziemlich groß.🏋🏼‍♀️
Auch würde mein Freund nicht auf die Idee kommen jede Woche intensive Isolationsübungen für den Po zu machen.😅

Trotzdem finde ich es schade, dass wir nicht zusammen trainieren können. Der Partner kann meiner Meinung nach die Motivation nochmal richtig pushen: man will ja nicht wie ein Loser dastehen.💪🏽 Deshalb würde ich ihn gerne grade im Beintraining dabei haben, um nochmal mehr rauszuholen und noch mehr über meine Grenzen zu gehen. Ein Trainingspartner kann unterstützen und bei den letzten Sätzen helfen, die man nicht alleine schaffen würde.
Auch fehlt mir oft eine Hilfe bei Squats. Natürlich muss man das Gewicht auch alleine schaffen können, aber ich habe  Angst umzufallen und dann ist im Kopf schon automatische die Sperre drin nicht so weit nach unten zu gehen oder nicht so viel Gewicht zu wählen, das man eig schaffen würde.🧠😭 Es ist ja nicht so als wäre das Gym von 16-18 Uhr nicht überfüllt, aber da jemand Qualifiziertes zu finden, wo man nicht gleich angemacht wird, ist iwie unmöglich. Man muss der Person auch vertrauen können, dass sie dich wirklich auffangen würde/kann.

In this recipe, you’ll find an optimal combination of protein, healthy fats, veggies and carbs to cover all of your bases. I love incorporating wild caught salmon when I can since it’s one of the best sources of omega-3s which we know to support many functions in the body including overall brain health. Lastly, I’ve been bored with sweet potatoes so I went for multi colored mini potatoes instead.⠀

What you need:⠀
(Makes 2 servings)⠀
8oz wild caught salmon⠀
1/2-1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed⠀
3 cups mini potatoes⠀
1 cup cherry tomatoes⠀
Rosemary⠀
Sea salt⠀
Olive oil⠀

What to do:⠀
1 - Preheat oven to 450F⠀
2 - Cut mini potatoes in half, coat with olive oil and salt, & place on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 min.⠀
3 - Remove pan from oven and add asparagus, salmon & cherry tomatoes to the pan.⠀
4 - Drizzle with some olive oil and add the sea salt and rosemary.⠀
5 - Bake for another 10-15 minutes.⠀
6 - Remove, let cool and then enjoy!⠀

Of the 20 amino acids, 11 can be produced by the body, while 9 cannot.⁣
⁣
The 9 amino acids that cannot be produced in the body *must* be consumed in your diet - and these are referred to as the essential amino acids.⁣

A complete protein source will contain all 20 amino acids, and the foods/food combinations in this graphic are all complete proteins.⁣
⁣
Importantly, the majority of this list includes vegetarian and some vegan options - as I know some of you out there are vegetarian or vegan.⁣
⁣
You’ll notice several combinations of foods that provide you with all 20 amino acids. Make sure you consume both foods to reap the benefits of all the essential amino acids.⁣
⁣

This morning I prepared JUST Egg for the first time. If you don't know what that is, it's a yummy vegan egg replacement 🍳🌱 You prepare it the same way you would real eggs. I greased my pan with about 1 tbsp. Earth Balance, added some iodized salt and pepper for flavor, and voila!

Per serving, the Just Egg provides 70 calories, 6g plant-based protein, and 5g fat

I used 160g liquid egg whites, 60g pumpkin, 5g black cocoa powder, 1t xanthan gum and 1t baking powder with a dribble of butter extract. I use my electric whisk for the batter to get everything smooth! Topped with 60g Greek yogurt mixed with some Walden farms syrup and 8g pb powder, 10g crushed pecans and 6g mini m&ms. 😋 19c-10f-30p or 284 calories. Happy Saturday! COOKING:⠀
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grate lemon peel and squeeze 1 tablespoon lemon juice from lemon. Combine lemon peel, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in medium bowl. Press mixture evenly onto all surfaces of beef Roast.⠀
Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan. Insert ovenproof meat thermometer so tip is centered in thickest part of beef. Do not add water or cover.⠀
