Give this 1990s Bodybuilding workout a whirl and you'll make your friends shut up and lift! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

ACTIVATE- Your Lats are Spinal Stabilizers, the largest in your body! So what better way to activate them then Deadlifts? Be sure to hide your armpits with your arms to keep those lats engaged and use a 3030 Tempo here. That's 3 seconds up and 3 down lifters!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

RECRUIT-  You should be feeling those lats now! Time to make them CONTRACT hard with some chin-ups. If you cant get these reps done without assistance use a band or machine for some help! If you don't have those you can rock some Lat Pull Downs.  Use a 50X0 tempo here. That's 5 seconds as your arm lengthens and be explosive as you pull! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

STRETCH- Now its time to stretch out your back wings! Keep the weight moderate here so you can extend your arms safely when the weight is in the bottom position. This will allow significant time under load in a stretched position!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Buongiorno ❣️lo avete visto nelle storie di qualche giorno fa: il pancake con cioccolato 🍫 all’interno ! Purtroppo la foto non rende e il trucco è molto semplice : ho utilizzato un topping zero cal al cioccolato durante la cottura. Procedimento solito, ho aspettato circa 10 minuti (in modo che l’impasto si solidificasse e non finisse tutto sul fondo) e ho iniziato ad aggiungere random spruzzate di cioccolato 🍫. Ho usato un topping per evitare che solidificasse durante la cottura infatti l’interno è rimasto liquido! 
Vi lascio la ricetta con le dosi e in caso vi consiglio di diminuire la farina di lupino che da sempre un risultato un po’ più “stopposo” e magari utilizzare quella di avena. •

Alışkanlık değil mi işte, neyi çok yaparsa insan onu tekrar ediyor hatta üzerine düşünme ihtiyacı bile hissetmiyor. 🧸 Ben de tatlı kahvaltılara alışınca tuzluları rafa kaldırmıştım, hellimi özlediğim fark edince raftan geri aldım. 🍳 2 ince dilim ev yapımı ekmek, 1 porsiyon peynir ve yumurta ve 2 porsiyon yağ içeren ortalama 400 kkal enerji+ 16 gram proteinlik kahvaltımdan kahvaltıya ayırdığım enerjimi kaptım. Akşam yemeğimi de hazırladıktan sonra evden ışık hızıyla fırladım. 💫 Hepinize musmutlu haftalar dilerken aklıma gelen bir soruyu da araya ekliyim dedim. And the truth is I fully 1000% don’t feel like my physique has changed much from the left image.⁣

We see ourselves everyday, we work our asses off in the gym, but sometimes feel like no change is taking place.⁣
⁣
Progress pictures are a great way to physically see the differences taking place over longer durations.⁣
⁣
Typically, I recommend tracking progress in 2-3 different ways to ensure changes truly ARE taking place and that we’re training and eating efficiently enough to force change.⁣

Here are a few ways I recommend:⁣
* Progress pictures (monthly)⁣
* Weighing yourself (weekly or monthly)⁣
* Circumference measurements (weekly or monthly)⁣
* Body fat measurements (monthly)⁣
* Paying attention to how clothes fit⁣

Staying on the sets of 1 reps workout to day in my fravoute chest press .... I warned up on a few sets before this one. It does force alot of tension on the press so warm up is key... Weight I used was 35kg per side witch with this movement is almost top for me, you can tell the last few reps my arms was wobbly lol.
