So you want to build muscle? Or you want to change your lifestyle? Then stop trying to please everyone or stick in the same shell because you’re afraid of what people will think.

They aren’t you. They don’t have the goals you want and you can let them sit back and watch if that’s what it takes. The true ones will stick around and support you in everything you do.

People think the “fitness lifestyle” is selfish or “annoying” because you’re choosing to not eat out, not go to the party, or whatever the case may be. But if you TRULY want to take your goals seriously then you’ll make yourself a priority and stop letting the fear of judgement hold you back.

At the end of the day, you are you and that means you need to do what makes you the happiest. For me that’s becoming better everyday. What’s yours?

My favorite and least favorite day of the week; mainly bc I hate cooking lol
Let’s talk about meal prepping...
Prepping my meals has helped me stay prepared and consistent with my goals each and every single day so I have more willpower to dedicate towards this amazing sport 
Prepping your meals is so very important if you are a person, like myself, that often ends up skipping meals on accident because you are too lazy to cook or you feel like you don’t have any food in your house, etc (insert lame excuse here) 
If your looking for more consistent muscle gains or even weight loss I highly recommend you set up a strict schedule to prep your meals, on two different days of the week, and even set up what time you are going to put aside to do so
Thinking about doing it and making it fit into your schedule are two separate actions, and prepping meals is what sets the champions and go getters apart from those just looking to workout for fun

Randomly one of the things I’m paranoid about is the school sending home a “this lunch item is not healthy” note 🤦🏼‍♀️ ⁣

Stillstand im Training... Immer wieder sehe ich Leute, die seit Monaten gleich aussehen oder mich fragen, warum sie nicht voran kommen. Das kann verschiedene Ursachen haben, aber hier mal die größten 3 Ursachen: ❌Fehlende Intensität; Wenn du wachsen willst musst du gerade dann weitermachen, wenn es weh tut. Deine Muskeln brauchen diesen Reiz, um auf höhere Belastungen mit Muskel Zuwachs zu reagieren. ❌Kein Ziel ohne Plan; Viel zu häufig trainieren die Leute ohne sich vorher zu überlegen, welche Übungen sie ausführen wollen. Oder sie wissen nicht, welche Gewichte sie bewegen können. Meine Empfehlung: Führe Trainingstagebuch. Damit habe ich nachweislich die besten und schnellsten Fortschritte gemacht! ❌Übertraining; Viel hilft nicht viel! Regeneration is the key. 5 Mal die Woche Training die Woche reicht völlig aus. Wenn du dir keine Pause gönnst, kann die Muskulatur nicht wachsen und deine Leistung stagniert.

I'm up and ready to go! With a 13 hour shift looming I prepared my food for today, last night. Breakfast is fat free Greek yogurt bowl recipe from #chloemadeley. Lunch is salad and salmon. I've got my snacks at the ready to keep me going egg for morning break and nuts for mid afternoon. Tea will be prepared by my husband tonight whilst I'm still at work. 
It's difficult to keep on track whilst being a shift worker but preparation definitely helps! .

My big girl is starting school tomorrow! 😫⭐️ where have the years gone?? Who else has a child starting prep this year? Are you nervous, sad or excited? When Jude started I was a bit teary, my first ‘baby’ starting school, with Elle I am just so excited for her. She is 110% ready for school and I know she will be just fine! Miss social butterfly full of happiness and confidence. I will probably be a mess when Adeline starts, my littlest baby! Or does it get easier with each child? 🤔

Add roasted diced tomatoes, ground turkey, 2 cans of crushes tomatoes, 1 can of paste, 1 cup of water, a lil evoo and a dash of red wine, can of rinsed camellia white beans blended instead of heavy cream once cooked simmer for 30 and #done

Some of my meal preps are basic and some are fun, but I like the basic meals. I get to add my favorite hot sauce, seasonings, and condiments to change it up day to day! This week it’s chicken/beef, rice, and broccoli/green beans. Last week I stir fried beef with brussel sprouts to eat with rice and made a black bean pasta with spinach/tomato/onion to food with my shredded chicken. I’ve been eating more carbs and honestly have been thriving eating all the fruits!
