another smoothie bowl 🌟 frozen blueberries, banana, spinach, soya milk, @missfitsnutrition vanilla protein powder, avocado whizzed up and topped with clementine, grapes, pumpkin n sunflower seeds, mixed nuts, coconut chips, dried mulberries and goji berries 🥰🌟🍇🍊

today is the day I’m leaving centre parcs, going back home and then catching my coach back down to uni ☹️I am enjoying uni but this has made me realise how much I missed home and my friends. Already can’t wait to come back soon💗

last night we went to a meal at the American themed restaurant and I got vegan chilli (which came with vegan cheese oooooo) and it came with fries instead of rice. Doesn’t sound like that’s even a problem but A) I genuinely prefer rice much more B) fries, in my head, used to be ‘not worth the calories’ and because I don’t like them that much I wouldn’t eat them cause it ‘doesn’t seem worth it’. But what did I do? Ate as much as I wanted of them 😛just goes to show how you can enjoy food and eat ‘treats’ and NOTHING BAD WILL HAPPEN. Balanced life and living in the moment is well worth it rather than spending your life counting calories. My first go on slow cooking with my new toy #sousvideimmersioncirculator - I marinated the chicken breast with Japanese Soya sauce and Mirin, then slow cooked for 1 hour at 65 degrees. The chicken breast is very tender and juicy! I’m excited about this way of enjoying my low-fat diet!

I’m not always in a workout type mode, I don’t always feel like going, I get lazy, I tend to talk myself out of it, but I try my best to just show up and get the job done. Those times and days are what make the difference. I ALWAYS tell myself that. When you look at the big picture of things and not just base everything on 1 single day, you’ll realize that it’s not so bad and that there are LOTS of days ahead to put the work in. Combine it all with an understanding of patience and you’ll get the results. Whether that’d be performance, an established routine or body progress, it’s impossible that those results don’t come your way. 🙏🏼!

Indo-Italian Fusion Style Spaghetti with Baked Sweet Potato 🍝🍠 I surprisingly had time on a weekday to make lunch for myself. I usually make it the morning of or the night before and take it with me to classes/practice. 
A huge bowl of @martellifoods Spaghetti cooked in a traditional Indian-style Palak Paneer (you can substitute Paneer [cottage cheese] for Tofu as a vegan option). Palak paneer is a delicious Indian gravy made from spinach and other spices. 
RECIPE DETAILS: - Cook the spaghetti al-dente style on stove top
- Simultaneously sauté onions, garlic, pepper, green beans, mushrooms, broccoli in olive oil, salt and pepper in a pan on medium-low heat for 5 minutes 🥦🥒
- Add the Palak Paneer gravy to the sautéd vegetables (i will be posting the recipe for palak paneer soon) and sauté further
- When the Spaghetti is ready, drain it and transfer the spaghetti into the pan along with the palak paneer and the vegetables
- Cook further for 1 minute till the juices get absorbed by the spaghetti & gently pour the contents of into your favorite bowl 🍜
- Top it off with some beets (i used canned beets), @athenosfeta feta crumbles,olives, baked sweet potato and chili flakes (optional)

Doing as I'm told and putting an ice pack on my knee after my sports/remedial massage from @alphamassagelondon

I had some scar tissue at the base of my knee cap that has now been broken down. 
A little under 2 weeks ago I felt something pull in up my shin and into my knee.

This may well have been why the scar tissue was there.

Fortunately there are no long term concerns. 
I'm so glad I have treatments regularly (after being a bit sporadic in the past) . Little niggles get sorted, any injuries can be treated, glutes not firing can be discovered, plus its a great form of self care.

A little under 2 weeks ago I felt something pull in up my shin and into my knee.

This may well have been why the scar tissue was there.

Fortunately there are no long term concerns.

wasn't going to, but i had shoes in my bag.. and @bouldermovementsg was a really convenient meeting place to collect some yummy makes from @vicsjx! shot down by the 31, 33 and both dark blue and pink projects, but flashed the 27, 28, 29, 30... but these two 25s (yellow took maybe 10tries though i stuck the sloper on my first try.. i cldnt stick it again for probably the next 8 times lol. green took 2 tries cos the last jump needed some surety first. but it was quiiite shiok. oh, the thrills of being small) were the ones tt gave me the most satisfaction. and then some lame customs cos my brain is actually really dead.
