Fries before guys 🍟 sorry Honey Buns, you know I love ya, but I’ll always take first dibs on dem fries. Especially when they’re homemade #whole30 friendly sweet potato fries served with mashed avocado w/ sea salt + lemons (mashed after the beauty shot, obvi).

SWEET POTATO FRIES 🍟 the key to good sweet potato fries: slice evenly (okay I suck at this, so it’s not a deal breaker), toss with olive oil in a bowl, then season generously with salt and pepper. Heat oven to 425, and bake on the lower rack. Flip at 20 minutes, then check again 10 minutes later (30 minute total). Some ovens run hotter than others, so just check those bad boys every now and then.

Thissss worked out a treattt 😍!! And didn't take much time at all 😬 You may have noticedni always have a hella lot to do so waiting forever for something to cook just.. doesnt work 😂. Most lentil curry recipes use uncooked lentils but to speed things up i opted for @bionaorganic Green Lentils! Anddddd it was great. Came together as a very mild curry, probably suitable to young children too! But with an addition of a few extra spices you could easily create a more intense tasting dish to your preference. Recipe serves 4 (or 4 preps), is jam packed full of veg and at around only 119 kcal per portion (wiiiiiiiittt 😱 i know right??). Can't wait to share the recipeee with you all tomorrow 😍 keep a look out for my post!▪︎▪︎

Post-Workout Hydration is to help you determine the amount of fluid you lose during exercise, you can weigh yourself before and after exercise. For each pound lost during activity, drink 24 oz. of fluid. If your body weight increased, you have overhydrated and you should drink less fluid in future exercise sessions.
After a practice or competition, drink to quench your thirst and then drink some more. Because the thirst mechanism is an inaccurate indicator of dehydration, you'll have to monitor your urine to determine whether or not you've had enough.
I usually drink 2-3 of these jars of 12 oz each.

Post-Workout Hydration is to help you determine the amount of fluid you lose during exercise, you can weigh yourself before and after exercise. That topping was supposed to be more of a frosting, but unfortunately I’m either stupid or the recipe was wrong. I’ll take the latter 😂

Happy Thursday guys! Starting with a big savoury post workout breakfast, tofu scramble on crunchy wholewheat bread, topped with some sunflower 🌻 micro greens. Here’s my tofu recipe: 
1 block firm tofu crumbled 
1 small red chilli chopped 
1/2 teaspoon turmeric 
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 
1 teaspoon corn starch 
1/4 teaspoon black salt (Optional but it gives the eggy taste if you’re into that) 
Salt to taste 
In a frying pan, sauté your crumbled tofu and cook until a little golden. Quick multigrain Oatmeal cooked with frozen blueberries. Add in flax meal, chia & unsweetened coconut flakes - it will definitely get thicker in consistency - then add a milk of choice (I experimented with Trader Joe’s Turmeric Ginger Coconut Milk - yum!) to your desired consistency and enjoy!
