Decided that I’m changing what I’m posting on Instagram from now on. Going to start sharing my workouts and things I do to stay in shape, things I eat to help support my gut health, and products I use that I TRULY believe in. The highs, the lows, EVERYTHING. I want to try and be as real as I can with you from now on because we all know life isn’t rainbows and unicorns and lamborghinis like Instagram makes it out to be. So if you’re here for solely for the selfies and bikini pics... I’m sorry. 
On that note, what’s everyone’s favorite type of cardio or fitness class? I need a new workout because my gym routine has got me 💤

Now, I realize that age is really just a number.

What I'm saying with this post is live like your energetic child self.

Kids don't really give a damn about anything.

They don't care if they look "silly"

They just do things with such energy and passion.

They are always on the move, physically speaking.

Adults can still have the same drive and passion, we just have to remember that it's still within us, and we can still choose to live in a joyful way.

No, you don't have to do crazy things and go all out, but decide that you'll show up as your best self, and take action in a positive way to make a difference for you.

Banded face pulls are one f my favorite warm ups to complete on upper body or even lower body days. 
Face pulls help to strengthen the rear deltoids, rhomboids, external rotators and the trapezius (all muscles that tend to be under active in most people due to everyday activities that lead to a lot of internal rotation of the shoulders). Banded face pulls help to build healthier shoulders, increase scapular stability and build stronger shoulders/upper back.

Banded face pulls are one f my favorite warm ups to complete on upper body or even lower body days.
Face pulls help to strengthen the rear deltoids, rhomboids, external rotators and the trapezius (all muscles that tend to be under active in most people due to everyday activities that lead to a lot of internal rotation of the shoulders). Banded face pulls help to build healthier shoulders, increase scapular stability and build stronger shoulders/upper back.

Reverse lunge similar to a regular lunge but in reverse and targets the glutes more in this motion. It’s good to lunge in both directions as well as side lunges as they all target different muscles exclusively. I like lunges for the simple fact that it is a movement that we use in our everyday lives and it’s key that we’re using the right muscles in these type of movements otherwise over time that’s when we start to get knee pain or lower back pain because we have been compensating somewhere else.

2nd load up day went good lift had many flaws though. Belt wasn’t tight enough to flex my stomach so I was too focused on my lower back to get my foot positioning right as well as I held the bar on my back for about 10-15 seconds before I squatted a lot to work on but for a 10pr it wasn’t bad next leg day will be better.
