At some point or another, we’ve all fallen into the habit of “later”

The list could go on for pages. But I think we all forget that sometimes later doesn’t come, and tomorrow is never guaranteed. One way or another I've gotta deadlift!

Simple two exercise HIIT workout. My heart rate was way up and the lifting hooks took all the pressure off my forearm so I did 7 rounds of 10 reps with minimal rest.

I saw your video this morning how to handle people who try to sabotage your success and happiness. I do agree with everything your saying and I have plenty of people that try to tear into my success’s , and I fully agree with everything you said other than cutting them off. ☝🏽

There are those that do need to be cut off and I do, but then there are people that are good people that simply need guidance or help so sometimes putting a little time into that type of person can help you have a deeper understanding of not only the but also yourself , cutting them off doesn’t allow that opportunity of growth in either , it just becomes a dead issue..☠️

Where do we quit?  More importantly, WHY do we quit so easily? 
We live in a world where instant gratification is expected. Everything is literally at our fingertips, and the instant we have to put in more than a small amount of effort, or have some willpower, we tend to give up. 
We eat healthy for a few days but don’t notice an immediate improvement, so we go back to our old ways. 
We say I love you, take our significant other out on dates, go out of our way to be sweet to “win them over”, but stop once we’ve earned their love. 
We workout consistently for a couple months and then quit if we don’t look like the winner of a transformation challenge, despite feeling better, having more energy, moving easier. 
We quit the first time we fail because we tell ourselves we can’t do it if we aren’t instantly good at something. 
Don’t quit just because you’re having a bad day, you’re not feeling motivated, you failed before. Don’t take the easy way out. That path doesn’t lead anywhere worth going. 
See it through to the finish. Don’t let quitting be an option. Find a way to overcome any obstacle or barrier in your path. If you have a setback, get right back in the game!  If you fail, figure out what went wrong, go back to the drawing board. Back attack!!! I personally love training my back because who doesn’t love a strong back?! ⌛️💪🏼 Here is my back workout I did today! — 
1️⃣ Warm up : hyper extensions with a slight pause at the top to engage the entire back. 
4 sets of 15 reps should do it! — 
2️⃣ Overhand assisted pull-ups 
8 reps superset with👇🏽
3️⃣ Underhand assisted chin-ups
5 slow & controlled reps for 3 whole supersets.
— 
4️⃣ Seated close grip cable pull-downs 
4 sets of 10 reps.
— 
5️⃣ another superset here..
10 single arm cable rows straight into 10 single arm rear delt cable pulls.
Repeat the superset 3 times on each side
— 
6️⃣ finished off with renegade rows

Back attack!!! I personally love training my back because who doesn’t love a strong back?! ⌛️💪🏼 Here is my back workout I did today! —
1️⃣ Warm up : hyper extensions with a slight pause at the top to engage the entire back.
4 sets of 15 reps should do it! —
2️⃣ Overhand assisted pull-ups
8 reps superset with👇🏽
3️⃣ Underhand assisted chin-ups
5 slow & controlled reps for 3 whole supersets.

4️⃣ Seated close grip cable pull-downs
4 sets of 10 reps.

5️⃣ another superset here..
10 single arm cable rows straight into 10 single arm rear delt cable pulls.
Repeat the superset 3 times on each side

6️⃣ finished off with renegade rows

Let's compare yoghurt! Two different types of Greek-style yoghurt: dairy vs coconut. Coconut yoghurt is often seen as the flashier yoghurt of the two - but how do they compare calorie and macro-wise? There's no point comparing per serving, as most people won't weigh out their yoghurt anyway - so we're doing jar vs tub, at similar weights. As always, stats vary from brand to brand.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let's look at the macronutrients first - bearing in mind that this is only 700g coconut vs 900g dairy. The dairy yoghurt tub has almost 5 times more protein than the coconut yoghurt jar does - the dairy yoghurt is a decent source of protein whereas the protein content of the coconut yoghurt is almost negligible in the scheme of things. For dietary fat, the coconut yoghurt jar has over 6.5 times that of the dairy tub despite being 200g less - which is an absolute monster difference! The coconut jar's 158g of fat is roughly 2-3 days worth of recommended dietary fat, in just one jar! The dairy yoghurt is also very high in sugar (over 4 times more than the coconut), both natural and added - whereas the coconut yoghurt is very low in sugar, none of which is added. The two types of yoghurt are quite different macro-wise - what one is low in, the other has heaps of!

Energy-wise, the coconut yoghurt has WAY more calories than the dairy yoghurt does (84% more), despite being only 700g versus 900g. This is simply because it contains so much dietary fat, which is worth 9 calories per gram (compared to protein and carbs at only 4 calories per gram). So even though the dairy yoghurt is much higher in protein, carbohydrate (86g vs 20g) AND sugar, it's still much lower in energy because it's so low in fat compared to the coconut yoghurt!
