The goal of fat loss is to primarily lose fat while maintaining (or building) as much muscle as possible.

Fat Loss = Caloric Deficit + High Protein + Lifting Weights; this is the golden formula to attain your goal physique.

You need to continuously try and get stronger through “progressive overload”, meaning you increase the volume/ or add weight/ or increase # of reps/ or decrease rest per workout session. Continuous overload will result in muscle growth and strength increase overtime.

Treat hunger as your friend; rather than dreading the feeling of hunger, understand that you are on your way to a better looking, leaner you. Strategically plan your meals and eat foods that are generally lower in calories and high in protein in order to reduce the feeling of hunger throughout the day.

The dumbbell pullover is often thought of as a back-focused exercise (and it is a great back exercise, although I would argue it’s more effective for lat engagement using cable resistance or machine).

I personally really like to integrate the dumbbell variation into my chest day.
.
If you have good mind-muscle connection with your chest, it can be used as a really effective pec builder. .
I reserve it for the last or 2nd last exercise of my chest programming.

یه غذای خیلییی خیلییی راحت و سریع واسه شام😻البته میشه با برنج هم خورده بشه ولی بستگی به خودتون داره😻😋
خوراک مرغ
مواد لازم:
سینه مرغ،پیاز،،زرشک،قارچ،رب،ادویه
اول پیاز رو سرخ میکنیم بعد ازینکه پیاز طلایی شد بهش مرغ هایی که خرد کرده بودیم و همرا زردچوبه و فلفل و نمک اضافه میکنیم...اصلا بهش اب اضافه نکنید چون پیاز و مرغ اب میندازن و با اب خودش بپزه خیلی بهتره،شعله کاز رو متوسط کنید و بذارید بپزه...بعد بهش رب و قارچ و اضافه کنید و دوباره بذارید بپزه تا زمانی که کاملا ابی که قارچ میندازه خشک بشه که خوراکمون خوشمزه تر بشه...
لحظه اخر که خواستین سرو کنید زرشک و اضافه کنید و در قابلمه رو ببندید و فقط بذارید با بخار داخل قابلمه یکم نرم بشه...

Day 243: Hiked up to the Tv Tower overlooking the town, Maps.me tried to lead us into someone’s garden which seems pretty standard for the app.

I very much encourage people to train during weekends, especially if you’ve got a “regular” 9-5 and find it difficult to get a workout during the week.
