Isocinetic exercise are always a good way to change the muscolar stimulation and  to master a movement.

In bodyweight training, you'll need to control the speed of execution. Keeping It costant, your muscles will be able to reach the same levels of strength at each point of the movement. 
This willl have some positive effect on your body:
- Maintain and improves muscles tone;
- Strengthen individual muscle groups, in case there are still isolated deficits of strength and resistance.

It also improves the proprioception, thanks to the prolonged activation of the stabilizers; unlike the isocinetic machine, in which are not adequately involved due to the fact that the activity is carried out inside machines with tracks that guide the execution.

Well if you have a strong triceps it will reflect on many other exercises and you'll just benefit from them. How I get a big and strong triceps so? Narrow bench press! I love reverse grip but here I m doing it regular. Train heavy and smart and after you can do lighter weights and reps. .

🐒Hanging around // I’m not going to lie, this week was a tough one. Work was great, my client sessions were great, the classes I taught were great, but when I wasn’t working and tapped into the frequency I work with I was low. The word “depressed” kept showing itself to me but in the way of “deep rest” which led me to know I was going through a big shift. Typically I surrender with ease but I was fighting myself this week, I was struggling, I was being hard on myself for not being able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I wanted all of the answers in the moments of darkness, I wanted full clarity.

With a Capricorn moon in my chart I am super self aware and critical sometimes to a fault, I am harder on myself then anyone else, I am strong willed & a planner. These are traits my cancer sun balances, and typically I can stay out of the deep dark mucky waters but this week it seems I wanted to feel it all so I went to the shadow places, I sat in my darkness. I looked into my soul, stared at my fears and all the while I kept hearing a message from within that on Saturday things would be bright again, and with that I surrendered to the dark night of my soul. Inward I went but not without support. I am so thankful for the friends in my life that truly understand my journey and can support me when I need it most. Fast forward to Saturday afternoon, and I found myself again, but not my old self, a heightened version of me.

Healing is not linear, there is no beginning, middle & end. It is a deep unraveling of ones self and we never know when things may arrive, what we must learn are the skills for transmuting the energy and stepping into it with ease as they do and that’s exactly what I did this week.

Last night I went out for what felt like the first night in months. I curled my hair, put on makeup, attended parties, met new people, connected with friends, danced and enjoyed every second of it. The “deep rest” has come to an end for now and I have emerged once again as a butterfly. The truth is I know these unravelings will happen again, because like I said there is no beginning, middle or end; so in this moment I enjoy my life and the process🙌🏼

14g melted butter
45g Kodiak Cakes buttermilk protein mix
1 serving (3 scoops) @npl_prolifestyle @npl_international vanilla whey

Bạn nào mới tập có thể gập khớp gối trước sau đó mới đẩy hông ra sau. Luôn nhớ là đầu gối chỉ gập 1 góc nhỏ trong cả quá trình tập. Nếu các bạn gập gối nhiều là ra squat đó 🤒🤒🤒
Làm đúng các bước như mình dạy mà vẫn cong lưng khi hạ người xuống thì mn thử giãn đùi sau và lưng dưới nhé.

If you are planning to go for a run or hit the gym, make sure you set goals that you can sustain and find feasible. One example of this would be to avoid increasing the amount of weight drastically during lifting weights as it can lead to serious injuries.

2. Follow the right technique: Proper technique is very important in sports, a lack of which can lead to injuries. Ask your trainer to observe your form when you perform any activity. Focus on your breathing and posture when you are exercising.

3. Warm up before you begin exercising: Warming up before you exercise or playing a sport is important, as it helps loosen your muscle and boost blood circulation.

4. Cool down: Similar to an essential warm up is the need to cool down; it is another aspect that should not be ignored. Cooling down usually consists of stretches and postures that promote flexibility. The muscles become sore after working out. Stretching can help reduce post workout pain and make the joints flexible.

5. Listen to your body: During an activity, if you feel that you can no longer carry on, terminate the activity. The chances of injury may arise, if you continue to push your body over your threshold limit.
