Notre cerveau est fait en sorte qu’il choisira généralement la zone de confort. Rester sous la couette ou pas ?

Pour celles et ceux qui ont des problèmes de motivation : ne vous laissez pas le choix ! Fixez vous des créneaux horaires dédiés à l’exercice physique et respectez-les quoi qu’il arrive, quels que soient votre niveau de motivation ou de fatigue à ce moment là.

Si vous ne vous sentez pas au top, revoyez juste vos objectifs : pas de pression, pas d’objectif de performance.

Vous verrez qu’après la séance vous vous sentirez bien mieux 😉 Moins fatigué(e) et plus motivé(e) !

i woke up in anticipation of this bowl and it did not disappoint 🤤 so quick and easy. see my stories for more. 
i’ve been trying to create more vegan recipes. WHY? i’m not vegan or plantbased (though i’m plantstrong i guess) well there are a lot of vegans! and i don’t wanna exclude anybody! i also have mad respect vegan bakers creating things like aquafaba meringue and whatnot 🤯 i’m interested in constraints (uuuhh calories ?) constraints lead people into creativity. so while i cannot promise everything here will be vegan, i’ll try to at least always give a vegan+gf option for bakes.

Longest run during training so far was a success. Got the miles in and tried a new fueling option: @honeystinger energy chews. I usually consume 3-5 chews (about 20 grams of carbs depending on the brand) every 30-40 minutes. I’ve been experimenting with this for a while, so my fueling strategy is likely different from other runners. Most importantly, these chews taste great and they’re organic 😍.

Dad and I made dinner tonight, I made hummus sandwiches: hummus, spinach, tomato, pepper, cooked onions, cucumber, (and warm mushrooms in mine) and my dad made pizza on a sprouted grain crust that was vegan, but half cheese on one side and the other w/o. My biggest regret is not putting my sandwich on bigger bread:(

Going to go for a weigh in tomorrow. It's been a month since my last and I haven't been exercising and eating clean like I said I would but jumping on the scales for the first time in a while it looks like I may still have maintained or even got closer to 23st!

I've eaten today and not gone out of the house but even a maintain would be great tomorrow. I've eaten a lot of bad stuff this month but if I've not put on then that's a win for me!

Bought this shirt the other day and felt so good in it on a night out, and it's those little moments that make this journey so much more worth it and I feel confident, sexy, and powerful about my body.

Not that I don't already, but I certainly have goals and look forward to the future.

It’s so important to make clean, healthy cooking accessible for everyone.

I love the bold flavor of the Spicy Brown mustard used in this marinade… it takes ordinary chicken breasts to a whole new level!

2/3 cup French’s Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tablespoons extra virgin oil 
2 teaspoons freshly minced garlic
3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 to 2–1/2 pounds)

Whisk together mustard, olive oil, and garlic in a small bowl.  Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade.  Set aside.

Place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of plastic wrap or wax paper.  Using the flat side of a meat mallet, pound until breasts are evenly 1/2-inch thick.

Place chicken breasts in a resealable 1 gallon bag and pour marinade over chicken.  Seal bag and gently shake to evenly coat chicken.  Refrigerate for up to 4 hours.

Brush olive oil or vegetable oil on your grill grates or in your saucepan.

Grill or cook covered) for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear.

Place chicken on a plate and brush with reserved marinade.  Cover with aluminum foil for 5-7 minutes and serve warm.

Add a salad of chopped spinach, chopped red cabbage, tomato and avocado for a healthy meal full of nutrients and protein.
