Não me esqueci que vos prometi umas pataniscas saudáveis ahah 👌 
A receita?! Está já aqui 👇 - 500g de bacalhau cozido desfiado
- 2 cebolas - 4 dentes de alho - 2 alho francês - 100g de abóbora - 3 ovos
- Coentros
- Azeite (3 colheres de sopa)
- Sal q.b
- Pimenta preta q.b - Numa panela começar por colocar a cebola partida aos bocadinhos, juntar o azeite e deixar refogar. - Juntar o alho francês às rodelas e a abóbora aos bocadinhos e o sal. Ir sempre mexendo até cozinhar.
- Juntar o bacalhau desfiado e envolver bem.
- Por fim, juntar os ovos batidos com os coentros e a pimenta, e mexer até cozinhar.

Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla 😍 The best way to use leftover chicken is to add it to a tortilla and make a quesadilla 🙌🏻 Add lots of toppings and it’s a perfect meal 😎 A perfect lunch or dinner! -

I cooked 2 chicken breasts  in the skillet over medium heat in olive oil for 15 minutes total- flipping halfway through. Flatten the chicken before you put them in the skillet  so they cook quicker and always check the internal temp! 
Then I added them to a bowl and shredded with two forks. then coated with 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp paprika, 
1/2 cup hot sauce, and a sprinkle of salt. 
Reheated today and added into @sietefoods tortilla with mashed avocado + salsa + @sietefoods dairy free nacho cheese 😍 #paleo #choosingbalance #easyrecipes

my clinical was 1 hour away from tiger king..
it’s crazy to think that a month ago i was working in the hospital. i learned so much during this time and yet i feel like i barely reflected because the world changed so quickly. as i watched tiger king this weekend it brought me back to oklahoma and reminded me of so many lessons i have learned from my time there that i think are important to share.

many of you know i did my internship in oklahoma and my clinical rotation at a rural hospital (no joke, about and hour drive away from wynnewood exotic animal park). growing up in colorado & going to school in arizona this was such an eye opening experience for me because i had never been immersed into a culture like this. 
there is so much i take for granted that so many people couldn’t imagine having. like cell service that was uncommon in many towns, a grocery store within a two hour drive, fresh produce & almond milk (that they had gotten 1 month before i came) in the local grocery store, places to eat other than fast food, and so much more.

it put being a dietitian into perspective more than ever and showed me how to meet people where they are at. many people couldn’t read or write, didn’t have the money to afford food, or didn’t know what a carb was. and yet, it’s all about any small difference you can make. 
i questioned posting this for the last few weeks because it hasn’t felt like the right time.. but when i think about it, this has been a constant reminder for me to be grateful. for whenever i walk into the grocery store with unlimited options. or think about the number of hospitals in the area saving people instead of only one. or the fact i have cell service to be constantly connected to people around me and all of you! 
i’m so thankful for my time in the hospital and to have this experience. and i am so incredibly grateful for all the healthcare workers that are fighting this everyday. 
i know there is a lot of info out there and i hope this didn’t contribute to the noise, for you. for me it is just a reminder to be thankful for everything i have now that is more than some have during normal life.. #malsfitkitchen

New favorite refreshing salad!🌱
Tomato Cucumber Dill Salad 🍅🥒🍋
Perfect for days when you want a cold crunchy side for dinner or a just light lunch.
•
Ingredients
2 cucumbers, diced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved 
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup feta cheese 
3 tablespoons avocado or olive oil 
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh dill minced
•
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.

The first topic I spoke about on @un1t_london #UN1TTV Last night . 
We’re in funny old times right now. Let me guess, you’ve all been bombarded with mounds of information around what you should and shouldn’t eat?

Well first everyone’s diet is different; we have different habits and comforts. Creating strict rules isn’t always the best option. So before trying to make drastic changes or be too harsh on yourself, consider these three things:
.
1. MOOD ☺️
How does this ‘food’ make you feel? Happy? Guilty? Healthy? Sick? Lethargic?
.
2. MEDICINAL 🍉
Now food is not medicine BUT when you think of how food can prevent and reduce our risk of various disease (unfortunately not COVID19) we want to be adding as much colour, as many vitamins & minerals, from colourful fruit & veg as possible. Am I just eating beige foods all day?! .
3. MINDFUL 😌
When you reach for the snack, don’t beat yourself up by ask yourself - Why am I eating this? Do I need it? Is it because I’m bored or stressed? Am I rewarding myself? If I eat this, how will it make me feel..?

If you’re happy with your current eating habits keep it going! Otherwise, start becoming aware of why & what you’re eating and how it makes you feel and only then you can start addressing habits that may not align with your health / fitness / weight goals .

La gratitude rend heureux. C’est un fait démontré par la psychologie positive.
Les neurosciences ont également prouvé que la gratitude apportait plus d’apaisement, développait l’optimisme, améliorait les rapports sociaux. 
Chaque matin lorsque je pose le pied sur le sol,je remercie la vie.Et j'ai de la gratitude pour la journée que je vais vivre quoi qu'elle m'apporte.

You will need:
1 cauliflower chopped into small florets
750g baby potatoes roughly chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Big pinch sea salt
1 large onion chopped roughly

CRÊPES ARANCIA E CANNELLA 🧡🍊 ho utilizzato:
•30g farina di avena gusto croissant @pharmapower.it •100g latte di avena •100g di albume •succo di arancia spremuto •cannella •100g @sojasun_vegetalepositivo naturale (per la farcitura)
Mescolate tutti gli elementi o shakerate come preferite basta che il tutto si amalgama bene senza grumi. Stendete un mestolo di dimensioni piccole del composto ottenuto formando un cerchio sottile nella padella (molto calda) antiaderente precedentemente messa sul fuoco se volete ungetela. Dopo un minuto iniziate a staccarla e poi girarla. -1 yogur 0
-edulcorante al gusto
-20 grs proteína sabor cookies and cream
-1 chta de levadura
-1 sobre de gasificante
-15 ml leche de almendras zero

Bate todo junto menos el gasificante, la levadura, la proteína y la harina.

So after a lot of fan messages and good words, I found the energy and time to post again. Sorry for the long break. I just have lots of stuff going on, up and down health and energy. But here is #newcontent !!
Yesterday I went on a crazy bicycle session. I rode all the way up a mountain/Forrest! And when I decided to go ride home again, I had like 6% of battery left on my phone, and thought I’d go through the woods and prank google maps by doing a shortcut which wasn’t shown on the map! It’s typical me to always look for incline when riding a bike, and go where it’s more inclined.  Long story short, I encountered such a crazy route and incline that I was lost. I was looking for decline in the elevation to get out of the #forrest and home, but was #lost ! No #googlemaps either. Suddenly in the middle of it all, my stomach starts to hurt and I fee diarrhea!! I didn’t manage to hold myself and my legs started shaking from holding me! I had to throw the #bike away and shit in the middle of the road! I thought it was gonna be diarrhea and just soup coming out of my ass, but it was a huge hard shit!! When it hit the ground, there was a vibration and sound like when you drop a big rock! So I shit myself in the middle of the woods!!! Also no leaves to wipe myself with, so I rode the bike home again all shit up!
