โค๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿ‘€ Pls READ the caption about this great man and motivation! >>> The reason why I upload this photo is that I want to share something about motivation. I met this man in the gym, recently. He is partially paralysed and he moves on with a crutch, but besides that he works out!
He carried and reracked the dumbells with the crutch! He was struggling, so I asked him te help, but he refused. Not to be rude, but he wanted to do it on his own, he said. We started talking and expressed our respect for each other. 
My point is -and itโ€™s not necessary about having willpower in the gym- but having it generally, in your daily life, at work, during any relationship, โ€ฆ in everything you enjoy doing.

The thing people tend to forget when all they want to do is give up, is that failure doesnโ€™t fix anything. Maybe for a moment youโ€™ll feel relief because you no longer have to face that challenge, but the satisfaction will be fleeting.

No matter what challenge you are facing, you will struggle with maintaining your optimism, dedication and will power because you havenโ€™t addressed the real issue: yourself.

Imagine the great challenge as a big rock in front of you. You can find a long and suffering way around it OR you can smash the big rock and just go through it. ๐Ÿคœ
Right now it may seem impossible, but remember how often your threshold changes.

No one becomes a CEO overnight. If you have dreams, youโ€™re going to work for it. Itโ€™s okay to take time figuring out the best way to proceed, but itโ€™s not okay to walk away because itโ€™s challenging you.. Most of all, remember that you arenโ€™t the first to feel this way.
We all face it.

Choose to see obstacles as lessons. Ask yourself, what is it bringing up for me? In most cases, theyโ€™re there to point you in a direction youโ€™ve previously not considered. Trust this and keep going!

Iโ€™ve been meaning to introduce myself and my journey for awhile now,
so I think now is a good time to sayโ€”
hello ๐Ÿ˜Œ my name is Ashley and I am a mother of 2, a girlfriend to the man of my dreams, a independent Prรผvit promoter and lover and Iโ€™ve been on this journey of mine since January 2014 (I was a โ€œNew Year New Meโ€ personโ€).
I wish I could share more pictures to really show all the changes my body has gone though over the years...
but I feel like these 8 pictures will do ๐Ÿ˜Š

Picture 1: (May 2013) I was 9 months pregnant with my first baby and had gained close to 80 lbs. I was also honorably discharged from the Army when I was 2 months pregnant, so I feel like maybe the transition from Military to civilian life was harder on me than I though. Especially since we moved to a new state at the start of my pregnancy where I knew absolutely no one. I also experienced a lot of depression my first pregnancy. Sad to say, but it just wasnโ€™t the best pregnancy for me ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Picture 2: (May 2013) I was 6 days postpartum with my first and I was surprisingly okay with how I looked at the time and kept telling myself I would lose the weight ๐Ÿ˜Š but as much as I tried, I always gave up 1-2 weeks into starting.

Picture 3: (Dec 2013) I was 9 months postpartum and kept using the excuse โ€œI just had a baby,โ€ to make myself feel better. And by this time, I had gained more weight since pic 2 and I was at my all time highest weight of 235 lbs (this was right before I got serious with my weight loss).

Picture 4: (Aug 2014) This was 8 months into me walking 10K steps a day, working out at home and eating right ๐Ÿ˜Š I had lost close to 80 pounds on my own, at home ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป and I was so proud of myself for achieving this!

Picture 5: (2014-2015) A few months after I lost all that weight, I got pregnant with baby number 2 ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜… this pregnancy was MUCH healthier, as I worked out daily and ate a lot better. I only gained 25 lbs with this baby and enjoyed my pregnancy a lot more the second time around ๐Ÿฅฐ

Todayโ€™s workout was NON-NEGOTIABLE.

I overslept my early morning alarms and almost said F*ยข! it, Iโ€™ll do it tomorrow, but then I remembered I donโ€™t have to get ready, drive 20 minutes to a gym, workout, drive 20 minutes back and get ready for work! I literally roll out of bed, decide if I want to put socks and shoes on, chug my Energize, walk 50 ft to my living room and push play. 
Even though it would have been so easy to use an excuse today not to workout, I made a promise to myself and it is NON-NEGOTIABLE๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ

Itโ€™s a fresh approach to circuit training where no timer is needed. And no one asks you โ€œ how manyโ€? ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป
TEN is a ladder, meaning every round gets added on to. The first exercise never goes away.๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป
No equipment? No problem! You don't need ANY. This week's workout is ALL BODYWEIGHT, so all you need is a little bit of space. Lot's of slow building sneak attacks here!
Perform the first exercise then take as much or as little rest as needed. Start with the first exercise again and then add on 10 reps of exercise number two. Take as much or as little rest as needed. Start with the first exercise, perform 10 reps of the second exercise, and then perform 10 reps of exercise number three. Continue adding on. In round 10, youโ€™ll have ten exercises to work your way through, making it the longest and most challenging round!
TRAINER TIP: If you need more of "cardio" vibe, flip it and start with the heel clicks and work your way backwards! THAT will change everything!! The flute bridges would then become Exercise 10, leaving you pretty pooped, but ready to stretch on the floor without another transition.
