Der erste Heimtrainingszyklus wurde beendet und hat, neben einigen anderen, vor allem eine interessante Erkenntnis mit sich gebracht 💡. Da ich mich sehr glücklich schätzen kann, über ein relativ großes Equipemtarsenal zu verfügen und somit die meisten Bewegungen auch mit entsprechend hoher, absoluter Intensität absolvieren kann, hab ich nicht erwartet, dass der Trainingsinduzierte Stress und damit die Trainingsinduzierte Ermüdung signifikant abfällt.

Doch trotz deutlich geringerem Alltagsstress, bedingt durch die Quarantänemaßnahmen, hat sich der Gesamtermüdungszustand über den Zyklus hinweg zwar leicht, aber nicht in dem von mir erwarteten Maße von Zyklen unter Normalbedingungen unterschieden.

Da ich immer versuche, mein Training in den Kontext meines übrigen Alltags zu setzen und umgekehrt, lässt sich für mich daraus schließen, dass mein normaler Alltag offenbar einen geringern Einfluss auf meinen Erholungszustand hat, als ich pauschal angenommen hätte.

Gleichzeitig möchte ich diese Beobachtung nicht überbewerten, da es sich hier natürlich um eine Momentaufnahme handelt, in der noch andere Faktoren wie bspw. die Psyche ein wesentliche Rolle spielen. Für mich dennoch ein recht interessantes takeaway. [Werbung]

Damals als der Rücken noch ne Schwäche war.
Du willst einen stabilen Rücken?👇🏽
Dann solltest Du NICHT auf diese 5 weit verbreiteten Rückenmythen reinfallen👇🏽
1.) Rudern macht den Rücken „dicht“ - Kann man so nicht pauschalisieren, da beispielsweise enges Rudern zum Bauch, mit am Körper angelegten Ellbogen, voranging den Latissimus trainiert & damit eher für eine ordentliche „Rückenbreite“ sorgt. Willst Du hauptsächlich deine „Rückendichte“ verbessern, so musst Du für einen Zug zur Brust mit abgespreizten Ellbogen sorgen.
2.) Kreuzheben ist ein Muss für einen guten Rücken - Kreuzheben besteht hauptsächlich aus einer Hüftstreckung & ist damit in erster Linie gar keine Rücken- sondern eine Beinbeuger/Gluteusübung. Definitiv keine schlechte Übung, jedoch mit Sicherheit kein Muss für einen brachialen Rücken.
3.) 10-12 Sätze pro Woche reichen für den bestmöglichen Rückenwachstum aus - Für komplette Anfänger oder genetische Ausnahmen kann dies stimmen, jedoch werden die meisten damit weit unter ihrem wahren Potential bleiben. Der Rücken scheint aufgrund seiner Komplexität nämlich die höchste Volumentoleranz aller Muskelgruppen zu besitzen und dementsprechend solltest Du mit dem Volumen auch nicht geizen. Falls Du Probleme dabei hast das optimale Volumen für dich ganz individuell herauszufinden, dann schau dir unbedingt das @trainingspedia Pro (Werbung) näher an.
4.) Überzüge sind nutzlos - Wie kann eine Übung, die isoliert die komplette ROM des Lats mit einer sehr guten Widerstandskurve trainieren kann, nutzlos sein?
5.) Viel Gewicht = Viel Masse - Würde ich direkt unterschreiben, wenn deine Technik nicht darunter leidet. Denn bei keiner anderen Muskelgruppe kann man wohl so viel schummeln.

„Ich mache 3 Sätze X und 4 Sätze Y, ist das gut so?“👇🏽
So oder so ähnlich klingt die Frage, die ich vermutlich am meisten von euch bekomme.
Das Problem an der ganzen Sache: NIEMAND kann dir diese Frage im Vorhinein beantworten. Dein Volumenbedarf setzt sich nämlich aus über 100 verschiedenen Faktoren zusammen.
- Wie ist deine Technik? Kommt das Volumen überhaupt an?
- Wie sieht deine Muskelfaserverteilung (weiße/rote Fasern) aus? - Wie bist Du anatomisch gebaut? (Längere Hebel -> Längerer Weg -> Volumen „zerstörerischer“)
- Wie stark wirst Du in deinem Alltag gestresst?
- Wie viel Stunden schläfst Du?
- Wie sieht deine Kalorienbilanz aus?
- Wie sieht deine Proteinzufuhr aus?
- Wie weit bist Du von deinem genetischen Limit entfernt?
- Wie viel Zeit willst Du überhaupt im Gym investieren?
- Wie sehen deine Hormonwerte aus?
- Hast Du Mikronährstoffdefizite?
- Hast Du irgendwelche Erkrankungen?
Die Liste der Fragen soll lediglich einen Überblick über die wichtigsten Parametern geben und ist keineswegs vollständig.
Jetzt fragst Du dich vermutlich, wie Du all diese Fragen beantworten kannst, um endlich an das richtige Volumen für dich zu gelangen. Die gute Antwort ist jedoch, dass Du dir darüber keinen Kopf machen musst. Vielmehr solltest Du wie folgt vorgehen:
1.) Suche dir einen Volumenstartwert, der grob passen würde.
2.) Halte alle obigen Parameter möglichst konstant.
3.) Evaluiere deine Reaktion deines Körpers.
4.) Passe das Volumen an.
5.) Wiederhole Punkt 2-5.

Du musst also weder eine Muskelbiopsie durchführen, noch deine Hebelverhältnisse akribisch ausmessen, da die Reaktion deines Körpers bereits alle möglichen Rahmenbedingungen berücksichtigt hat. Some of my first IFBB Pros were in Figure back in 2005.  This is one of the great ones who accomplished the goal 100% natty.  I know that doesn’t matter but sometimes i look back and some of the past team members (Steve Cook, Earnest Flowers, Cari Bradshaw, Sandy Forsyth, Abbie Burrows, Sherlyn Roy, Tony Claibourne, Tracee Kment to name a few) on TNT and made the Olympia stage and/or turned pro with out any of the gear...blows my mind. Gotta be extra creative with the home workouts but 3 weeks in we’re still going strong.

266lbs for 8 on bench (bar weighs 16.2lbs, plates are 25) very happy with this bc I haven’t done any volume in over a month. Hit 295lbs for a decent paused single after then dropped the ball with a shitty assisted 315lbs (@ insta story)

ACCESSORIES- 145lbs for 3 sets of seal rows then curl/tri ext 85lbs AMRAP supersets 🥴 finished with 10lb dummbell YTIW’s. Amazing what you can accomplish with just a barbell and a little imagination 💪🏼

I'm a day early for #flashbackfriday, so I guess this will have to be #throwbackthursday. Like I said last time, the disadvantage of staying 100% natural is that you will look relatively the same twenty years later, but the advantage staying clean is also that you will look relatively the same at 50 as you did at 30 instead of destroying your body with steroids. The candle which burns twice as bright burns half as long.
