Fall down seven times, get up eight. 💪

ich trainiere nach dem Rücken meistens 6-8 Sätze noch isoliert den Bizeps, wenn der Pump besonders geil ist, könnens auch mal 2 mehr sein 😅😜

von zu sehr gesplitteten Trainingsplänen halte ich auch heute noch relativ wenig. Der Grund ist simple und lässt sich leicht erklären: wenn wir einen Muskel trainieren, sagen wir mal 1 Arbeitssatz Kreuzheben, dann ist der erste Arbeitssatz der effektivste. Wie der erste ist der effektivste - sind die anderen nicht mehr effektiv? Doch doch, die anderen sind auch effektiv, aber sie erzeugen eben weiteres Volumen und mit jedem Satz mehr holt man weitere "Prozent" Effektivität aus seinem Workout. Das ist ja auch der Grund wieso wir bei Push-Pull-Beine zum Beispiel 9-10-11-12 Sätze für den Rücken machen, weil 1 zu wenig ist, aber der "Sweet-Spot" irgendwo um den Dreh liegt.

Jetzt aufgepasst: ich könnte also auch nur 1x pro Woche einen Muskel trainieren mit z.B 20 Sätzen, anstatt 10, dadurch hätte ich gleich viel Sätze auf die Woche gesehen, jedoch habe ich nur 1x vielleicht 98% rausgeholt. Wir trainieren jetzt 2x pro Woche den Muskeln, wir werden nur 76% pro Workout rausholen (Effizienz), dafür jedoch 2x pro Woche. Unterm Strich haben wir auf die Woche gesehen mehr gewonnen durch eine bessere Frequenz. Es gibt noch zahlreiche weitere Vorteile, aber auf die möchte ich heute gar nicht eingehen, sondern nur auf den Punkt: in einem Training benötigt man irgendwann überproportional viele Sätze um die letzten "Prozent-Effektivität" rauszuholen.

Heißt für uns: eine Frequenz von mindestens 2x ist sehr gut. 3x kann man auch machen (zum Beispiel bei GK Trainingsplänen), aber von 2 auf 3x ist der Unterschied nicht so groß, verglichen mit 1x auf 2x.

האימון היום מיוחד ובנוי כמו ״אחד מי יודע״ רק בגרסה קצרה יותר של 5 אלמנטים (כי 13 יהיה לכם קשה לזכור) 😎

אז יש לנו 5 אלמנטים כאשר למען ההסבר כל אלמנט מייצג אות וגם דקה שלמה. בתוך הדקה יש לנו 40 שניות עבודה ו20 שניות מנוחה והמטרה שלנו היא לבצע את אלמנט אחד בדקה הראשונה, לאחר מכן - ב2 דקות הבאות - שוב את אלמנט אחד ואחריו ישר את השני וכן הלאה (עוד מעט אפרט שוב).

5 התרגילים המנחים אותנו היום הם :

A) ״נחום-תקום״ (ברפי + רול אפ).
B) שכיבות סמיכה.
C) בטן (אולרים מכל סוג).
D) גב (נדנדת סופרמן או הרמות אגן).

من اقوي تمارين البطن اللي اخترعتها لما كان عندي إصابة في رست ايدي، التمرين ده بيعتمد على عضله الكتف الجانبيه وعضلات البطن كلها بس بنسبة كبيرة العضلات السفلية لازم مستواك يكون متوسط عشان تقدر تمارس الحركة بطريقة صحيحة يعني عالاقل تكون بتعرف تعمل ضغط

This exercise focusing really good on Shoulders muscles " Lateral Head " and the whole AB and Core muscles and specially Lower part, to perform this exercise you should be able to do a proper Push-Ups exercise with a really good form

In a cup of warm water add : 1 teaspoon of sugar , 1 teaspoon of yeast , then let it bloom for 10 minutes .
In a separate  bowl : add 1.5 cups of whole wheat flour , 1 teaspoon of salt , and the yeast+water .
knead dough for 3-5 mintues 
Let it rest for 45-60 minutes at a warm place .
For the sauce , you can make it as you want , for this recipe I've chosen a tomato sauce , with mushrooms in top of it , some chicken pieces and mozzarella cheese , ( or any other low calorie cheese )
Bake it on 180° for 20-25 minutes .
