Trying to build muscle and burn fat efficiently can be a tough endeavor. While creating a caloric deficit through diet should be your first priority, using metabolic finishers can be a great addition to your arsenal to get the job done quickly.โฃ

A metabolic finisher is a short combination of strength and conditioning exercises with little to no rest between them meant to add volume to your training session while simultaneously improving conditioning and increasing calories burned.โฃ

You will typically need no longer than 10-12 minutes to reap the benefits of a finisher - sometimes shorter!โฃ

You should do a finisher at the end of your strength workout. I recommend keeping your total training time to under 1 hour, so strive to finish your strength training in about 45 minutes.โฃ

I have a long medical history, severe #autoimmune issues made critical with โŒgluten and โŒdairy allergies. Late last year, I was really feeling rough. Saw an endocrinologist who diagnosed me with #Metabolic #Syndrome. My cortisolโฌ…๏ธ, blood sugarโฌ…๏ธ and blood pressure โฌ…๏ธwere all out of whack, the endocrinologist prescribed Metformin, which I did not feel comfortable taking. After talking with my Dr, it was decided I would try 9 capsules of ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿ„๐Ÿ„#Ganoderma #Spores๐Ÿ„๐Ÿ„๐Ÿ„ per day...3 capsules, 3 times a day. I noticed an improvement within 2 weeks. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ฑI saw the endocrinologist today for a 6 month follow-up appointment. ALL of my blood work is back within normal range! Iโ€™ve personally found planning my day the day before, to be the most impactful. It saves me the stress of planning it in the morning. I wake up the following day knowing exactly what I need to accomplish.โฃ

Before I sleep Iโ€™ll write down 3-5 important tasks that need to be accomplished the next day. I donโ€™t write more than 5-6 tasks per day because a day is not enough, and being overwhelmed is counterproductive.โฃ

INGREDIENTES
โ€ข Cerca de 400g de frango (Eu usei 2 partes do peito, mas vocรช pode usar as partes que preferir)
โ€ข 6 dentes de alho amassados โ€ข 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite
โ€ข 1 colher (chรก) de pimenta tabasco (se gostar)
โ€ข 1 colher (chรก) de sal (se quiser adicione mais)
โ€ข 1/2 colher (chรก) de pรกprica picante
โ€ข Pimenta do reino a gosto
โ€ข 1 colher (sopa) de suco de limรฃo (use o tipo de limรฃo que quiser)

Modo de preparo
Com um socador faรงa uma pasta com o alho, azeite, tabasco, sal, pรกprica, pimenta do reino e suco de limรฃo (se preferir use o processador, mas eu acho que nรฃo hรก necessidade).
Tempere o frango passando bem essa pasta por todas as partes e embaixo da pele (caso a parte que use tenha pele) e deixe marina por pelo menos 4 horas.
Disponha o frango em uma forma ou refratรกrio e leve para assar por cerca de 20 minutos em temperatura 200C ou 400F.

Acompanhamento espinafre refogado no alho.
