I hurt my back a few years ago.  During my physical therapy, I was taught a few exercises to help strengthen it and reduce the chances of re-injury. 
Since then, I have been committed to doing these exercises daily. Done in my closet with no weights... THE POINT: They can be done ANYWHERE.

I’m not a big fan of doing the exercises, but I am a fan of the results. 
No pain... No meds... Strong, toned muscles and much better POSTURE! 😂

We’re not getting younger, folks.

سلام!  در اینجا یک دستورالعمل عالی کوکی بادام زمینی با 3 ماده ای بسیار جذاب بسیار ساده که تهیه آن بسیار ساده است ، هر کدام 140 کالری!  در حدود 15 کوکی ایجاد می کند! 
برای تهیه: فر خود را از قبل گرم کنید تا 350 درجه.  هر 3 ماده را با هم مخلوط کنید تا خوب مخلوط شوند.  12 دقیقه زمان برای پخت نیاز است هنگامی که به اندازه کافی سرد شد ، نوش جان کنید و  لذت ببرید .
پ ن: زمانی که شما دلتون شیرنی میخواد بهتر از این کوکی استفاده کنید، (البته زیاده روی نکنید)😉

Ok,... the CHARATERISTIC of a MESOMORPH body type are usually ATHLETIC, STRONG and COMPACT , often known as a PEAR-SHAPE body type. I’ve got question from ladies asking about Is it POSSIBLE for a MESOMARPH body type to get a LEAN MUSCLE???Ok....Everybody is UNIQUE , as we know for a MESOMORPH body type are naturally strong and they have a THICK and DENSE muscle, they can GAIN n LOSE weight easily . Sometimes this could a disadvantege for ladies who wants to have a LEAN MUSCLE look, however it’s not IMPOSSIBLE to reach that goal if that’s  what you want to be. To cut it short, for a MESOMORPH body type, you should FOCUS more on CARDIO if you want to look LEAN,and for WEIGHT, just use LIGHT/MEDIUM weight when you train as you could gain/bulk up MUSCLE easily😉.Another option is BODY WEIGHT ,HIIT Excercise as a resistance works well for the MESOMORPH body type. As for CARDIO , 30-45 mins , 3-5 times a week should be ideally in this case, and for the WEIGHT TRAINING 3-4 times/ week with medium/ light weight.As for DIET, you may do better on HIGH PROTEIN, LESS CARBOHYDRATE , and some FIBRE . It is important to know where you are beginning in your fitness transformation. Do you tend to store more fat, are you naturally lean with an athletic build, or are you thin with not much muscle built?

It’s good to look back when you were in your high school years where you weren’t necessarily training everyday, sleeping right, and eating all the best foods. It doesn’t mean you are a forever endomorph or forever an ectomorph, it is just useful information to keep with you throughout your training.👍🏼

With consistency and effort you can slowly move away from the extremes of too fat or too thin to a leaner athletic build meant to move and be active regularly!💪🏼🔥

Genetics plays about a 25% role in results, meaning you can have two people (twins) with the same eating, training, work-life schedule, sleeping patterns, and they both receive different results or look completely different after a 12-16 week training program or longer.

Which is why it is important not to compare your results or training to another, especially if their body responds differently to training and eating than yours does. .
Seek advice from those with similar body types! I’m not going to an ectomorph turned mesomorph for diet and training advice. My process to mesomorph was a completely different experience going from endomorph to mesomorph. There are those that can eat pizzas and put on good weight and there are those who eat those pizzas and blow up like a whale.

Ингредиенты ✍🏼
⠀
• 150 г цельных овсяных хлопьев
• 50 г протеина • яйцо
• 10 г какао
• 220-230 мл ряженки
• 1 ч.л разрыхлителя
• 10 г семян чиа, можно добавить орехи
• черная смородина или ваши любимые ягоды, вкуснее с кислыми. Добавляйте горстями по вкусу

Приготовление:
⠀
1) Хлопья залить ряженкой, оставить на 5-10 минут, пока будем подготавливать и доставать другие ингредиенты
⠀
2) добавляем яйцо, протеин, какао, семяна, хорошо перемешиваем
⠀
3) В конце разрыхлитель и ягоды
⠀
4) Перекладываем в форму, выпекаем 40-60 минут при 180 градусах. Чтобы корочка была хрустящая, оставляем остывать на решетке

So I wanted to share with you guys a hard truth. So many people ask if there are any quick ways to lose weight/fat. Honestly, there is no quick and easy way to lose weight/fat or get a "good" body. There's no magic pill, tea, diet or detox. I see these 'quick fix' things everywhere, and I don't believe in them and I don't think they work👎 I think it's a way for the companies to make money by targeting people who want to lose weight😡
If you want to lose weight or become healthier, you need to change your lifestyle to include two things -
1. Eating a healthy, well balanced diet (this does not mean starving yourself or going hungry); and
2. Exercising regularly, with your exercise regime including strength training, cardio and stretching. 
This is the only way that you are going to become a healthier version of you❤️ Don't get sucked in by all the quick fixes!

Did you know that choosing the right diet program for your body type is very important on bodybuilding?
Ohhh, is muscle gain your goal, or is it a fat loss?? Did you think that the same program that your friends follow and see their gains will work the same on you?
Did you think that if you can't see any gains from that program means that you are not lucky in muscle building world? 
Of course not, everyone can see gains on their own ways especially when it comes to diet!! It doesn't really matter what kind of exercises you do for your own goals, but the diet you choose really does have much impact on your gains.

Some would have to eat more clean than others to see gains while others will not even care of what they eat and still they can see what they are seeking for. Some would have to eat much than others.

It's better to understand our own bodies and to work on what they really want to see those gains
