I loooove adding #dropsets toy volume sessions, especially on shoulder day my last set of each exercise or #superset in that case I preform a drop set. This was a first superset of my shoulder session it was paired up wit reverse cable flys, don't ask me how many reps cause j wasn't counting them just going to failure on each set lol. There is something special about having a consistently clean diet then on occasion getting a little crazy with a cheat meal like i did yesterday then hitting the weights loaded with glycogen= #madpump #teambutlermuscle .

Being a  dad of 4 little girls I avoid going to the gym for workouts on weekends to spend as much time with the kiddos as I can.  I still workout of course, but in the backyard.

Today though I managed to squeeze out a nice chest and back session in the gym .
