📋 INGREDIENTS:
1 package Healthy Noodle (can be found at Costco)
1/2 lb shrimp, deveined and detailed
1/2 cup @ChefShamy garlic butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
parsley

👨🏽‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:
Rinse noodles according to package. Melt butter in saucepan. Add shrimp and cook until seared on both sides and heated through. Add noodles to pan and toss everything together. Top with parmesan and parsley then serve. THAT’S IT 🤩

Easy Home-made Cheese Spinach Stuffed Chicken 🥘💥🙌🏼

📋 INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breast
2 oz cream cheese
4 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 big handful of spinach
your favorite seasoning
.
👨🏽‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Slice your chicken breasts lengthwise, not cutting all the way through. Lay chicken out flat and place plastic wrap over it. Beat chicken with a meat tenderizer. Set aside
2. Chop spinach into smaller pieces.
3. Heat cream cheese in the microwave for 20 seconds, until soft. Add parmesan cheese and chopped spinach.
4. Put a generous amount of the cream cheese on to one half of each chicken breast.
5. Fold chicken breast over and secure with tooth picks⁣
6. Season chicken as desired⁣
7. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.

Creamy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts 🤤🤤

Ingredients:
🍃 2lbs Brussels sprouts 🧈 2T @kerrygoldusa butter
🥓 3 strips of bacon (optional)
🧄 5 cloves of minced garlic
🥛 1 1/2 cups of HWC
🧀 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
🧀 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
🧂 salt & pepper

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2) Wash Brussels, cut off ends & halve
3) Cook bacon over the stove & set aside 
4) Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet. Add the Brussels & season with salt & pepper.
5) Cook for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally. The sides will start to brown.
6) Add the garlic and stir until fragrant.
7) Pour in the cream, reduce heat to low & let simmer. I put a lid over them at this time, & use a fork to check when they are tender.
8) Top the sprouts with cheeses, & bake for about ten minutes until cheese is bubbly.
9) Crumble bacon on top & enjoy!!

 The “breading” is half crushed pork rinds and half Parmesan cheese. I coat the chicken in an egg wash (mostly egg with a splash of heavy cream), then shake it around in a bag with the pork rinds, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Then fry it up in oil in a pan. 💖

One way that I'm being sure I eat a good LOW-CARB breakfast is to make a BREAKFAST CASSEROLE, like this "Low-Carb Southwest Egg Casserole!" 🥚🥚🥚 I created this easy one on a day when my vegetable crisper was low on veggies! And I used a can of diced tomatoes, and diced green chiles to give it just the right amount of Southwest kick! And I love it with a little dollop of sour cream and a little bit of salsa! The number one question I received last week was about how to not gain weight during quarantine.

Most clients are struggling to keep their usual eating patterns and as we have been spending much more time at home, constant snacking has also been an issue.

Exercise load has also decreased for most of us and that consequently affects our daily calorie intake, if we are moving less and sitting more, we don't need as many calories as before.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Below are my top tips for weight management:
🍳 start your day with a high protein savoury breakfast, include eggs, tofu, tempeh, green vegetables and healthy fats like olive oil, olives, nuts, seeds and avocado; that will help keep you blood sugar levels stable for the day 🥗 honour your hunger, don't undereat as that will lead to constant and mindless snacking 🥐 avoid refined sugars and flours as those will spike your insulin levels and make you hungrier faster 🥦 have meals high in fibre as that will assist in keeping you full for longer 🧘🏻‍♀️ listen to your body and only eat when you are truly hungry, try to stick to 3 meals a day 🤸🏻‍♂️ if you are eating due to anxiety or boredom, move your body for 5-10 minutes before reaching for that snack 🌰 if you need to have a snack, eat something high in protein, healthy fats and low in sugars such as protein shakes, full fat yoghurt, boiled eggs, nuts and seeds 💦 drink enough water, around 8 glasses per day, as dehydration can lead to blood sugar imbalances and constant hunger 😴 get a minimum of 7hr of sleep every night as sleep deprivation can increase your calorie intake by 300 calories in a single day

🍳 start your day with a high protein savoury breakfast, include eggs, tofu, tempeh, green vegetables and healthy fats like olive oil, olives, nuts, seeds and avocado; that will help keep you blood sugar levels stable for the day 🥗 honour your hunger, don't undereat as that will lead to constant and mindless snacking 🥐 avoid refined sugars and flours as those will spike your insulin levels and make you hungrier faster 🥦 have meals high in fibre as that will assist in keeping you full for longer 🧘🏻‍♀️ listen to your body and only eat when you are truly hungry, try to stick to 3 meals a day 🤸🏻‍♂️ if you are eating due to anxiety or boredom, move your body for 5-10 minutes before reaching for that snack 🌰 if you need to have a snack, eat something high in protein, healthy fats and low in sugars such as protein shakes, full fat yoghurt, boiled eggs, nuts and seeds 💦 drink enough water, around 8 glasses per day, as dehydration can lead to blood sugar imbalances and constant hunger 😴 get a minimum of 7hr of sleep every night as sleep deprivation can increase your calorie intake by 300 calories in a single day

Son muy fáciles de hacer y pueden elegir con qué rellenarlos y cómo cocinarlos 👏👏 Les cuento cómo los hice yo! 
Cortan verduras en juliana ( que queden larga las tiras así sobresalen de los rollitos, de pinta nomás! 🤣😍) Yo usé morrón rojo, verde y zuchinis. Compren grandes! 
Los saltean con aceite de oliva hasta que se ablandan. 
Por otro lado tienen que conseguir carne cortada para milanesas ( nalga, lomo o cuadrada). La golpean un poco para que no les quede dura después e intenten cortarlas como un rectángulo ( más o menos). Pónganle sal! 
Le ponen a cada una las verduras y enrollan cerrando con un escarbadiente. 😊 
Para cocinarlos le pedí ayuda al que sabe cocinar carnes en la casa! 
Puso en una sartén: 
2 cucharas de aceite de oliva, 150 ml de vino tinto ( según gusto pueden poner más o menos), ají molido, orégano, romero y mostaza. ( Dice que con ajo quedaría muy rico pero a mí me hace mal por eso no usamos). También pueden agregar pimienta. 
Se revuelve todo y se pone a fuego medio. Cuando empieza a hacer burbujas se ponen los rollitos de carne y se baja el fuego. Cocinar tapado primero e ir dando vuelta la carne. 
Después destapar.
Cuando ya están cocidos sacarlos y poner manteca en la salsa para espesar. 
Esta es la forma que los cocinamos nosotros, obviamente lo pueden hacer más sencillo o más elaborado según el gusto de cada uno! 😍♥️ La idea es dejarles ideas distintas para no aburrirse con la comida.

Breakfast:
Caramelized Apple cake 🧁 
1 small green apple 🍏 in cubes +1 teaspoon honey 🍯 in microwave for 2 minutes .
1 egg 🥚 
Cinnamon 
1+1/2 tablespoons oat flour 
2 tablespoons milk 
1 steviana 
1/2 teaspoon baking powder 
1 small green apple grated 
1/2 teaspoon butter or coconut oil 
Mix all ingredients together and pour over the caramelized apple 
Put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes

 كيكة التفاح المكرمل 🧁  1 تفاحة خضراء صغيرة 🍏  مقطعه مكعبات + 1 ملعقة صغيرة عسل 🍯 في الميكروويف لمدة دقيقتين.
 1 بيضة 🥚

 1 + 1/2 ملاعق ك من دقيق الشوفان
 2 ملاعق ك من الحليب
 1 ستيفيانا
 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر

Plum-cake yogurt grego e cacao amargo low carb 
Ingredientes 🛒

4 ovos inteiros 
200gr de farinha de amêndoa 
40gr de adoçante culinário 
20gr cacao amargo em po 
30gr de chocolate amargo 95% em pedacinhos 
80gr de manteiga derretida 
125gr de yogurt grego 5% 
15gr fermento em pó 
Gotas de baunilha 
Preparação 👩‍🍳 Em uma vasilha misturar todos os ingredientes secos, em uma outra misturar os ovos com o adoçante e bata  até obter um composto cremoso, adicionar a manteiga derretida e as gotas de baunilha, unir os dois compostos. 
Aquecer o forno a 180 graus 
Em uma forma precedentemente untada colocar o papel manteiga e adicionar a mistura.

Quando colocar o bolo na forma dê 3 batidinhas na pia ou na mesa para que saia o ar e seu bolo possa ficar fofinho, fofinho. Lembre-se, o tempo de forno varia de acordo com o fogão, o meu em 180 C ficou ótimo em 30 minutos, se tiver dúvida controle o cozimento com o velho truque do palitinho e se necessário deixe assar por 40 minutos. 
Deixe esfriar para servir 😉

Creme de leite 
Chocolate 95% 
Adoçante 
Modo de preparar 👩‍🍳 Tritar o chocolate
Colocar o creme de leite em uma panelinha no fogo até quase ferver e desligar o fogo,adicionar o chocolate e mexer com um fuê energicamente para obter uma consistência lisa e homogênea, ainda morno jogue sobre o bolo 🍰

All you need is: 2x 🧅, 4x 🍅, 400g 🍗 strips, 200g spinach, 120g full cream yoghurt, 2x wheels of feta. 
Cook #theonion and #tomatoes first until soft, with #spices . Then cook the #chickenstrips Lastly add the #yoghurt #fetacheese and #babyspinach

Sauté garlic, Birdseye chilli, onion . Once brown, add diced chicken. 
Fry until brown then add 1 teaspoon each of: paprika, salt, garlic powder, sumac, ground pepper. 
Add veggies. Fry for a minute then cover and cook on low for a few minutes until veggies cook through. 
Serve with garlic yogurt: crush one clove garlic, 1 teaspoon dried mint flakes, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, salt. Mix with Greek yogurt. 
Serve & enjoy 😋
