3-Ingredient Flourless Chocolate & Blueberry Banana Muffins

Ingredients
for 12 servings
* 9 bananas (not too ripe)
* 1 ½ cups nut butter(360 g), of choice
* ½ cup cocoa powder(60 g)
* 1 ½ cups blueberry(150 g)

Preparation
* Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
* In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
* Add nut butter and mix until combined.
* Divide the batter into two bowls.
* Add cocoa powder to one bowl of batter and mix.
* Add blueberries to the other bowl of batter and mix.
* Add the batter to a muffin pan.
* Bake for 18-20 minutes.
* Let muffins cool.
* Enjoy!

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30 mL)
5 cloves garlic, minced
4 spring onions, divided
2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
1 cup snap pea (100 g)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
9 oz dried rice noodles (250 g), cooked

Preparation
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and 3 spring onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the carrots and peas, before stirring in the brown sugar and soy sauce.
Add the noodles and mix together for another couple of minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then slice remaining spring onion and top to serve.
Enjoy!

Ingredients (for 1 serving)
DRESSING
½ avocado
½ cup cilantro (25 g), chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ cup low-fat greek yogurt (140 g), plain
⅓ cup water (80 mL)
½ teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon garlic
½ tablespoon cumin
SALAD
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 chicken breast, diced
½ packet taco seasoning
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cheddar jack (100 g)
1 cup black beans (170 g)
1 avocado, diced
1 cup corn (175 g)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (175 g), halved
1 cup tortilla strips (25 g)

Preparation
To make the avocado cilantro lime salad dressing, combine all the ingredients for the dressing (avocado, cilantro, lime juice, greek yogurt, water, salt, garlic, and cumin) in a blender or food processor until smooth. Set aside.
Pour 1 tbsp of oil into a pan and bring up to medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and taco seasoning, stirring until all pieces are well-coated with the seasoning. Cook through and set aside.
Assemble your salad with a bed of chopped romaine lettuce on the bottom. Then, lay out each topping (chicken, cheddar jack cheese, black beans, avocado, corn, cherry tomatoes, and tortilla strips) in rows or blend it all together.
Top off with the avocado salad dressing and cilantro then serve immediately.

One of the biggest challenges when trying to lose weight is dealing with hunger. Hunger is normal when trying to lose weight. You’re giving your body less calories than it needs to maintain its weight and your body is telling you that it wants more food.⁠

Sometimes I still have days/moments where I don't feel I deserve to eat.

Or that I don't deserve to fuel my body right and need to suffer by stuffing it full of shit and make myself feel sick the rest of the night.

Because I didn't hold up perfection.

I said the wrong thing.
Hurt someone's feelings.
Ate 2 french fries at work.
Didn't sweat enough at the gym.
Asked a stupid question.
Gained a new zit.
Got a bad grade.
Gained half a pound.
Or just didn't get up early enough.

Because when your whole worth and image is in others view of perfection, nothing is ever good enough.

Until you become too exhausted trying to keep up that lie, that you decide nothing else could possibly be worse than right now.

So then, change can happen.
But it had to start with the small change of, no I can eat, and I must.

So if I didn't feel I deserved to eat that day, I would get a meal out to treat myself in rebellion.
If I felt I needed to gorge myself until I was sick on junk, I would eat a salad or something super clean.

Because I had all the rules, knowledge and know-how, I just needed to bring in the human factor:
Me.

Then it became the mental and emotional game I had burried down in the depths of my being that needed to finally be addressed.

And there is a process and way through it, but it all starts with you.

Deciding that this is no longer how you want to live life, and you're ready to heal your soul and body from the damage this cultish view of health you've created over the years has done to you.

And this is where I come in to help.

Listening through your tears, cheering through your progress, challenging you to try again and showing you that life DOES get to be easier than what you're living now.

And if this is where you're at, let me know.
Because I'm ready to help you get through it.

Cut squash in half, remove seeds, lightly salt and drizzle with oil. Roast it on a sheet pan, cut side down-400 degrees for 45 minutes. Shred with a fork, leaving in skin. . ⠀⁠
Cook 12 ounces of raw shrimp and 2 cloves of garlic in butter on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, until the shrimp is pink. Turn heat down to low and stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Stir for about 5 minutes then pour over top of spaghetti squash. Top with more Parmesan and crushed red pepper. Broil in the oven for 2-4 minutes. *I didn't want a lot of cheese sauce but you can easily double it if you want more.⠀⁠
