30 DAY ELIMINATION CHALLENGE! 🚨

I follow a gluten, dairy, sugar, and alcohol free lifestyle 85 percent of the time. Lately, I’ve been cheating a lot more and I am just not myself. You are what you put in your body. Part of my journey to medication free was a MAJOR focus on #INGREDIENTS. I’m super sensitive to things but I didn’t realize how sensitive I was until I had to pay attention.

I never realized how much dairy, gluten, sugar, and alcohol affected my metabolism (and digestion), weight, cognitive function, energy levels, sleep, mood, and inflammation. Now that I have worked hard to stay consistent with these positive habits, I can cheat and still feel good. (In moderation)

My body needs a reset and I’m excited to do 30 days of no dairy, no alcohol, and no refined/processed sugars. (I’m always gluten free) I got an unbelievable response in my stories about wanting to join and learn more so I’m challenging YOU to AT LEAST eliminate one of these ingredients for 30 days and see how you feel.

Would you all want a guide of products that are tasty dairy and gluten free alternatives? Benefits of getting rid of the ingredients? Accountability group? I’m debating on doing this monthly because the impact is honestly life changing. 🙌🏼COMMENT BELOW with any questions or if you are in!

Wherever you look there seems to be a reminder that we have to be slim and pretty to be happy: advertising, social media, those messages are everywhere! +
It's hard to ignore those messages and even harder if they come from family and friends. After my year abroad as student in Germany I gained about 15lbs, but I wasn’t worried about my weight until those words were spoken to me. I still remember the hurt I felt, the judgement...

And then we go and try the harshest most restrictive and many times unhealthy diets to please others. That’s just the worst! Why don't we change the story?

I eat a balanced delicious diet, work out, hike, and meditate because I love myself. Looking fit is only one of the awesome results, another is all the energy I have each day.

I have struggled with self image, with gym obsession, and feeling good enough with my weight. It took a while but I finally found out that cooking and preparing an exquisite and healthy meals is another beautiful way of loving myself.

This is Marshall, he's 2-weeks into the program getting coached up by his senior trainer Chris. Boggles my mind that people think they can learn movement, anatomy, nutrition and proper form from only reading a textbook. As I say in my book, How To Become A Successful Personal Trainer, the industry is a clusterfuck, internships are needed to reverse this. 
Next internship begins in San Diego Dec. 3rd 9am-1pm Tuesday - Friday. Tag someone who lives in San Diego! 30-40% of our interns are already certified via nasm/ace/issa and don't feel comfortable training, programming and/or looking to up their training game to ELITE! 90% of success is SHOWING UP!
