Hi there, if you need to reach me you can find me crawling on the floor to my bed because my legs are toast 😂 Doing a bit of a lighter/deload week to give my body a bit of a break from picking stuff up and putting it down. To get the same leg gains I moved my squats to the end of my workout and supersetted them you know, just to make sure a 3 year old child could beat me in a foot race. If you’re feeling like trying a new leg superset try this one! 8 squats with a very light weight, followed by 8 side lunges on each side :) good luck and happy lifting! .

I really enjoyed this workout and it was totally different than workouts so typically do! This is definitely challenging and engages not only your legs but also your core! If you are having trouble balancing remember to squeeze your CORE along with your GLUTES and LEG MUSCLES!!!! Get out and try new workouts because you never know what you’ll like! Challenge yourselves!!!

Did you really say DAY?😂 but seriously, let’s talk about our humps...and legs! Depending on the week, I train my lower body 2-3 times. I usually have one “heavy” day, doing less reps with heavy weights, one “light” day, doing more reps with little to no weight, and if I can squeeze in a 3rd day, I listen to my body and it usually turns out to be bomb a$$ (pun intended 😏) workout! Lol. -

Did you really say DAY?😂 but seriously, let’s talk about our humps...and legs! Depending on the week, I train my lower body 2-3 times. Supersets. I have been doing some form of squats with every workout for the past 3 weeks. I am beginning to get use to it. My strength is catching back up with my increased set range. I do low rep 3 to 5, moderate to heavy weight at a high set count. Think in the neighborhood around 10 plus. it sucked at first but already seeing and feeling a difference. Considerando el numero de hombres que se presentan al Gym con pectorales súper desarrollados, brazos del tamaño de una cabeza y unas piernas de pollo, o mas bien dicho de lagartija, es un caso preocupante.

Caso contrario a lo que sucede en un Box donde se practica #FunctionalTraining o el #CrossTraining o mejor conocido como #Crossfit para los compas del marketing, incluso si vaz a entrenar a un lugar especializado en el #PowerLifting, o #WeightLifting  basicamente si presentas un buen desarrollo de piernas tienes a la comunidad en tu bolsillo, es mas te apuesto que como hombre entre mas piernas tengas ligas mucho mas que el tipico hombre biceps.

Pero entonces los #Biceps realmente son importantes o solo es cuestion de gustos?.

La respuesta es que son importantes y no solo deberian desarrollarse para presumir, si no por la transferencia que tienen al rendimiento.

Hablando del #Fitness sin duda si quieres mejorar el tamaño de tu espalda Los Remos son los ejercicios numero uno  por encima de las dominadas, pero si deseas mejorar tu bench para un mejor desarrollo estetico del pecho antes tienes que dominar la retraccion escapular por lo tanto tendras que dominar las #Dominadas o #PullUps con  lastre para que el bench se vea beneficiado y tanto el remo como las dominadas no se van masterizar facilmente si no dedicas un tiempo a la exclusividad de los biceps.

En el rendimiento si nos referimos a los Levantamientos olmpicos para mantener el Snatch no solo es necesario una buena estabilidas de los hombros, si no para poder efectuar un buen bloqueo de codos tienes que tener muy buena fuerza en los triceps pero sin duda tambien en lo biceps, por otro lado en deportes Como #LuchaOlimpica, #Judo o #Jujitsu, el trabajo especifico de Biceps, en ciertas temporadas marcara una gran diferencia, tambien hay que recordar los Biceps de Sam Brigg's Campeon de los Juegos de Crossfit .
