GETTING DONE WHAT I NEED TO 💪💪👌👌 Getting closer to my goals everyday though being down from past two days cause of loose motions and slight fever but hopefully will get up by today - rocking and lifting those weights as usual.

Looking forward to a great training session as I rested well in past two days to recover. I won't compromise growth by denying th rest demanded by the body - as they say listen to you body. 😌

Dinner yum 
My homemade tomatoe soup with a parmesan quesadilla ( 1 baked mixela tortilla with shaved parmesan inside folded over baked at 350 4 minutes both sides) 1 cup water bring to boil,  dice 5 tomatoes add to water , boil until tomatoes break down then strain pushing all tomatoe through strainer , add 2 tbsp tomatoe paste,  1tbsp basil , 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tbsp both garlic powder , onion powder let cook together 25 minutes on low , stir in 1/2 tbsp crushed pepper and Himalayan pink salt to liking 
2 dips into saucer sprinkle of grated parmesan and dinner served! No bread so this was my go to as grilled cheese and tomatoe soup #keepithealthy #keepitsimple #portioncontrol #keepcooking #keepgaining #organicisbest #GLUTENFREETrying #IAm1stPhorm

***ARE YOU SABOTAGING YOUR OWN PROGRESS*** Ok, so what I keep hearing lately is "I'll start training again in January" or "I'll start my diet in January"

But WHY it's November!!! Let's do the maths... There's 42 days until the 3rd January which is around the date people jump on the band wagon again.

If you gain 0.5 pound every day until then thats 1.5 stone

If you gain 1 pound every day until then that's 3 stone

Which then is going to take you another 6-12 week to lose....it doesn't make sense right? 
So why don't we all keep making good choices, keep going to the gym and maintain our current position whilst still having fun...that makes more sense 👏

So guys please don't ruin all your hard work it hurts my soul 💔

1 # ground meat lean
2 ears corns cut off cob
1 orange bell pepper 
3 green onions
12 cherry tomatoes 
1/2 tsp all
Cumin
Garlic powder 
Onion powder 
Chili powder 
Mrs dash spicy blend
Mrs dash garlic herb 
Pink Himalayan salt 
Black pepper
3/4 cup water 
1/2 cheddar cheese 
Corn bread of your choice 
Mix together bake at 350 for 32 minutes 
Top with 2 tbsp sour cream garnish 
With tomatoes and green onion enjoy

Why do you think that was your first thought? Maybe because in the health and fitness industry “gaining” can be a dirty work. IT ISN’T! It’s not a dirty word in the health and fitness industry, nor is it in LIFE!

These last few weeks, I gained SO MUCH! I gained precious time with family and friends who I don’t see very often. I gained new memories that I will treasure forever. I gained new insight into myself and how I handle stress and unforeseen events. I gained more knowledge by spending extra time catching up on personal development. I gained more muscle, because I remained consistent with workouts.

You guys, gaining is so freaking important! Your health focus should never be on LOSING. How would you feel if you spent all day thinking about all the things you didn’t accomplish or still have yet to do? — Now think of how you’ll feel when you go through your day/week/life focused on all the things you HAVE accomplished and WILL accomplish. THOSE ARE YOUR GAINS!

Stop focusing on the weight you want to lose. Focus on the strength, knowledge, power, confidence, community, and love that YOU WILL GAIN throughout this journey. Those positive gains are what will keep you going. The loses can only get you so far. They can only motivate you so much. Your gains will take you places you never even imagined!

Motivation!!!
Many times in your life you will feel frustrated that it's taking too long to achieve your health/work/life goals  That your up to your neck in it trying to make waves and never quite managing it. The temptation will be there to throw in the towel but you have to remember that that will only make it ten times worse!!!. Slow progress is always better than none at all. This guy wasn't able to pay my fees and to have my customized diet plan and this guy was so passionate about bodybuilding he works in a car wash company and he got to know that this won't be enough to meet all his need so he started doing over time to pay me for personal training session.

Dinner yum yum 🤤🤤🤤🤤
1# Longhorn ground chuck ( leaner)
1 zucchini ( diced)
1 ear of corn ( cut off cob)
1/2 onion diced
4 hot house tomatoes ( diced)
1 can each black beans & pinto beans ( rinsed & drained)
1 can tomatoe paste ( organic) 
5 cups water
1 tbsp each
Onion powder 
Chili powder 
Paprika
Garlic powder
Mrs dash spicy blend 
Then salt ( pink Himalayan) & pepper to taste 
Throw all together meats & veggies saute until meat is cooked and veg translucent in color , add tomatoes ,cook down 15 minutes then add in beans, simmer on low for 45 minutes,  meantime I cut mixela tortillas into strips and baked at 325 for 28 minutes for toasted tortillas strips !
