📋 INGREDIENTS:⁠
1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs⁠
1 teaspoon each onion powder and garlic powder⁠
salt & pepper to taste⁠
2 tablespoons olive oil⁠
For The Sauce:⁠
1 tablespoon butter⁠
8 ounces sliced brown mushrooms⁠
8 ounces sliced red onion⁠
1 tablespoon minced garlic⁠
1 tablespoon chopped parsley⁠
1/2 - 1 teaspoon each of dried thyme, dried rosemary, and red pepper flakes (adjust to your taste)⁠
Salt and Pepper to taste⁠
⁠
👨🏽‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:⁠
1. Combine the onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken evenly with the combined seasoning.⁠
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken thighs in batches until browned on each side and no longer pink in centre (about 8 minutes each side, depending on thickness). Transfer to a plate; set aside.⁠
3. In the same pan or skillet, melt the butter and add the onions; brown for 1-2 minutes until soft and fragrant. Then add in mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and cook until soft (about 3 minutes). Add the garlic, red pepper, parsley, thyme and rosemary; continue to sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).⁠
4. Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce. Taste test and season with salt and pepper if needed. Top chicken with onion/mushroom mixture, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.⁠

Doch wie wirkt das Koffein eigentlich? .
Koffein regt die Freisetzung der Stresshormone Adrenalin und Cortisol im Körper an. Adrenalin erhöht den Herzschlag, steigert die Muskelfunktion und hilft dabei Gefahrensituationen besser zu meistern. Früher half es den Menschen dabei vor Raubtieren zu fliehen oder gegen sie zu kämpfen - das ist heute eher selten der Fall, allerdings schüttet unsere Nebenniere in Stresssituationen immer noch Adrenalin aus. .
Somit kann auch Koffein uns in eine Stresssituation versetzen. Auf Dauer kann das zu negativen gesundheitlichen Folgen führen! .

Prior to IF, my hunger cues were all off.  If we think of all the reasons we eat such BESIDES hunger, it’s not wonder our hormones, microbiome, sleep, and overall health is out of sync. .

The next time you perceive hunger, try drinking water, keeping busy, etc.  if the hunger passes, guess what??? You weren’t hungry!

These are AMAZING and would be great with some pumpkin spice, chocolate chips, or even cream cheese drizzle. They puff up so beautifully! And I drizzled butter and Monk fruit with cinnamon over the top after they came out of the oven. 
Perfect for brunch or Christmas morning. 
8 eggs
1 cup almond butter(I used crunchy)
3 TBS of granulated monk fruit sweetner 
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 scoop of vanilla whey or you could use pea protein or you do NOT have to add any at all.  Mix ingredients in a blender or mixer until blended and fill muffin tins. 
375* for 12-14 minutes
Then I drizzled melted butter and cinnamon sugar over the warm-muffins. 
Oh and I believe these have about two carbs a muffin.... I was able to get 12 large muffins and six teeny tiny muffins. Cette petite robe que j’ai achetée chez Zara a Saint-Petersbourg et que j’adore ! Pourtant je suis de base pas une fan des épaulettes mais sur cette robe je trouve que c’est un entre deux parfait qui rend juste trop beau 🤘🏻

J’ai vraiment besoin de reprendre une certaine structure alimentaire et surtout être plus saine, car ces temps j’ai eu tellement truc que c’était impossible et j’ai fais un truc que je déteste faire : le foutu pour foutu. Egg casserole for the win! I beat 5 eggs and added, imitation crab, turkey, spinach, green pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and heavy cream. I then baked it on 375 for 35 mins in a dish that i sprayed first. So delicious! You can even freeze this and eat it for breakfast for a couple mornings. 😊

🐓 Slow cooker pulled chicken 🐓 ———————————————
▪️You’ll need
▪️ 4-5 Chicken Breast.
▪️ Diced onion.
▪️ Minced garlic.
▪️ Soy Sauce.
▪️ Herbs.
▪️ Chilli flakes.
▪️ 200ml Chicken stock.
▪️ Veggies of choice.
✖️Put everything minus the veggies in the slow cooker on low for 5-6 hours, occasionally giving it a little stir and flipping Over the chicken.
✖️ 45 minutes before the chicken is cooked, put your mixed vegetables and halved baby potatoes in a large pan, fill with vegetable stock and simmer away until potatoes are soft.
✖️When the chicken is done, grab 2 forks and pull at that chicken and it’ll tear so easily.
✖️If you’re serving with gravy (of course you are), scoops a few ladles of the stock that the veg has simmered in and add your gravy ingredients. ◻️ This made enough for 4 servings. Sunday lunch done and tea for Monday already sorted. 
I saved the remainder of the stock from the vegetables to add to tomorrow’s gravy.
◻️ Such a cheap & easy meal to make, costing about £2.10 per portion.

#SundayRoast 2.5 lbs of boneless chuck roast (with salt and a little bone broth) going in at 300 for 3 hours or so. I’ll check in at the 2.5-hour mark. I don't sear my meat prior to. I like to crisp it up in a fry pan with pork fat, bacon drippings, lamb fat, or tallow as I go. #EatLikeAGirl #FueledByFat .
