Is your cup half empty or half full? 🥛
I know there’s a lot of stress and uncertainty right now, but there are actually some positives about being quarantined. 😅 • I haven’t been this well rested in years • Being forced to slow down • All of my things are organized and clean • Prioritizing relationships • Spending more time in nature 🍃 • I’ve had a ton of time to cook and experiment with different foods (Something I love to do) and with the grocery shortages getting things I wouldn’t normally buy due to things I normally get being sold out. • My workouts haven’t really suffered at all. I’m training differently than I normally do, higher intensity, more resistance, prioritizing stretching etc. and my body is responding so well.

I think it’s important to try to find light in bad circumstances. 💡Happy Monday

#trainyourassofftuesday It's all about MINDSET just a little IMO theres a lot of complaining about slacking because of no gym, no equipment etc, this goes especially for competitors if youve ever trained and been through a show prep then mental will power, drive and mindset should be your strong points, bodybuilding is a mental thing more so than physical, buck up power through this tough time get some bands free weight buckets logs idc whatever gets some blood pumping through your muscles and make the best if it. Rutina en casa 4 ejercicios para trabajar sobre el tamaño y forma de los cuádriceps y gluteos. Descansos estrictos de 45 seg a 1 min con reloj en mano trabajando los ejercicios de manera individual en el orden siguiente:

-sentadilla jefferson 5 series entre 10 repeticiones (por lado)
.
-desplantes con peso al frente 6 series entre 15-10 repeticiones
.
-sentadilla libre 8 series entre 20-10 repeticiones
.
-sentadilla con peso al frente (posicion de piernas semi cerrado y pies en forma neutra para el cuadriceps series entre 15-10 repeticiones
.

Feeling the training fatigue this week as everything felt like I was dragging myself today, but I managed to pull off a good session! Started with power snatches and I feel like my form is coming along!!! Followed by some simple cleans and front squats that actually felt pretty darn good given the circumstances. Followed by more cardio nonsense
Today was:
Power snatches: 105 lbsx4x3  135lbs x1 (+snatch balance)
Cleans: 215lbs-235lbs(shown)
Front squats: 5x3 from 295lbs-335lbs(shown)
Cardio: Military press x 10  Jumping Jacks x 25  Jump squats x 15  Planks for 35 seconds  2 rounds total
