Floating between 60-65lbs down.  There are not many things in my life that I can point to and say “I’m super proud of myself for that” however, this is one that I can say it about.
I’ve stuck to it. I didn’t derail myself just because I felt like I had hit a plateau. I noticed the progress ceased for a little bit so I changed something. I pushed harder. I worked my way around it. And I’m proud of myself for it. Sometimes you just have to adapt and overcome💕

A quick and easy chest and back park workout that is also challenging, using minimal equipment.

This can also be done at home if you have a chin up bar. If you struggle with chin ups, you can add a band to the bar to make them assisted or jump to the jump and do the eccentric (negative) portion of the movement slowly at 4 seconds down.

The same can be applied to push ups, where you can do the eccentric part slow at 4 seconds down.

120ml albume 
15gr di farina di riso al biscotto 
10gr di farina di castagne 
5gr di farina di riso
2gr di idrolitina con un cucchiaino d'acqua 
Per la farcitura:
1 strato con yougurt greco senza lattosio q.b.+2 cucchiaini di marmellata di fragole

Procedimento:
Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti in un recipiente... It seems so many of you are using this time to get fit. We’ve had a big demand for our C25k medal over the past couple of days and it’s made us smile at the thought of us all out there with the same goal 😊 We always joked when we first designed it that we’re so busy, with no time to run, that we’d end up earning it ourselves.... and here we are today on WK 2 / RUN 1 💪🏻 It’s a brilliant way to use our daily exercise and it’s amazing that we’re no longer making excuses, but actually looking forward to it. Obviously stick to the rules and keep your distance but now is a great time to do it. The C25K app is fabulous company while you’re out, there are many versions. We’re using one where you choose a voice to motivate you along the way. We have Michael Jordon at the moment. The jury is out on him tbh, he sounds a bit bored, so he’ll probably get the elbow 😂
