#MaXHype Monday 💪 X Presidents Day 🇺🇸 = 20% off all #MaXHypeTraining programs PDAY2018

I hope everyone’s starting off their week strong and building momentum on their Monday! 
I started my morning with 30 minutes of meditation and daily journaling.  I then prepped for today’s Nutritional Supplements course I teach, followed by client check-ins. 
_
I’m really pumped to for today’s training session. Got Day 1, full upper body on deck with week As periodization on my major compound lifts (5x5 on barbell bench and bent over row). The MaXHype Fam knows what’s up! I don’t know if @kibira_njoroge and I will be able to link up for today’s training session but I plan on making it an epic one regardless!

We’re starting to get transformations from OG alpha testers who have ran @maxhypetraining for almost a full year now and it’s incredible to see their progress. I can’t believe February is almost done and we’re coming up on our one year anniversary of MaXHype eXtreme! 
_
MaXHype eXtreme is the Advanced program for those with at least 3 Years of Training experience but we recently came out with 101 for beginners and intermediates! We also a have you covered for your nutritional needs.

Isn’t it wild how significant “angles” are for photos.  Look at the difference at my bicep peaks from pic to pic just based on the camera angle 😳💪 ... angles are hella illusive!

1️⃣ prendere lo scoop dal sacchetto e riempirlo a piacere, più ne metto, più i bicipiti diventano grossi (grazie @myproteinit per il gainer e per lo scoop azzurro! Bellissimo!) 2️⃣ sul sacchetto dice di versare 250 - 350 ml di acqua, noi versiamo a caso perché la voglia di leggere le tacche dello shaker non l’abbiamo mai avuta
3️⃣ al posto che agitare con mano, nel deca-equipment viene fornito lo shaker a batteria elettrico, un piccolo passo per l’uomo, una vera rivoluzione per i secchi!
