TABATA TIME- save and try 
I absolutely hated tabata or hiit workouts throughout my gymnastics career but cheer has made me love them a bit more. Cheer is a sport of high intensity from begging to end which is why I love active rest workouts. This workout was 4 minutes and had a complete rest after first 8 rounds for 1 minute then completed again. •jumping jacks in every rest•jumping jack squat•jumping lunges•mountain climbers•plank jacks•non jumping burpees, chest to floor•lunge,lunge, squat•high knees•squat jumps

Little deadlift log party at the house with @the_fitnes_edge @wet.stein I worked upto 495lbs/225kg then top set of 505lbs/229kg for 5 wee pr in there. Done some reps on the log and just missed out on getting that 303lb/ 137kg  log press... its coming. Repping my @bears_n_arrows_co top as always. Check them out for workout gear that stands the test. Despite all the things, I made it through a workout. Yay.

I'm trying desperately not to let chronic issues and side effects cause me to slide down that cliff that I worked so hard to get away from.

I've been very overweight and unhappy before. I've been almost as overweight a second time. I just can't do it. I don't feel good when I'm over weight. I feel heavy, lethargic, extremely moody, weak, and without control.

So despite the little struggles, despite already feeling weak and heavy, I'm trying so hard.

I'm trying to keep my mood up - which is much easier when I'm regularly moving my body - and I'm trying to keep my eyes forward.

I used whatever mental tools I could get my mind on during my workout to get me through.

I focused on form. I physically lifted my gaze up. I told myself with intention and meaning: I'm good. This is what I do. This is who I am.

And I messaged my lovely lady friend @rahilahtaylor to help push me through so I didn't give up. ❤️❤️ Love you.

I know struggles. I don't know yours like you do, but I know mine and I know of others.

Despite all the things, I made it through a workout. Yay.

Here is a killer banded booty workout for you all. I am using @b_ndstore heavy banned - squat 4x20
- pulse squat 4x30 seconds
- duck walks 4x30 seconds
- crab walks 4x30 seconds

This may include lack of time, motivation, a sense of fear of even stepping into a gym — the list goes on. — -

When I decided to commit to a gym, I was downright terrified. The fear of being judged or even going to a gym alone at times freaked me out! — -

I actually took a break from going because I had little to no idea how to use equipment let alone how long I should be working out for. I was clueless. After some time I quickly learned that the only thing standing in the way of all of this was ME. — -

It took time but I decided to educate myself. I studied how one executes proper form, the many different ways of training, how to feed the body properly including diet strategies that adhere to goals I had at the time. — -

What I’m trying to say is, something like achieving physical health and fitness takes time. Nothing happens overnight so don’t expect it to. If you feel as though you don’t have the time but want desperately to make a personal change, MAKE the time. Make the time to learn and do not fear making mistakes along the way. In fact, mistakes are encouraged. It’s the one and only way we learn, improve and grow. 🌟— -
