3. Skup się na podstawach czyli wykonuj proste ćwiczenia, które najpierw usprawnią Twoje ciało, zwiększą mobilność i porawią kondycję. Dopiero po pewnym czasie podkręcaj stopniowo śrubkę 🔩

4. Nie nastawiaj się na to, że musisz schudnąć jak najwięcej i jak najszybciej. Gwarantuje, że efekt będzie całkowicie odwrotny, a tego nie chcemy🙅‍♀️

Miej radość i przyjemność z wykonywanej aktywności fizycznej😅 Proponuję dobrać takie treningi, które będą najbardziej motywować i sprawiać, że czekamy z niecierpliwością na kolejny dzień treningowy💪 W tej sytuacji najlepiej sprawdzają się programy treningowe, które są zaprojektowane od A do Z, na określoną ilość czasu.

While I'm not doing the official Crossfit Open again this year, I am doing the @fringesport #fringesportintramurals on team #stealthysloth I had hoped to scale this and pace it to 1 round per 1:30 so I could beat the time cap. As per standard, Dave Castro is an evil genius. 6 rounds plus 12 reps is all I could muster. I knew as soon as round 2 finished I wouldn't even sniff completing this WOD. Oh well. I gave it my best. 4 more weeks of death by Dave! Thankful for my @jerkfit knee sleeves keeping me fresh and smooth going up and down on the burpees. Had to prop my laptop up for the floor work (which was all of today’s workout!) and the book I chose to keep it upright was “YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE”....what a fantastic motivator!  My workouts are mainly to age healthier so this title really spoke to me to push harder & lift heavier today. It's not always convenient and it's not always fun. But being happy and being healthy is something worth fighting for. 
When people say...
I don't like to workout.
It's too hard. 
I don't have time. 
I don't like to eat vegetables. 
I don't like this...I don't like that... 🙉🙉 What are you really saying? So sorry,  but suck it up! You're WORTH the effort! 
Do the workout. 
MAKE the time. 
Make better food choices. 
It's not going to hurt you!  What WILL hurt you,  is NOT doing it.  Maybe not today or tomorrow,  but it will catch up with you.  Small choices everyday..... you decide on those choices..... will they lift you up or push you down?

Some stiff leg deadlifts from Friday - top sets at 390. Not super happy about my knee angle in these. ⁣

With stiff leg deadlifts (and Romanian deadlifts) keep a slight bend in your knees but don’t allow the knee angle to change throughout the range of motion. We’re working a strict hip hinge pattern - if you’re doing them right they’ll light up your hamstrings (and glutes to a lesser extent). These are great for building up the hamstrings and teaching core tightness in the deadlift. ⁣
