Ich esse ja Kartoffelsuppe das ganze Jahr hindurch sehr gerne aber gerade im Herbst und im Winter, wenn es kühler wird, ist eine kräftige Kartoffelsuppe genau das richtige, um sich von innen aufzuwärmen🥶😊

Für meine Kartoffelsuppe habe ich diesmal Hackbällchen als Einlage gemacht. Die Hackbällchen habe ich separat gebraten. Wer also kein Fleisch mag, hat mit der Suppe alleine ein tolles vegetarisches Gericht 🤗

Hello friends! 
Last week I posted about the importance of physical wellness with the rest of your health. Today let's talk about social wellness. 
Social Wellness: The ability to have quality relationships and maintain those relationships from a well-rounded approach. Some areas to include here are;
-	How to effectively communicate with others generally
-	How to effectively communicate at work or in the community
-	Willingness to ask for or give support

How does social wellness effect the other areas of health? 
Well the the first thing that comes to mind for me is self-esteem. Self-esteem can greatly impact how we look at and take action or not with the other areas of wellness, because we either respect ourselves or we don't. Ever thought about that for yourself? If not, you should. 
So if physical wellness helps with physical strength, flexibility and resistance to diseases which are all very important, then it's pretty simple to see how being socially well can help create a stronger drive and potential happiness surrounding your goals and general life. 
To do: - Find out your why
- Ask yourself if you actually respect yourself enough to change
- Figure out what ways you can be socially well and physically well together (hint: try some fitness classes or go to the gym with someone) - Take a look at your social circle. If there are people in it that don't bring you up, drop them from your life. Seriously. - Love yourself more :) Yours in health,

Finished our 5K! Total time was 31:40.

We did have to stop and walk a couple times unfortunately, but it was 30 degrees with high winds which really made it hard to breathe even with my inhaler. I’m still really happy with our time and that we were able to run most of it even with slacking off the last couple weeks and not prioritizing running.
Thanks @happyhealthynutritious for your running advice! I watched several videos and feel like those helped me, I definitely still need to work on improving my form but it’s definitely better and I’m much more aware of it now!

I’m still really happy with our time and that we were able to run most of it even with slacking off the last couple weeks and not prioritizing running.
Thanks @happyhealthynutritious for your running advice! I watched several videos and feel like those helped me, I definitely still need to work on improving my form but it’s definitely better and I’m much more aware of it now!

Heute gab es Auflauf aus vegetarischen Dosenravioli. Der geht ganz flugs, lässt sich beliebig je nach Vorratslage abwandeln und schmeckt super.
Für 4 Portionen:
1 gehackte Zwiebel und 2 gehackte Knoblauchzehen in 1 EL Öl anbraten
2 gewürfelte Möhren und 1 gewürfelte Paprika dazu und mitbraten, nach einigen Minuten noch zwei grob geraspelte Möhren unterrühren. Alles kräftig mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver und Chiliflocken würzen. 1 gr. Dose (Gemüse)ravioli dazu und 1 Dose Kidneybohnen *mit* Flüssigkeit. Außerdem 50 g leichten Frischkäse. Gut durchrühren, abschmecken und in eine Auflaufform füllen. 100 g leichten Reibekäse darüber streuen und ab in den Ofen.

~🎃 MEZZE MANICHE INTEGRALI IN CREMA DI ZUCCA E CIPOLLA , CON DADINI DI SPECK AFFUMICATO CROCCANTE E SEMI  DI ZUCCA 🎃~ •

Nulla di più semplice :
Tuffare la pasta che più vi aggrada in acqua bollente; nel frattempo in una padella antiaderente versare dei cubotti di zucca e cipolla rossa sminuzzata. Quando iniziano ad attaccarsi, sfumare con vino bianco, aggiungere le spezie ( io erba cipollina, noce moscata, pepe nero e un mix fatto di prezzemolo, funghi porcini e aglio ) e proseguire la cottura con acqua bollente (quella dove sta cuocendo la pasta). Quando la zucca sarà morbida da schiacciarsi con il mestolo, passare tutto con il frullatore ad immersione per ottenere una bella crema liscia. A questo punto , la pasta avrà quasi ultimato la sua cottura: scolarla e versarla dentro la padella con la crema di zucca , aggiungere lo speck a dadini precedente rosolato in padella ( lasciandone da parte un po' per la decorazione), olio extravergine  di oliva e mantecare. Impiattare aggiungendo lo speck croccante e i semi di zucca.
