One bowl. Five Ingredients. 10 minutes. So simple that I even shared a lil tutorial in my story today! Here is the recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup creamy nut or seed butter
2 tbs honey or maple syrup
1 scoop collagen (optional!)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tbs coconut oil
.
DIRECTIONS:
mix the butter and honey together then add in the collagen and almond flour. Mix really well until you can form a ball with the “dough” If still too thin, add a tablespoon of almond flour at a time to get the right consistency. Roll into balls and let chill in the fridge. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Drizzle it on the balls and now celebrate bc you just made the easiest snack bite ever! 👏🏼🤍

Low carb, gluten free & delish little hot cakes that are packed with veggies and cheese? Sign me up. You can top with a sauce and eat as a side or use them as a bread replacement for a sandwich or burger. It’s quarantine time and we are gettin’ creative.⁣
⁣
🔥YOU’LL NEED:⁣
⁣
+4 small zucchini’s, shredded⁣
+2 tsp sea salt⁣
+2 tbsp coconut flour⁣
+4 eggs⁣
+1.5 cups shredded parmesan⁣
+2 tbsp parsley⁣
+1/2 tsp garlic powder⁣
+1/4 tsp onion powder ⁣
+Optional toppings: avocado cream sauce/sour cream/plain Greek yogurt/chives⁣
⁣
🔥HOW TO:⁣
1. Grate the zucchini into a colander, toss with the sea salt and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Then rinse with water.⁣
⁣
2. Dump the shredded zucchini into a clean kitchen towel. Wrap towel around zucchini and squeeze over sink to remove excess water. Squeeze HARD.⁣
⁣
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine zucchini, eggs, parmesan cheese, coconut flour, parsley and garlic powder with a spoon. Set batter aside.⁣
⁣
4. Heat about 1-2 tablespoons olive oil in large skillet. Drop a few large spoonfuls of zucchini fritter batter into hot oil. Then flatten with back of spoon so it’s the size of a small pancake. Fry each side until browned (about 5 minutes total).⁣
⁣
5. When both sides are nicely browned, remove from pan and drain fritters on paper towels. Top with topping of choice. ENJOY!🔥💕🍽⁣

I’m either taking 500 walks a day and doing an intense home workout or not moving at all. Either hitting my nutrition goals or going wayyyyy over and stress eating to the max (last few days for sure)

I’ve been trying to re-evaluate what I’m doing wrong and how I can achieve a new “balance” during this weird time. For me, that’s probably going to mean focusing on good nutrition first and adding in movement more liberally instead of making it a “requirement.” For me, the pressure of having to be on “the grind” just perpetuates more stress which leads me right back into the vicious cycle of stress eating

Just wanted to be open and honest. I’ve been super interested in other people’s honest experiences throughout this and I think it helps to know we’re not alone. Now is the time to show ourselves some compassion as we figure this out ❤️

👉🏻Primero vas a batir con ayuda de un batidor globo manual de preferencia el café, agua caliente y eritritol hasta que esponje, se haga brillosito y triplique su volumen
👉🏻Aparte batir la leche de soya, açaí en polvo y vainilla
👉🏻Colocar en un vaso la leche y encima el café espumoso .

All I can say is #onlyGod. Last night my team and I qualified for the top level in Arbonne, the National Vice President level, and I’ve been trying to type out the words to explain and describe what’s happening but what came out first was ONLY GOD. I have no idea how we did this other than God’s hand was busy at work and consistency and faith pay off. This has been a goal I’ve been working towards for exactly 1 year. To some that might sound like a long time, but I can tell you tonight that I’ll barely remember the fact that it took me longer than I wanted because it is so so worth it. I dreamt of being a National Vice President by the time I had kids and God sure does deliver what we ask for… because he’s giving me both at the same time right now. This business makes me a better me. From the protein shakes and greens shots everyday, to the people I get to surround myself with, to the team I get to lead to the top. It makes me want to be more and do more. All I can say is I’m high on life right now, grateful for an opportunity that was handed to me 4 years ago, soooo thankful for my team and excited for what’s yet to come. My life has already been so blessed by this business and this is still the beginning. We’re not slowing down any time soon✨#staytuned

Use as much or as little of each vegetable as you prefer, or have available in your pantry, & give this recipe ago tonight ~ 🍁🥕 Autumn Harvest Roasted 
Vegetable Soup 🍁🥕 1) Slice/dice the following vegetables into fairly even sized chunks •Sweet potato
•Carrots
•Butternut pumpkin
(Leave all their skins on)

2)Peel & cut into quarters
•Purple onions

3)Peel & leave whole
•Garlic cloves 
4)Peel & dice into large pieces
•Ginger 
5)Roast all the Vegetables in the oven at approx 220°c, on a few baking/roasting trays with a drizzle of cold pressed organic olive oil & a sprinkle of pink salt.
Remove them from the oven once the edges of all the Vegetables have become crispy & caramlised, this will add so much flavour!

6) In a large pot, bring to the boil
•2 litres of Vegetable broth/bone broth
 or plain filtered water

7)Add the roasted Vegetables to the pot full of hot broth & let soften & simmer for approx 5mins. Turn off the heat. 
Use a stick blender to make your Soup into thick, creamy consistency... Ladle into bowls & serve immediately 
with fresh herbs & enjoy! You can freeze your leftover portions for a rainy day x

Vitamin A bowl🥭🥬 Serves <2>
Ingredients-

1 cup- baby spinach ( after washing cut it and freeze it)
1 cup- mango( cut and freeze it)
1 tbsp- ground flax seeds
1/2 -cup curd 
1/2 -cup milk to little more as needed

Tipid Tips! How to Dilute the Thieves Foaming Hand Soap, swipe left for the final product.

1. Prepare your materials (refer to photo 1)
2. Transfer 2/3 of the concentrated handsoap to the empty container. In my case, I transferred to an empty Kidscents shampoo bottle. So you would have left behind 1/3 of the hand soap; and this would be what you will use. 
3. Optional: Add 1/2 capful of the Thieves Household Cleaner. Not required, just optional. 
4. Top off the container with water. .
And voila! You now have the first batch of the Thieves foaming handsoap! 🤩 It’s super tipid ‘coz you are essentially dividing the concentrated soap into 3 parts, which will give you 3x more! .
