It’s looking like my first Zucchini is not too far off and I think I’m checking it around every 10 minutes to see if it’s ready to harvest yet ha. I’m staking a few of my Zucchini this year as a bit of a space saving experiment and so far so good, but in all fairness we aren’t very far into it. The basic idea is to secure the stem to the stake and let the zucchini grow up rather than out. The stem is starting to grow now so I’m making sure I am pretty diligent with tying it to the stake so that it doesn’t just snap completely. I’ll also be keeping it really well pruned because I’m not keen for it to get super heavy. Looking forward to seeing how it will play out and will keep you posted! 🌿

Como aquí entren todos nos creamos necesidades el otro día me sugirieron la combinación gnocchis + salmón + aguacate + mozzarella así que yo que soy muy de coger ideas no me he podido resistir a esta! @funnyfitfruits va por tí guapa! 😘

🥔 Gnocchis a la plancha de @giovannirana_es: sin cocer, directamente a la sartén con unas gotitas de AOVE, un poquito de nada de sal y orégano, hasta que se doren. Brutales, quien los ha probado así ya no quiere saber nada más sobre cocerlos 😋
Aunque en ocasiones donde tengo un pescado tan sabroso como este lo que hago es que hago primero el salmón y con el aceite que suelta (si no es mucho!) lo aprovecho y hago los gnocchis ahí, así que he aprovechado un poquito de la grasa del salmón para hacer los gnocchis en esta ocasión 😉

🐡 Salmón a la plancha, que se derrite casi de lo tierno que está 😍 Lo compro en @ahorramas_com en lomos grandes y así sale más económico. Lo he hecho muy poquito porque el salmón me gusta casi crudo.

🧀 Mozzarella fresca con un toque de orégano

🥑 Aguacate

🎃 Calabaza a la plancha: corto 250gr de calabaza en rodajas, en una sartén añado 200ml de agua aproximadamente, y dejo que se reduzca todo el agua, así la calabaza queda blandita pero con saborcillo cuando se hace a la plancha, aunque esta vez no la he dejado mucho por eso no se ve nada tostada 😅

〰️ PATATAS COCIDAS A LA PLANCHA & BROCHETAS CASERAS DE GAMBAS & POCHADITO DE CEBOLLA Y CALABACÍN 〰️
Hoy no hay tupper aunque esté plato bien se podría llevar en uno y comerlo en el trabajo o allá donde quieras 😊

🍟 Patatas cocidas a la plancha: primero cuezo las patatas unos 25 minutos, luego las parto en rodajas y las hago a la plancha con 5ml de aceite de oliva, un poquito de sal y un poquito de pimentón.
.
🥬 Pochadito de cebolla y calabacín: corto media cebolla y un poquito de calabacín y lo dejo en la sartén con un culito de agua hasta que se reduce. Al final añado un poquito de pimentón picante y sal.
.
🍤 Brochetas de gambas caseras: cojo 140 gramos de gambas congeladas, unos palitos para brochetas y las voy metiendo de cuatro en cuatro (o las que quepan), las llevo a la sartén vuelta y vuelta les echo un poquito de sal y ya está.

👌 Plato sencillo rico y sano.

E la mia sfida è iniziata 1 anno fa, quando decisi di iniziare a dedicarmi di più a me stessa dopo mesi difficili in cui avevo iniziato a mettere in discussione il senso della mia vita.
Sveglia all'alba e organizzazione dei pasti la sera dopo una giornata di lavoro, sono stati i primi step di trasformazione di ciò che pensavo Impossibilile in POSSIBILE!
E ad oggi non potrei più fare a meno di questa routine! Ho trovato nell'allenamento la mia valvola di sfogo, (soprattutto quando gli dedico 1 ora la mattina presto), ho iniziato a conoscere i miei limiti, ho scoperto una forza fisica nuova, a percepire la fortuna di essere in salute e come il mio umore fosse diverso dopo una sessione di pesi.
Per non parlare del senso di soddisfazione e dell'assenza di stanchezza che provo quando esco dalla palestra e mi preparo per andare al lavoro!
L'allenamento è cura. E di questo ormai ne sono più che convinta! 💪🏼

(Parte 4/4) km 25, naquela luta contra a mente, muitas pessoas parando, correndo devagar, tentei não me abalar, mas diminui drasticamente o ritmo, pace de 6:52. Percebendo isso, tentei me concentrar, aproveitar um pouco da estabilização da altimetria e manter um ritmo equilibrado. Km 30 tentei tomar mais um gel e não consegui, ânsia de vômito, não aguentava mais nada doce, precisava de algo salgado. Abri o sal coloquei na língua, melhorei. Ali sabia que teria que ser o mais forte possível para aguentar até o final. Mantive o mesmo pace até quase o km 40, entre 6:10 e 6:20. E pela primeira vez, nos últimos 2km finais da Maratona, quando se encontra forças de onde não se sabe, não tinha mais gás e fui levada literalmente pela multidão que afunilava o caminho do Central Park! Que torcida era aquela!!? Terminei a prova emocionada, não sobrando como nas outras (tempo 4:17:02 minha pior marca), mas nunca me senti tão forte e raçuda!!! Feliz demais como sempre e como deve ser, principalmente, por mais um grande sonho realizado!!!! 🍎🙏🏻✨🗽❤️ 🇺🇸 Deixando gostinho de quero mais. Creating a healthy environment full of nutritious foods and even better support. I’m working on a better me, so when I get married we’d in 6 months, I won’t regret that girl and everything she’s gone through. I will be stronger. I came out of that. I will get to my goal. .

I can get bored from same thing that i eat everyday quickly. So today, i tried a breakfast sauce. I loved it actually 💚 It has pepper,  fresh onion, pepper paste and tomato paste in it. If you would like, i can give 📝 recipe. Other than sauce, i ate cheese, olives, percil, hard boiled egg and 1 slice of whole grain bread at breakfast at 09:00 ⏰

I probably shouldn’t tell you this but at times I’m talking to someone outside of the office, and somehow I find myself thinking of what I would do in that persons mouth to make it a beautiful smile.  Is that wrong?⁠⠀

I have been part of conversations where the person giving their opinion doesn’t know I’m a dentist and they criticize a person’s teeth. I have heard the “ I can’t date a guy if his teeth look weird”, or “He should have a nice smile before I give him my phone number.” My cousin Kenneth texted me the other day and sent me a picture of a guy with his family smiling and the guy on the picture is missing one front tooth. Then if you look closer to the picture, the guy is missing an eyebrow but I hadn’t notice until AFTER looking at his toothless smile. Why do we do this?⁠⠀

Gluten Free Bruschetta. This recipe can be used for a low calorie snack, as a party favor, or an appetizer to your weeknight dinners. @themealprepmanual⁣⁣

INGREDIENTS ⁣⁣
7/8 cup (80g) oat flour ⁣⁣
1 tsp (4g) salt⁣⁣
1 tsp (4g) garlic powder ⁣⁣
1/2 tsp (2g) onion powder⁣⁣
1/2 tsp (2g) baking soda⁣⁣
1/2 cup (120g) plain non fat Greek yogurt ⁣⁣
1 large (50g) egg white ⁣⁣
2 Roma tomatoes⁣⁣
1 tbsp (15mL) balsamic glaze⁣⁣
Basil ⁣⁣
2 mozzarella cheese sticks ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
PREP⁣⁣
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Mix dry ingredients for bread. Then add in yogurt and egg white. Stir. ⁣⁣
2. Put dough mixture onto a baking sheet and form it into a baguette shape. ⁣⁣
3. Bake for 15-17 minutes. ⁣⁣
4. Allow to cool and cut into slices. If you were able to shape it correctly you may be able to cut into cross sections. Mine was a little flat so I cut it longitudinally and then into slices. ⁣⁣
5. Turn the oven to 450F and bake the slices for 7-9 minutes or until crisp flipping halfway through. ⁣⁣
6. Cut the tomatoes into a small dice removing any seeds and chop the basil and string cheese. Mix together. ⁣⁣
7. Top each piece of bread with tomato mixture and drizzle balsamic glaze. ⁣⁣
8. My yield was 8 slices. Nutrition information is for 1 of 8. ⁣⁣

❓How do I shape it like a baguette?⁣⁣
❗️Use a spoon and make it cylindrical on the pan to look of similar shape to a baguette. It’s not going to rise much at all so just try and get it close. If you have some kind of mold to use that would probably be best. I just put it right on a silpat. ⁣The “bread” is going to fall after coming out of the oven because there is no gluten development to hold it up. ⁣

• 2 huevos
• 1/3 de harina de avena
• 1 cucharada de cacao amargo
• 1/4 de leche de almendra/la que uses
• 1/4 de banana
• Stevia al gusto (a mi me gusta el cacao amargo así que yo le eche poca)

Procedimiento:
Licua muy bien todo los ingredientes y al sartén (es importante que tengas un buen sartén y que este hirviendo).
