Sesame Beef and Lentils. Here is a new recipe I whipped up last night. It will be posted on my website for members of the MPM Club by the end of the day @themealprepmanual

The way I decide what I’m going to make for the week is by going to the meat section of the grocery store and seeing what’s on sale, and choosing what to make based on that. Yesterday when I went, nothing was on sale which is obviously my absolute nightmare. I usually use between 4-5lbs of meat for every 10 meals. However because nothing was on sale yesterday I decided to cut that in half and replace the missing half with lentils because they are 25% of the price. It’s an easy way to get in some good fiber and save money in the process. Lentils are good for you. 
For all you vegetarians/vegans that for some reason follow me, you can use lentils in place of ground meat in any of my recipes and it will turn out well. Lentils are plain tasting enough that it will work. Don’t cook them like rice though, they are too mushy that way. Cool them like pasta and boil for 12-15 minutes and then drain the water.

Have you ever heard (or do you believe) you shouldn’t eat after a certain time because you will gain weight? 
A few days ago I was chatting with a friend which was surprised to know I was eating grapes 🍇 at 10:30pm.

Whether you’re eating at 1pm or at 9pm if your not in a calorie surplus (eating more calories than you’re burning) than you’re not going to put on weight.

Your body is burning calories at all times of the day, even when you’re asleep your body is still burning calories. 💥 Eating late at night may disrupt your sleep 😴 and that’s why it is recommended you don’t eat for at least 2-3 hours before going to bed but will not make you gain extra weight. 
So as long as your daily calorie intake is in check then you’re all good ✌️… Hope this helped…

📍2 panes @lasastreriadelpan 📍café descafeinado 📍cacao en polvo si azúcar 📍yogurt griego sin azúcar
📍esencia de vainilla -
Preparación:
📍parte por la mitad cada pan previamente tostado 📍sumerge en café el pan 📍coloca el yogurt mezclado con la esencia de vainilla encima del pan 📍remoja de nuevo otro pan en café y encima el yogurt, así consecutivamente hasta se forme una torre.
📍al final decora con cacao -

Recept:
Smícháme 30 g vloček, 20 g hladké mouky (třeba špaldové), 15 g protein, vejce, polovinu banánu a skořici. Všechno rozmixujeme a opečeme na pánvi placičky. BIZCOCHO MARMOLADO DE CALABAZA Y ALGARROBA

#sinazúcar ➡️ INGREDIENTES:
✅ 200g de harina integral de espelta
✅ 200g de pulpa de calabaza asada
✅ 150g de dátiles sin hueso
✅ 50g de nueces picadas
✅ 50g de harina de algarroba ✅ 5 huevos
✅ 5 cucharadas de AOVE
✅ 1 sobre de levadura
✅ Canela, clavo y genjibre (opcional) ➡️ ELABORACIÓN:
1. Triturar los dátiles y las nueces.
2. Mezclar con los huevos, la calabaza, las especies y el aceite.
3. Añadir la harina integral de espelta las nueces y la levadura.
4. Separar una porción de masa y añadir la algarroba.
5. Poner en el molde prevismente engrasado con AOVE, las dos masas de forma alterna.
6. Hornear 30minutos a 200grados aire arriba y abajo.

Este fue el bizcocho que degustamos en el último taller de alimentación infantil que hice y fue un éxito.

A part le lait de soja et le lait de coco, aucun lait végétal ne peut donner de yaourt (sauf si vous ajoutez de la fécule, agar agar et plein de truc compliqués qui me donne la flemme d'essayer rien qu'en y pensant ) 😅

Ici c'est une version à la vanille simple mais parfois je mets une couche de confiture de fraise au fond des pots 😍

A winter winner 💜#purplesproutingbroccoli 🥦 If you can cope with removing caterpillars in late summer and early autumn and keep it under netting away from hungry pigeons! It’s worth it 🌱Sow seeds in pots in the summer,  as broccoli is a slow burn, transplant them late summer/ early autumn under netting.  I am growing them in the fruit cage this time, it seemed an easier option. Remove the central purple flower head when it appears, it’s short but this is important as it encourages all those tiny side shoots to grow into long tasty florets 😋 #kitchengarden #potager #vegetablegarden #veggies

Per circa 6 piccoli pancakes ho usato:
-un uovo 🥚 -una zucchina tritata finemente -farina di mais,due cucchiai circa -spezie a piacere, io pepe nero e curry 
Ho tritato la zucchina a crudo, ho poi aggiunto gli altri ingredienti e continuato a frullare. Ça faisait très longtemps que j’avais pas poster mon premier résultat 😅

J’étais juste pas heureux du style de vie que j’avais :
- tabac - alcool - mal-bouffe - pas de sport ... pas vraiment de quoi faire rêver .
J’ai juste pris la décision avec l’aide de mon coach et ami @24fitmaax de me remettre en forme 💪

Et c’était simple :
- un meilleur petit déjeuner
- une meilleure hydratation
- des assiettes rééquilibrer - une activité sportive .
Et voilà le résultat en 1 ans plus de muscle moins de gras meilleur sommeil 😴 plus de tabac ni d’alcool 😁

Making sure I’m eating a diverse range of plants to make my gut microbiome happy and healthy! ☺️ Kale chips with nutritional yeast, carrot sticks, capsicum sticks, edamame beans, honey soy marinated tofu, brown rice pasta with tomatoes, herbs, rocket, capsicum and topped with lemon juice and of course a 1/2 an avocado!

I also had to pack half of this for lunch the next day because my eyes were much bigger than my stomach.

У каждого свой рецепт для счастья... я каждое утро, когда просыпаюсь,  представляю, что у меня на потолке написано: завтра бросаю жрать... Видя  эту надпись я думаю: "Хорошо, что завтра, а не сегодня... а сегодня можно наплевать на первое правило диетологии: если это вкусно, значит, это вредно для вас. Я считаю  то, что вызывает у нас восторг и приносит искреннее наслаждение - не может  нанести вред! 💋 Да и навязчивое клеше из юности "Ужин отдай врагу", у меня не прижился. Вместо него меня просто одолевает свой лозунг: "Назло  врагу - съешь ужин сам!"🤣🤣🤣 Ну, а когда сынок приходит домой, само собой, все диеты откладываются до понедельника! Господи, дай бог здоровья тому человеку, кто придумал тот самый понедельник! 🤔 
Ну что, девочки и мальчики, тогда , может, по домашнему бургеру?! Тем более, если захотеть, то можно и бургер сделать совершенно безвредным!😘😘😘
