For those nights when you JUST CANNOT with an extra pot: start  pasta boiling and set a timer to alert you to 5 minutes before it’s cooked. At that point add frozen peas and fairly finely chopped broccoli right into the pasta pot. The sauce I used is cashew cream, for 400 g pasta + veg:
1 cup cashews 
1 1/2 cups water 
2 cloves garlic 
2 tbsp nutritional yeast 
1 heaping tsp miso 
1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
Blend blend blend until creamy smooth!
Pour over drained pasta and veg and heat through. 
My 4 year old said, “I wuv dis!” My 7 year old, who generally doesn’t like broccoli these days, says he likes broccoli like this. Yes I will just brush that dirt off my shoulder thank you good night 😎

Ingredientes: 
200g de yogurt griego (3/4 taza aprox. 🧐). 250ml de bebida de almendra sin azúcar. 
1 cucharada de cacao en polvo.
Stevia al gusto. •

How to: 
Procesar / licuar todos los ingredientes hasta tener una mezcla homogénea. Llevar al congelador al menos por 3 horas. Mejor si cada media hora le van quitando la capita de hielo que se forma encima, para que se vaya congelando de manera uniforme ❄️•

A cenoura eu só dei uma leve cozida antes, cortei em rodelas, temperei com sal, orégano, paprica e fumaça em pó.⁣

Batatas recheadas⁣

Ingredientes:⁣
3 batatas⁣

Pitada de sal e orégano a gosto⁣

Modo de preparo:⁣

Took all the ingredients for the Vietnamese inspired charred pork noodle bowls (from the summer chapter in my cookbook), clumped them up, and wrapped them up in rice paper for the most delicious fresh spring rolls! Obviously had to make the Cashew Butter Sauce (also in the summer chapter) to go with because that sauce is everythinggggg! If you know, you know. 😏This is one of the most popular recipes from the book so far, and It makes me happy seeing you enjoy it as much as I do so, next time wrap them up for something different! foto di slide pertama itu, aku dan mamah pas aku lagi wisuda kelas 6 SD, dri dulu pipi aku emang udah begitu😅

pas di masa SMP itu insecure aku mulai muncul, karena udah kenal yg namanya cinta cintaan gitu kan haha😅, trus aku udah mulai ga pede sama berat badan aku, dan akhirnya aku memutuskan untuk mulai merubah diri aku

pas aku memutuskan untuk mulai diet, waaaaw disitu bener bener tantangan banget bagi aku. kenapa?, karena segala macem makanan yang aku suka beberapa harus di hindari dlu. tersiksa ga?banget😰. tapi, yang membuat aku bisa bertahan untuk diet, aku masih bisa tetep makan nasi(karena aku tipe orang yg wajib banget makan nasi), masih bisa nyemil enak(karen itu ada hobi aku haha), dan tekad aku kuat buat merubah diri aku😄

dan bener aja, dalam waktu beberapa bulan, aku bener bener merasakan perubahannya, bukan hanya angka timbangan yg turun tapi manfaat lainnya juga aku dapet. Contohnya kulit aku yang dulu sering banget jerawatan, sekarang mulai mengalami perubahannya, ya walaupun masih suka muncul beberapa, tapi itu normal kok karena hormon aja

dan ternayata juga, setelah berat badan aku normal, aku masih bisa menikmati makanan kesukaan aku yang dulu aku tersiksa buat menghindarinya 😊

intinyaa, aku bahagia dan lebih enjoy menikmati hidup haha .
karena aku ga mau seneng sendirian, dengan senang hati aku bisa membantu teman teman yang ingin seperti aku atau bahkan lebih dari aku 😉

Amid lockdown while I buy locally and cook for myself daily, the one thing  that's more clear to me is that most Health Kitchen that use imported ingredients and claim to be providing the best nutrition your money is worth are nothing more than Guilt free gourmet dining. I know this because i have been a part of the Hotel and Restaurant industry for a decade now and have been fortunate to have eaten a lot of that stuff.

While a lot of us working class can't even differentiate between the different kinds of green leafy vegetables (including myself), I did a bit of research and learnt a bit more about the sources of different nutrients that you can buy locally. Local food can be better for your health for a few reasons. To begin with, local foods often retain more nutrients. Local produce is allowed to ripen naturally, while food that travels long distances is often picked before it's ripe. And food picked fresh and in season doesn't have far to travel before being sold.

Locally grown food creates important economic opportunities, provides health benefits and helps to reduce environmental impact. It also helps bring the community together and gives people the opportunity to make a difference. Additionally, many people feel local food tastes better and lasts longer.

MANGO CHIA PUDDING 🧡🧡🧡 Isn't any mango dessert fulfilling!?! Made this easy peasy mango chia pudding and it turned out to be soo delicious 😍

Here, I've soaked chia seeds in milk. (Soak in water/coconut or almond milk to turn it vegan)
Layered that with some mango pulp and refrigerated it for a couple of hours.

Alternatively, you could use a blender to turn it into a shake and add more milk according to the thickness of the shake you prefer

Its definitely worth a try before the 🥭 season ends...

Bonjour! Ptit dej tres matinal a 6h, dejà faim 🤪

Thé sencha
1 petit kiwi
2 biscottes completes soit 18 gr avec 1 tranche de jambon soit 39gr.
Un puding composé de 110 ml de lait d amande et 2 cs de graines de choa + 1 feuil de gelatine.
Ma balance fait n importe quoi cette semaine 120.6 puis 121.2 et aujourd hui 121🥴). Apres plus de trois mois, je ne comprends toujoues pas le lien entre ce que je mange et ce que je perds 🤔.
Je lache rien, je me dis que j zi bien le temps de comprendre pendant cette annee minimum de reequilibrage qui m attend, et apres une bonne decenie d obesité.

Rice flour 150g

100g Chopped Apples🍎 
①粉類をよく混ぜ合わせる。
➁ウェット類を小鍋に入れて温めながら混ぜ合わせる。(沸騰しないように)
③粉類とウェット類を混ぜる。
④皮をむいて切ったリンゴを③に混ぜて、型に入れる。

オーブン170度、25-30分。 ・
すぐなくなってしまったので、
次回は倍量で作ってみようと思います☺︎

No podemos olvidar las legumbres en nuestra dieta así que hoy Falafel, vamos a darle un toque oriental a nuestra mesa. Podéis acompañarlo con queso feta, tomates, lechuga y una buena salsa de yogurt y si queréis rizar el rizo un buen pan de pita casero. Estas son las cenas que me gustan, sencillas pero con sabor.

Yaaasss satisfied my 🐟 cravings with @kuhlbarra salmon portion~❤ soooi good~ i love fish fats (especially salmon)  hehe healthy and nutritious :) my balanced diet! There are so many misconceptions about fats :(( which is soooo untrue

1️⃣Eating fats make you fat?!?!?! ❌❌ nope nope! Its all about the calorie intake! Calorie surplus vs calorie that your body needs to function properly! Its important to have a balanced diet and eat all food in moderation

2️⃣Fats have no nutritional purpose?!?! ❌❌nope!! You need fats to make hormones for your body to function normally! It also helps with body temperature regulation, metabolism (burning your calories), and etc. So yeaps they are important

Just eat what you want and eat everything in moderation. Occassional indulgence is definitely okayyy just remember to lead an active lifestyle~ Eat what you crave and what makes you happy because nothing beats mentally happy and healthy~ only being mentally healthy can you be physically healthy and be able to appreciate many things in life.
