If I’m not having oatmeal for breakfast, chances are I’m having a MUG CAKE! For this one I used @birchbenders #paleo pancake mix, @livwell_nutrition protein, cinnamon and @silk cashew milk! I added some raspberries, @micheles_granola and @eatnuttzo powerfuel! 😍

🍒Do you have health issues that cause you to be aware of how much sugar you intake? Maybe you have a family history of diabetes or other illnesses that require that your sugar intake is watched?

🍓If so, I know it can be difficult to know which foods you should eat and which you shouldn’t. For instance, we all know that fruit is healthy, but they also can pack a lot of natural sugars with them which can be an issue with those that suffer from high blood sugar.

🥑Or if you are someone like me that watches your carbohydrate and sugar intake, then it is important to know what you should and shouldn’t be eating.

😊So that is why I’m bringing you a list of low sugar fruits. That way you will know which fruits are actually known for their low sugar content, and you will no longer have to guess.

IDEA de ALMUERZO DEEELI🤤 este pollo es muy sencillo de preparar y queda súper rico.
.
POLLO A LA MOSTAZA con BRÓCOLI 🥦.
.
👉🏻 poner agua con sal + una cebolla entera a hervir en una olla, no la llenes mucho para que no se desborde cuando pongas el pollo. cuando el agua esté hirviendo, agrega las pechugas de pollo por aprox 40m.
👉🏻 pasados los 40m introduce un tenedor a una pechuga para confirmar que estén bien bien blandas.
👉🏻 una vez listas sácalas de el agua y con la ayuda de dos tenedores mechar bien el pollo.

🥦 en un sartén agrega una cucharadita de aceite de oliva o de coco y agrega los brócolis bien pequeños para que se cocinen rápido y queden al dente 👌🏼.
🥦 una vez doraditos agrega el pollo mechado junto con 1/4 taza de agua + 2 cucharadas de mostaza + pizca de sal + 2 sobres de edulcorante + pimienta.
🥦 dejar secar un poco la salsa al gusto (a mi me gusta bien seco por eso lo ven cequito pero es opcional) eso es todo!

If you catch this within a few hours of posting you can see the process of it getting made in my stories. Meal prepping doesn’t have to be difficult or time consuming. I walked to the grocery store, shopped, walked back, dicked around for a bit, and cooked all of this food in 2 hours. If you chop vegetables and stir some meat around until it’s browned you can make this. ⁣

It’s mostly found after monsoon and through out winter.
This is one more exotic vegetable from Pahad I’m in love with.

Muffins de matcha 🍵 y peras 🍐 
Amo el té matcha!!! No se porque no había hecho ninguna receta con el 🤦🏼‍♀️
Quien conoce el matcha??? A quien le gusta??? A mí me sabe muy parecido a la yerba mate con lo cual me encanta!!! Ingredientes 🍐1 taza de harina integral (o sin gluten)
🍐1 taza de harina blanca (o sin gluten)
🍐1 taza de peras picadas en cubos pequeños (1 pera aproximadamente)
🍐 1 y 1/2 cucharadas de té matcha (té verde en polvo, muy molido)
🍐3/4 taza de jarabe de agave (se puede sustituir por jarabe de maple o de datil o sirope de arroz o miel, debe ser un endulzante líquido)
🍐1 taza de leche de soja (sin azúcar añadido, o leche animal)
🍐1/4 taza de aceite neutro (de pepita de uva o de girasol van muy bien, no usar de coco)
🍐2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear 🍐3/4 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio 🍐 1 cucharadita de vinagre de manzanas
🍐1 pizca de sal 
Procedimiento:
Precalentar el horno a 170 grados (moderado).
Lavar, pelar y picar la pera en cubitos pequeños. Reservar 
En un bowl grande tamizar la harina (yo uso un colador finito), agregar el bicarbonato de sodio, el té matcha, la sal y el polvo de hornear. Mezclar todo muy bien.
Luego en otro recipiente agregar la leche de soja, el aceite, el jarabe de agave y el vinagre. Mezclar todo muy bien hasta integrar.
Agregar los ingredientes líquidos a los secos y mezclar hasta que se unan de forma pareja (no hay que batir). Agregar la fruta y volver a mezclar.
Rellenar los moldes de muffins (tamaño mediano a grande), deben quedar a 3/4 de capacidad para que no rebalsen. Salen unos 12 muffins.

Llevar a horno precalentado 170 grados (moderado) por 30 minutos aproximadamente, o hasta que al pincharlo con un palillo este salga limpio.

Amo el té matcha!!! No se porque no había hecho ninguna receta con el 🤦🏼‍♀️
Quien conoce el matcha??? A quien le gusta??? A mí me sabe muy parecido a la yerba mate con lo cual me encanta!!! Ingredientes 🍐1 taza de harina integral (o sin gluten)
🍐1 taza de harina blanca (o sin gluten)
🍐1 taza de peras picadas en cubos pequeños (1 pera aproximadamente)
🍐 1 y 1/2 cucharadas de té matcha (té verde en polvo, muy molido)
🍐3/4 taza de jarabe de agave (se puede sustituir por jarabe de maple o de datil o sirope de arroz o miel, debe ser un endulzante líquido)
🍐1 taza de leche de soja (sin azúcar añadido, o leche animal)
🍐1/4 taza de aceite neutro (de pepita de uva o de girasol van muy bien, no usar de coco)
🍐2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear 🍐3/4 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio 🍐 1 cucharadita de vinagre de manzanas
🍐1 pizca de sal
Procedimiento:
Precalentar el horno a 170 grados (moderado).
Lavar, pelar y picar la pera en cubitos pequeños. Reservar
En un bowl grande tamizar la harina (yo uso un colador finito), agregar el bicarbonato de sodio, el té matcha, la sal y el polvo de hornear. Mezclar todo muy bien.
Luego en otro recipiente agregar la leche de soja, el aceite, el jarabe de agave y el vinagre. Mezclar todo muy bien hasta integrar.
Agregar los ingredientes líquidos a los secos y mezclar hasta que se unan de forma pareja (no hay que batir). Agregar la fruta y volver a mezclar.
Rellenar los moldes de muffins (tamaño mediano a grande), deben quedar a 3/4 de capacidad para que no rebalsen. Salen unos 12 muffins.

Llevar a horno precalentado 170 grados (moderado) por 30 minutos aproximadamente, o hasta que al pincharlo con un palillo este salga limpio.

Пряности постоянно используют наряду с солью. Для правильного их применения нужно знать, как они взаимодействуют с ней.

👉 Имеет значение, в какую из сред вводят соль — кислую, водную, масляную, спиртовую. Всюду соль усиливает действие пряностей, повышает их экстрактивность, но особенно это заметно в кислотах и воде. Поэтому суп с пряностями следует солить более осторожно, чем тот же суп без пряностей, или жаркое с теми же пряностями, растворяемыми в маслах. Т.е. при взаимодействии с пряностями можно расходовать меньше соли, чем обычно, что не всегда учитывается в кулинарных рецептах.

Но недосол в блюде с пряностями более неприятен, чем недосол пищи без пряностей, - пряности слишком выделяются на совершенно пресной основе. Прямой зависимости между количеством соли и пряностей нет, и здесь многое зависит от интуиции и вкуса повара, насколько хорошо удастся ему найти «золотую середину».

🌱 Пряности, оказывая влияние на снижение норм соли в блюде, дают возможность организму получить меньше соли и не только прямо (через моче- и пото- выделение), но и косвенно препятствуют перенасыщению организма солями.
+ Пряности содействуют и улучшению консистенции пищевых продуктов, т.к. их изготовление с меньшими количествами соли делает продукты более сочными, нежными, мягкими, вкусными, поскольку в них лучше сохраняются естественные соки. Даже такой солелюбивый пищевой продукт, как рыба, допускает снижение нормы соли при варке и жарении, если увеличивать дозу пряностей, то есть в какой то степени заменять ими соль. Наилучшим составом-заменителем в таких случаях служит для жареной рыбы набор из укропа, лука, чабреца, а для отварной рыбы — из лука, лука порея, черного перца, аниса, петрушки, укропа.

This is half portion of my breakfast. Bajra porridge with one spoon desi ghee . Bajra has complex carbohydrates which release energy slowly. As a result one feels fuller for a long time after a millet meal . It is also filled with a ton of fiber and foods that are rich in fiber are very good for your digestive system on the whole. 
I eat 1-2 spoons of desi ghee on a daily basis  because it's great for skin and hair . Ghee is a vital nourishing natural ingredient for the body . Also , It is one of the most easily digestible fats that balance the heat elements in the body. Adding good fats in the diet is extremely important and can be a game changer. 
Remember, anything in excess is bad. Hence, moderation is the key!

Ikat toncet ketat2 tu kakak da pnh tutorial dlm live da. Rmbut kene potong layer yg betul bru die akan ikut ! .

Caramel slice to die for! This slice is so delicious and what is great is that it stores perfectly in the freezer but does not need to thaw. The caramel layer stays nice and luscious. Base:
3/4 cup macadamias
3/4 cup hazelnuts
I/2 cup Brazil nuts
2 cups almond meal
1 tbspn @ceresorganics pumpkin seed butter
1/4 tspn salt
2 tbspn golden syrup
3 tbspn melted coconut oil
1 tbspn date syrup
Process the nuts together until they reach a rough crumb texture. Place them in a bowl and mix with all the other ingredients. Press the mixture into the base of a lined square cake pan. Place in the freezer to chill.

Caramel:
1 cup roughly chopped apricots
1 1/2 cups pitted dates
3/4 cup @naturescharm evaporated coconut milk
1/4 cup filtered water
Big pinch of salt
1 tbspn raw vanilla sugar
1 tbspn golden syrup
1 tbspn date syrup
3 tbspn melted coconut oil
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Spread evenly over the chilled base, scatter halved hazelnuts on top. Place in the fridge while you make the topping.

Topping:
1 1/2 cups @loving_earth raw cacao powder
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup melted vegan butter
1/4 tspn salt
2 tbspns maple syrup
Whisk all the ingredients until it is smooth and glossy then carefully spread it onto the caramel base ensuring you don’t press into the caramel too much. Place in the freezer for at least 5 hours to set then score and cut into bars.
