toast for breakfast 🤓 i had @oroweat oatnut bread which has a combination of hazelnuts and oats in each slice. these slices are made with simple ingredients you recognize and can pronounce! here i have 2 slices @oroweat oatnut bread - mashed avocado on both slices and a soft-boiled egg in the middle, mashed both sides together to create a bomb sandwich. there’s also bagel sesame seasoning + red pepper flakes! #ThisIsMyBread

My usual THICCC and creamy overnight chia oats made with @kin_nutrition vanilla vegan protein.
Warmed this morning and topped with just @nushfoods almond milk yoghurt, a lil banana, a sprinkle of homemade cardamom & orange granola, made with @southafricanfruit raisins 😋 and @pipandnut new super roasted extra crunchy peanut butter 🤤👌🐿

Sadly we are a man down 🤒 here today, so it’ll be a day of cosy’ing up with him 💙

Egal ob süß oder herzhaft, mit Aufstrich oder aus dem Ofen.
Ihr braucht:
• 1 Toastie
• 30gr Schinkenwürfel
• 2 TL Frischkäseaufstrich 10% Fett
• etwas Zwiebeln

First try yay. Glad to be learning so much along the way. Loving it. . 
Brown rice. Chickpeas. Tomatoes. Red capsicum. Lime zest. Coriander. Garlic. Shallots. Green onion. Turmeric. Paprika. Cayenne. Cumin. And opps I think I got too excited with the seasonings again ahah thus the vibrant colour (again), shall reduce it the next round. 
Cook the soaked brown rice seperately for  about 5 minutes before cooking together with the tomato chickpea, but think need to let it cook slightly longer as there were still some tougher grains and chickpeas in it. Would like to try a mushier version of it. 
Steamed broccoli for some vege, finished using the broccolis now, other than the stem. .
Followed @thehappypear ‘s “ Chickpea Curry in 5 minutes” but without adding coconut oil, and then I realised it’s more of a tomatoes rice then this way ahah. Wanted to make tomato rice either way so win-win ahah. .

Надо все сложить в блендер и превратить в пюре. Жесть как трудно🤣. Далее разлить по формочкам и в духовку 180° на 15-20 минут.

1 clove of garlic
1 cup of tomato juice
2 cups vegetable broth
1 tsp of sugar
1 tbsp of flour
pinch of salt
pepper of taste
1 liter of water 🍽Place the pan over medium-low heat and add olivie oil and garlic. Add chopped tomatoes and pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tomato is completly soft (about 7 minutes). Then add tomato juice and vegetable broth to the pan. Add pepper and 1 tsp of sugar. Add water with flour and bring it to a simmer. Cook with stirring to desired density.

What do you and your partner do for date night? 
Who loves a burger and fries?🙋🏼‍♀️ One of our favorite things to do for a date night is making dinner together at home and watching a movie or catching up on one of our tv shows. We chat as cook, and we enjoy spending the evening together. 
I am better at making the burgers. 😉 Dr. Scott is great at making the sweet potato fries in the air fryer. And this week we made homemade sourdough hamburger buns!  Doesn’t it look delish? 🍟🍔 We plan this every week. It’s important to us to have one date night every week no matter what. When we’re busy we just want to spend the night in, and cooking is something we both enjoy and can do together. 😊

Our date night meal is included in our meal prep every week. This week for our meal prep we just added one pound of organic grass-fed beef and 2 sweet potatoes.

La polenta contiene pequeñas cantidades de los minerales calcio, hierro, magnesio, fósforo, sodio y zinc. Las vitaminas que se encuentran en la polenta, también en escasas cantidades son: vitaminas del complejo B, vitamina A y vitamina E.  Además el maíz es una excelente alternativa para aquellas personas que son intolerantes al gluten del trigo. La polenta puede ser el reemplazo ideal para el pan. 
Es muy baja en grasas también, y por ser un alimento vegetal, si es que no se utiliza leche en su preparación, no contiene colesterol.
Cada 100 gramos de Polenta consumidos, nos aporta estos valores nutricionales: • Calorías: 359 kcal. • Grasa: 2,70 g.
• Colesterol: 0 mg. • Sodio: 0 mg. • Carbohidratos: 79,90 g. • Fibra: 0 g. • Proteínas: 8,70
Sin duda una excelente alternativa para aquello que no pueden comer gluten, por eso es parte del menú de hoy
