Does weighing yourself make or break your day? If so, keep reading to learn better ways to measure PROGRESS 💪🏼⁣

I used to weigh myself every day and it seriously messed with my mind. I was always chasing under 120 (which is roughly 20 lbs lighter than my average weight.)⁣
⁣
My “why” for working out was so off at the time. I wanted to be under 120 because I saw girls on Instagram posting their weights. I was constantly comparing myself to others.⁣
⁣
if I wasn’t consistently losing weight, I would punish myself with negative self talk and more cardio.⁣
If I lost more weight than expected, than I would binge the rest of the day. I was in a constant battle with myself and it wasn’t healthy!⁣
⁣
I now haven’t weighed myself in over a year. I don’t care about the number on the scale because it’s always fluctuating because of stress levels, hydration, sleep, hormones, digestion, etc.⁣
⁣
Instead, here are other ways to measure progress:⁣
⚡️look at the way you’re talking to yourself. Are your thoughts generally positive or negative?⁣
⚡️Look at your relationship with food - are you constantly restricting or binging? Are you listening to your hunger cues?⁣
⚡️Look at visual changes in the mirror
⚡️take photos! Front/back/side⁣
⚡️Reflect on your confidence and self love (I journal a lot so this is a great way to measure progress)⁣
⚡️Look at your consistency with healthy habits - write them down!⁣
⚡️Look at your improved strength in the gym (no program hopping, stay consistent and increasing weights weekly)⁣
⁣
Lastly, appreciate the progress that you HAVE made! Keep going and don’t get discouraged by the silly number on the scale.

Fiindcă în majoritatea zilelor tin antrenamente dimineața, nu prea am pofta când mă trezesc și de multe ori mănânc numai în jurul orei 10-11. 🕰Cu asta vreau să vă spun ca nu e nici o problemă dacă nu luați micul dejun strict după trezire. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Nutriția nu este un șablon 🧾 pe care trebuie să-l urmărească toate lumea. E personalizat după nevoile, pretențiile voastre. 👌🏼 Să aveți o zi faină! 🤗
* pentru cei care vor să slăbească e suficient și 2/3 a acestei porții (de ex. numai o felie de pâine)

happy thursday, my friends! I’ve really been enjoying having this week off of school. I definitely was beginning to feel a little burnt out, so it’s nice to have time to catch up, do work at my own pace, and slow down a bit! 💕
I’m a huge fan of smoked salmon (especially with cream cheese on a nice warm bagel 😎) so that was definitely was the highlight of this meal for me!

Then I remembered my boys have chocolate cupcakes 😳 Thought Donna wants a cupcake 🧁🤦🏻‍♀️ Then no Donna doesn't want a cupcake. Commence internal struggle 😫 You know what I'm not even a chocolatey person, it's because I had got in that awful habit of having some night after night. I will break it 💪🏼 I am in control. I love potatoes I mean who the fuck doesn't so was excited when my amiga @thebalancedbeam put them into my meal plan.  I get 100 grams of white potatoes for my dinner meal. Cannelloni mit veganer "Hackfleisch" Füllung mit Spinat in Tomatensauce 💚

Cannelloni
Tomatensauce
Gratin-Käse

Für die Füllung
3 cups Blumenkohl
2 cups Walnüsse
1 EL Chilipulver
1 TL Cumin
1 TL Salz
2 EL Limettensaft
1/2 TL Zwiebel- oder Knoblauchpulver
Spinat

Für die Füllung alle Zutaten bis auf den Spinat in einem Food-Prozessor zerkleinern, bis eine krümelige Masse entsteht. Dann den Spinat unterrühren.

Die Füllung in die Cannelloni füllen, in eine Auflaufform schichten und mit der Tomatensauce auffüllen. Zuletzt mit Käse bestreuen.

Im Backofen bei 180°C backen, bis der Käse goldbraun ist. Enjoy!
