4 INGREDIENT GARLIC CHICKEN ZOODLES 🍜😋

INGREDIENTS
2 medium chicken breasts cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced or crushed
3 zucchini spiralized
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a large heavy-duty pan to medium/high heat. Add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook garlic for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Add chicken, red pepper flakes and salt & pepper. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Toss in spiralized zoodles and cook for 1 minute then turn off heat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.

Im Moment muss ich leider viel arbeiten und ich habe viele Frühdienste, in denen ich mittags mit den Bewohners koche. 😊👍🏼 Ich dachte, ich zeige euch einfach mal, was es heute Mittag Leckeres auf der Arbeit gab. 😋🤩
Leider gibt’s bei uns auf der Arbeit permanent Kartoffeln und als Gemüse gibt es immer nur TK Gemüse 🥦🥕❄️, aber ich denke ich habe mit diesem leckeren ➡️ KARTOFFELAUFLAUF 😍❤️🧡❤️ das Beste daraus gemacht. 😏👌🏼

Zubereitung:
➡️ Ich kann leider keine genauen Mengenangaben machen, da ich dort im Schnitt für 10-15 Personen koche und alles etwas nach Gefühl mache. 😊 In der Regel nehme ich pro Portion 250g Kartoffeln und 300g Gemüse.

• TK Gemüse bissfest in Salzwasser kochen
• Kartoffeln mit Schale kochen, pellen, würfeln
• Auflaufform fetten, Kartoffelwürfel und Gemüse hinein geben, 1 Packung Kochschinken würfeln, alles mischen
• für die Sauce Zwiebeln (gewürfelt) und Knoblauch anschwitzen in einem Topf, etwas zuckern / karamellisieren, mit Mehl bestäuben und mit Milch & Brühe ablöschen
➡️ Als Regel gilt 20g Mehl auf 300-350ml Flüssigkeit
• Sauce köcheln lassen mit Lorbeerblättern, würzen mit Majoran, Salz, Pfeffer, Essig
• Sauce über den Auflauf verteilen, mit Käse bestreuen (bei uns gilt leider meistens Analogkäse gerieben oder halbwegs leckerer Scheibenkäse), im Ofen bei 180 Grad Umluft so lange backen, bis der Käse braun ist

🇵🇱 Placki z cukinii i ziemniaków z guacamole i pikantnym śledziem. Może nie za pięknie wygląda ale jest zimowo, śledziowo i na bogato. Placki ziemniaczane pojawiają się u mnie może raz do roku, bo o ile je uwielbiam jeść to bardzo nie lubię ich smażyć (w przeciwieństwie do naleśników, które mogłabym robić co tydzień). Gdyby nie to, że znowu jesteśmy na diecie bezmlecznej pewnie byłby placki z ziołowym serkiem i łososiem, ale tak ląduje wersja śledziowa. 
U mnie na śniadanie, ale super by się sprawdziło jako malutka przystawka, albo przekąska na szwedzkim stole. 🇬🇧 Zucchini and potato pancakes with guacamole and spicy herring.

🔍Τι συμβαίνει: Σκεφτείτε τα κύτταρά μας σαν μικρά δωματιάκια κ την ορμόνη ινσουλίνη σαν το πόμολο της πόρτας τους. Όταν τρώμε ένα γεύμα, η γλυκόζη του αίματός μας ανεβαίνει και στα επόμενα λεπτά εκκρίνεται ινσουλίνη από το πάγκρεας μας, η οποία "ανοίγει" την είσοδο της γλυκόζης από το αίμα προς το εσωτερικό των κυττάρων. Κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της μεταφοράς είμαστε χορτάτοι και τα φυσιολογικά επίπεδα γλυκόζης στο αίμα επανέρχονται σε σταθερά επίπεδα. Με την πάροδο των ωρών όση περισσότερη γλυκόζη εισχωρεί στα κύτταρα τόσο μειώνεται η ινσουλίνη κ αρχίζει κ έπειτα εντείνεται το αίσθημα της πείνας. Έτσι, όσο μεγαλύτερο το γεύμα μας, τόσο μεγαλύτερη η ποσότητα γλυκόζης που παράγεται (υπεργλυκαιμία) τόσο μεγαλύτερη η έκκριση κ δράση της ινσουλίνης (υπογλυκαιμία) μ αποτέλεσμα πολύ γρήγορη πείνα και πάλι!📉

Έτσι προσέχουμε:
1️⃣ Να παρέχουμε όλα τα μάκρο κ μικροθρεπτικά συστατικά στη διατροφή μας, όπως πρωτεΐνες, σύνθετους υδατάνθρακες ολικής άλεσης κ μέταλλα, όπως σίδηρος κ χαλκός που συμβάλλουν πολύ στο μεταβολισμό της τροφής. 
2️⃣ Στο πλαίσιο αυτό προσοχή θα πρέπει να δίνεται στην ποσότητα αλκοόλ που καταναλώνεται καθώς 1γρ αποδίδει 7 θερμίδες με αποτέλεσμα να μπορεί εύκολα να προκαλέσει υπογλυκαιμία γρήγορα.
3️⃣ Να πίνουμε περισσότερο νερό καθώς το αίσθημα του φουσκώματος μπορεί να ξεγελάσει κ να βοηθήσει να εντοπίσετε αν πρόκειται για πραγματική ή συναισθηματική πείνα.
4️⃣ Την καλή ποιότητα ενός 8ωρου ύπνου, τουλάχιστον. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση, όπως κ στην κούραση και κόπωση αλλά & όταν βρισκόμαστε σε στρεσογόνο κατάσταση, είμαστε περισσότερο ευερέθιστοι & είναι πιο πιθανό να υποκύψουμε σε ο,τι βρεθεί μπροστά μας για να καλμάρουμε.
5️⃣ Για τον ίδιο λόγο, θα ήταν μια υπέροχη ιδέα να οργανώνουμε τα γεύματα μας εκ των προτέρων! 3 μεγάλα γεύματα & 2-3 ενδιάμεσα θα ρυθμίσουν τα επίπεδα γλυκόζης σου & οι συχνές λιγούρες σου θα μειωθούν κατά πολύ!
6️⃣ Στην τελική, κανείς δεν έπαθε τίποτα με ένα γλυκό! Απόφυγε πολύ εναλλακτικές επιλογές & απλά απόλαυσε το γλυκό που θέλεις! Θα σε κάνει να νιώσεις καλύτερα κ θα συνεχίσεις από εκεί που το άφησες!👌😉
