Ich quäle mich seit gestern mit echt extremen Muskelkater 🐱 einmal beim Sport gewesen und direkt ein körperliches Wrack. 😂😂
Ich freue mich auf den Wochenstart morgen, denn für mich geht es direkt mit zwei freien Tagen los. Das heißt endlich wieder richtig schön stressigen kochen! 👩🏼‍🍳❤️

Heute Mittag musste es wieder richtig schnell gehen, ich hatte kaum Zeit was zu kochen. 🙉 Es gab lecker gebratenen Lachs 🐟 mit Petersilienkartoffeln und Feldsalat, hier mit Dressing Nr 3, ihr findet das Rezept in den Highlights. ✨
Die Kartoffeln habe ich diesmal ganz einfach im Topf gekocht, abgegossen und mit einem Stich Lätta und Tk Petersilie gemischt. Ganz easy. 😊 Der Lachs ist einfach nur von beiden Seiten gebraten, gewürzt mit Salz & Pfeffer.

Meine Portion hat 634 kcal, Nährwerte 54,9g KH, 30,0g EW, 30,5g Fett.

• würzen mit Salz & Pfeffer
• 300g TK Asia Gemüsemischung (wer mag) dazu geben
• 50g Tomatenmark mit Wasser in einer Schüssel glatt rühren, Tomatensauce in die Pfanne geben
• Deckel drauf und 10 Min köcheln lassen
• gekochten Reis unterheben, abschmecken, genießen

I hear talk of how “bad” someone feels they were and that they “blew it” with their diet and so need to eat salads all week as punishment. 😣 Sound familiar? This used to be me too!

But let me tell you something- enjoying yourself with family and friends over some “not your everyday” eats is OKAY! 🤗 I certainly ate plenty of snack foods and ice cream this weekend, but my MINDSET 🧠 for eating vegetables and packing a salad for lunch has shifted over the years from one of negative self-talk to intuitive self-care. 💆‍♀️
.
I didn’t fail any diets this weekend because I try to make space for all foods, over holidays and normal work weeks. 💁‍♀️ I’m not eating more veggies because they are “better” foods, but rather because I notice my body is more energized and alert when I dive into big bowls of them. 💃
.
The mindset behind our food choices is SO important and helps keep all foods on an even playing field. 🥬🧁⚖️ If you make room for all foods in your diet, then you’re never going to fall off a plan and feel as though you’ve failed. If you start to connect how foods make you physically feel, you can become empowered to choose foods like vegetables based on how you FEEL and not because you think you SHOULD. 🙋‍♀️

I, for instance, have been experimenting with different styles over the last years and found that rainbow colours and moody, vibrant editing work best for me. 🌈🖤 Find what gives 𝗬𝗢𝗨 the most joy and also works well on Instagram. That’s your personal success formula. Instagram is like a game to find your most authentic expression of self. ✨⁣

He said that if Elderly heart patients want to reduce the symptoms of heart disease, #improve their physical fitness, they should include #Exercise in their #Lifestyle which will do more with less. This statement from the American Heart Association has been published in the Circulation Medical Journal

Even with aging, exercises are still good.

Exercise will enhance "physiological function" as part of the treatment😊
It can help elderly patients to improve the "quality of life", and it is also very helpful to maintain patients' ability to take care of themselves.
No one is too old to move, and even if they are in their 70s, 80s, or older, they can still benefit from exercise.

For all of this week we are going to take a look at Immunity. We might be seeing signs of spring outside and some blue sky this morning - but there’s still a few colds, coughs and sniffing going around.

Today I’m going to cover some essential things you can look at and tomorrow some specific foods to fight the cold season. We’ve also got some recipes coming up that will provide lots of essential nutrients at this time of year.

STRENGE PHASE TAG 1

Heute Morgen habe ich mich direkt gewogen und komplett gemessen. Leider waren es über 2 Kilo mehr auf der Waage, als vor den Ladetagen. Ich versuche mich davon nicht aus der Ruhe bringen zu lassen, weil ich weiß, dass es normal ist und auch ganz schnell wieder runter aber irgendwie nervt es trotzdem 🙈

Ich starte heute also in die Strenge mit 82,8 Kilo.

Zum Frühstück gibt es bei mir die nächsten Wochen nur Flohsamenschalen und einen Proteinshake. Beides schmeckt jetzt nicht wirklich berauschend (Shake ist geschmacksneutral) aber man darf Flavdrops verwenden und damit geht's eigentlich (mein Favorit ist Banane).
Ich hau das immer mit einem Strohhalm auf ex weg, weil ich es nicht mag, wenn man da so lange dran rumnuckeln muss. Desto ekliger wirds nämlich, finde ich 😂

Heard of it? Not sure why it’s important to include sufficient dietary intake? Iodine is a nutrient that plays a crucial role in the production of thyroid hormones T4 & T3. Important why.. well thyroid hormones are responsible for our basal metabolic rate (BMR), that's how the body regulates energy expenditure with your BMR being the base amount of energy needed for basic bodily functions such as breathing, brain function etc as well as regulating body temperature and growth.

常常絞盡腦汁變出不是每次都是吃一樣的料理
很煩🤷‍♀️
但是看到小朋友吃的開心
又一次就吃到不同營養成分的料理
(媽媽總是希望小朋友營養均衡😁)
也值得了!

料理食材:
酪梨 1/2顆
蛋 1顆.....打成蛋液
洋蔥 1/3顆.....切丁
義大利素肉 1條.....切片
新鮮小茴香 2朱....切碎
海鹽  一小撮

葡萄籽油熱鍋,下洋蔥炒一下,加義大利素肉片一起炒至洋蔥變金黃色,下蛋液,灑一些海鹽一起炒。等炒蛋變八分熟,關火,擺盤。灑些小茴香提味👍

What do you call bircher mixed between a chia pod? BIRCHIA thanks to @mindfulfoods. I don’t usually do this but here’s a very well deserved plug for a brand I love and adore, and to some degree or another is apart of my everyday. 
This brand truly rings true to there name 
M I N D F U L  F O O D S ✨. .

I absolutely love that there range is all organic, activated, vegan and gluten free. 
The nuts have been soaked in home made kombucha for added health properties. 
They have a range of Star Dust nutrient powders to support your body with immunity, anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, energy and longevity. 
They also offer their products in reusable glass jars or decomposable bags. .

These guys literally cover all bases ANDDD they are FREAKEN DELICIOUS 😍😍. .

Some of my favourite products are the Eros Granola, Brain Power, Yummy Beans, Activated pecans, The Digestive Tea, Immunity Star Dust powder and there new Munchies range is to die for 🤤. .

Pictured is the Birchia which is paleo and prebiotic, it’s been crafted to provide a high-fiber boost to your important gut bacteria.
It can be soaked overnight for a cold grab and go option or cooked in a saucepan like a warm porridge, topped with your desired yoghurt and fruit 😋. .
