esta es una opción rica, fácil y saludable 👩🏻‍🍳💗
INGREDIENTES para la masa:
> 2 tazas de harina
> pizca de polvo de hornear
> 1/2 taza de agua
> 2 cdas soperas de aceite
> sal a gusto
PROCEDIMIENTO: mezclar la harina con sal a gusto, armar una corona y en el centro colocar el aceite y agua e ir uniendo hasta formar una masa. Dividir en bollitos y estirar cada bollito hasta lograr una tortilla fina y grande. Cocinar en sartén, vuelta y vuelta.
RELLENO:
> atún
> zanahoria rallada
> lechuga
> repollo
> queso crema

INGREDIENTES
> colita de cuadril
> calabaza
> zanahoria
> zucchini
> cebolla
> papa

Rezept für 2 Portionen:
• Nudeln kochen, ich wiege meine meistens gekocht ab, da mein Mann mehr futtert 😄
• 270g Schweinefilet vom Metzger in Stückchen schneiden
• 1 Zwiebel fein würfeln
• 250g Champignons in /
Scheiben schneiden
• eine Pfanne mit etwas Öl erhitzen, Filet darin anbraten, würzen mit Salz & Pfeffer, herausnehmen
• erneut etwas Öl in der Pfanne erhitzen, Champignons und Zwiebeln anbraten, die Zwiebeln erst dazu geben, wenn die Champignons anfangen zu schwitzen, ebenfalls würzen mit Salz, Pfeffer & Erstragon
• mit 300ml Gemüsebrühe ablöschen, mit Speisestärke andicken (diese zunächst in kaltem Wasser glatt rühren), Fleisch dazugeben
• Pfanne vom Herd nehmen, 80ml Kondensmilch 7,5% Fett einrühren, wer das nicht mag nimmt Kochsahne 7% Fett

Eine Portion hat, mit 150g gekochten Nudeln, 597 Kalorien. ✅

Kurz und schmerzlos, denn ich hab Halsweh bekommen. Heute Abend gab’s das perfekte Herbstessen 🍁🍽, ein super leckerer herbstlicher Eintopf mit Mettenden, Kartoffeln & Champignons. 🍄

Rezept für 4 Portionen:
• in einem Topf 1TL Öl erhitzen
• darin Zwiebel (1 Gemüsezwiebel, in Scheiben geschnitten) und Champignons (400g, in Scheiben geschnitten) anbraten
• würzen mit Salz & Pfeffer, 1 EL Mehl darüber streuen, verrühren
• Kartoffeln (600g, gewürfelt) & Mettenden (300g, in Scheiben geschnitten) sowie 2 Lorbeerblätter dazu geben, mit Brühe ablöschen (soviel nehmen bis alles gut bedeckt ist) 30 Min kochen
• wer will, gibt jetzt noch Reste hinzu: 200g TK Erbsen, gekochter Blumenkohl, 1/2 Dose dicke weiße Bohnen, ggf Brühe dazu gießen, nochmal 15 Min kochen
• 50g Schmand unterrühren, abschmecken mit etwas Essig

Ah oui.... La recette pour environ 6 cookies ou 1 géant😜
🍪60g farine d'avoine
🍪1 œuf
🍪15g cacao en poudre
🍪1 pincée de bicarbonate
🍪90g yaourt végétal
🍪10g miel

On mélange le tout, et on rajoute les pépites de chocolat...
Pour ma part, j'ai préféré un carreau de chocolat noir 85% coupé en petits morceaux !

Cuire au four environ 10 à 15 minutes à 180°... Il n'y a plus qu'à se régaler !

solo 4 ingredientes! zanahoria + espinaca + huevos + quesos 👩🏻‍🍳♥️
Es MUY MUY RICO! Lo podes acompañar con alguna ensalada o carne 🌟 podes fraccionarlo y congelar en porciones, te salva esos días con poco tiempo o pocas ganas de cocinar ✔️
Yo lo hice en budinera pero podes usar cualquier molde para horno o tambien podes hacer tortillas en sartén! O rellenar una tarta 🙌🏻
Te dejo la RECETA ✍🏼
Ingredientes
> 1 mazo de espinacas grande [o acelga]
> 3 zanahorias grandes
> 1 cebolla
> 4 cdas soperas de queso crema light
> 1 feta de queso cremoso light [o queso en hebras o rallado]
> 4 huevos
> sal y semillas
Procedimiento
1 . Saltear la cebolla cortada en cubos chicos en una sarten con un chorrito de aceite de oliva, luego agregar las hojas de espinaca y cocinar hasta que reduzcan su tamaño
2 . Hervir las zanahorias y una vez cocidas, procesarlas junto con 2 huevos, sal a gusto y 2 cdas de queso crema
3 . Una vez que se enfria el revuelto de espinaca, agregar 2 huevos, sal a gusto y 2 cdas de queso crema
4 . Rociar con aceite un molde y agregar el revuelto de espinacas y luego el pure de zanahoria, agregar queso cremoso y semillas por encima y llevar al horno por 35 minutos aproximadamente
