barely 10 AM but already having a damn MONDAY kinda MONDAY ya feel? welcome to the dark side (aka midterm season 🥵🤯🤭🙃🤓). i don’t have much time to hang around here today so i’m just gonna take this plate of cookies and head out. nothing a little pumpkin soul food cant fix right?? someone tell me i’m right 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

pumpkin spiced fluffy chocolate chip cookies
**inspired by @bitesbymi olive oil cookies hi sisterrrrr - 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- splash of vanilla

blend these ingredients together in a food processor until smooth and well-combined. then add: - 1.5 cups almond flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- sea salt
- cinnamon
- pinch of baking soda

blend again until a thick, rollable dough forms. if too runny, add another tablespoon of coconut flour. add chocolate chips of choice and roll batter into balls, placing on a well-greased cookie sheet. bake for about 12 minutes (take them out a little under-done)!

Rise & shine Monday morning!!!🌞 Have you tried my paleo Blueberry crumb bars yet?! Grain free, gluten free, low carb & refined sugar free! These also work with any jam you have on hand! I like to make my own, so there’s no added refined sugars👍🏼 The blueberry jam is bursting with flavor and pairs perfectly with the Paleo crumb crust! ✨Healthy Paleo Blueberry Crumb Bars✨

✨Crust Ingredients✨
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 3-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder.

. ✨Blueberry Jam Ingredients✨
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch (or cornstarch)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds .

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

For the filling: place blueberries in a small pot over medium heat, add the rest of the filling ingredients then stir to combine. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then lower the heat to a simmer. Smash the blueberries with a fork and continue to simmer until thickened. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.

For the crust: combine all ingredients for the crust in a bowl and combine until the dough forms. The dough should easily stick together, yet still be a little crumbly. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and press 2/3 of the dough into the pan to create your base layer. Bake for 15 minutes. Take out the oven and evenly spread the blueberry jam. Finally, use the remaining dough and crumble on top of the jam. I like to create big crumbs, just like the bakery does! Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown! I like to stick these in the fridge for a few hours to set, then cut them into squares. ENJOY❤️ #healthwithvictoria

Missing living in New York with the change of seasons when I could go apple picking so I had to bring the fall to me! 🍎🍁 Cozy APPLE OATS topped with sautéed honeycrisp apple, a spoonful of creamy peanut butter and @wolosnacks salted caramel bar for an extra treat!🥰 Happy Monday everybody ❤️

Mira acá la receta:
- 3 claras @eggcellencearg
- 1/3 de manzana rallada🍎 pequeña orgánica de @mediocampo.organico
- 1 y 1/2 cda de harina de trigo sarraceno
- 1 cda de Proteína Vegana 🌱 “About Time” de @gnc.argentina
- Stevia
- Vainilla

1. Mezcle todo con batidor manual.
2. Llevé a la wafflera previamente engrasada y calentada.
3. Esperé y luego acompañe con yogur griego @kaynak_yogurt_griego y el restante de manzana 🍎 fileteada y cocida! Cómo?

Paso a paso para las manzanas:
1. La corte.
2. La puse en la sartén con agua hasta tapar, por encima la tapa y esperé a que se absorbiera por completo.
3. Al final cuando ya casi no quedaba agua, destape y empezó acaramelar. Ahí constantemente removí hasta dorar por completo.
4. Retire y listo ✌️

Growing up in a Hindu household, I have vivid memories of being restless during the entire course of my mother’s daily prayers and waiting for the Prasad at the end. During Navratras, the nine day worship of the divine mother, Bhandaras are organized. Bhandaras are spiritual gatherings where large quantities of food are prepared by the community and then distributed to everybody who attends it. 
This is a form of community service where poor and ailing are fed alongside  the affluent and thus establishing their equality in the eyes of the lord.

The festivals of Diwali, Holi, Dussehra  and Janmashtami are often associated with the preparation of delicious foods. People visit their friends and relatives and offer each other food. This helps in spreading harmony and unity in the community.

Feliz viernes a todos😊! Les traigo una nueva versión MEJORADA de mi pan de banano para que lo hagan este fin de semana🤤💪. Es súper rápido y fácil de hacer, y queda absolutamente DELICIOSO😍👌. Cada rebanada equivale a 1 tajada de pan así siéntase a gusto de sustituir en sus desayunos y meriendas su pan integral por este pancito de banano🍌🙌.
• ✅Salen 16 porciones y por porción 90kcal y equivale a 1 carbohidrato. •
Ingredientes:
•
2 tazas de harina integral, yo uso @biolandoficial
1 y ½ cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
3/4 de cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
1 cucharadita de vinagre
½ cucharada de aceite de oliva
1 cucharada de vainilla
3 claras de huevo, yo usé @proticlarascr
2 bananos medianos bien maduros
¾ de taza de leche 50% más proteína de @dospinos
3 cucharadas de chispas de chocolate sin azúcar
Opcional para que quede más dulce: 2 cucharadas de @natuviacr granulado o ¼ de taza de cualquier otro edulcorante granulado
1 pizca de sal

Aplastar los bananos con un tenedor hasta que queden hechos puré. Mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta formar una mezcla homogénea. Colocar la mezcla en un molde de pan engrasado y hornear a 350°F por 40-50 minutos hasta que al insertar un palillo este salga limpio. •

🍳Huevos fritos en AOVE

𝘚𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘧𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘴:
🍄 Setas shimeji y portobello frescas y boletus deshidratados
🖤 3 o 4 dientes de ajo negro
⚱️2 cp de salsa de trufas de Mercadona
. ▪️Cubrimos los boletus de agua y los dejamos hidratar 20' ▪️Rehogamos el ajo negro fileteado durante 1 o 2 minutos. ▪️Añadimos las setas frescas y los boletus escurridos y los salteamos a fuego medio-fuerte  unos 5 minutos aprox. ▪️Añadimos 3 cucharadas del agua donde hemos hidratado los boletus y removemos. ▪️Retiramos del fuego y añadimos la salsa de trufas.
