Shout out to those people that have hectic/busy lives that somehow make it to the gym 💪🏼 I understand the hustle.  Juggling school, a full time job, and a personal life is extremely difficult. Squeezing in the gym takes that extra discipline. I just wanna say, keep going babe you got this 🥰

Haven’t really been as active as I usually am on my social media’s, due to just being so unmotivated, feeling like I’m dragging myself to the gym instead of enjoying it as I was used to felt like a chore more than anything not hitting my calorie intake goal the past few days, comparing my progress to others, and basically feeling like other crap in myself and so low because of it but had to remind myself of how far I’ve come already this time last year I was stick thin! got back on track yesterday with my calories actually enjoyed my work out this morning, it’s important to remember everyone feels like that it’s just how bad you want it and how willing you are to stay consistent because if it was easy everyone would do it ☺️

People sometimes ask me how I stay so motivated, and to be honest I’m not. We all have those times when we go through s*** in ways it can make us feel down at times... the only thing that should really matters is, remembering why you started and where you hope to be SOMEDAY. When you can  remember why you started what your doing.. whether it’s working out or even creating a business and you can remember the goals you set for yourself. That will be your motivation🙌🏼

1⃣ Seated Shoulder Press (3 Sets x 12-15 Reps)

🎯 Personally one of my favourite upper body exercises but there are a few common mistakes I see way too often. Main focus here should be your positioning and making sure your chest is up, engage your core whilst lifting, keep looking forward throughout the movement and focus on those shoulder muscles that are working and engaged 💪
.
2⃣ Triangle Push Ups (3 Sets x 12-15 Reps)
.
🎯 A lot of people ask me what are the best exercises to tone your arms and although you can't pick and choose where you want to lose weight from this is a great exercise to help tone the back of your arm where a lot of fat is stored naturally. As always, keep your core tight and focus on pushing using your triceps as an isolated working muscle group 💪
.
3⃣ Dumbbell Bicep Curls (3 Sets x 12-15 Reps)
.
🎯 The main emphasis and key here is to isolate your biceps, keep your shoulders back and head up with good posture and pin your elbows to your sides to avoid jerking 💪
.
4⃣ Front Raises (3 Sets x 12-15 Reps)
.
🎯 Our main focus here is to lift the weight in a controlled manner, refrain from swinging and focus on the raising the dumbbell using the front of your shoulder 💪 .
⏱ Keep rest periods between 45-60 seconds between each set and 60-90 seconds between sets
.
