Не верьте тем , кто после 28-30 лет говорят что не занимаются спортом и не соблюдают диету и отлично выглядят . Чтобы оставаться здоровым и крепким ( худоба здесь не при чем ) надо работать над собой и лучше каждый день ! Найти хотя бы 30 минут ( в идеале час ) времени для спорта . Главное начать , пересилить себя неделю -две , а потом втягиваешься. Но первые разы это реально сложно, мозг начинает придумывать и оправдываться ПОЧЕмУ вам сейчас не до спорта , куча дел ! 1️⃣FEET HIP WIDTH APART AND BARBELL OVER MID-FOOT: In order to establish a strong base of support, start with your feet under your hips with toes forward or slightly flared out.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2️⃣HINGE YOUR HIPS BACK: Initiate the deadlift by sitting back with your hips. This will help you to load your posterior chain (glutes and hamstrings) and get into a strong starting position.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣GRAB THE BAR JUST OUTSIDE YOUR SHINS: The wider your hands, the greater the demand on your mid and upper back. Keeping your hands in closer will help make the pull feel easier than if they were out too wide.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4️⃣ALIGN YOUR ARMPITS DIRECTLY OVER THE BAR: This will set you up for a more vertical and direct bar path, which makes the deadlift much more efficient.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5️⃣PUSH INTO THE FLOOR AND STAND TALL: Instead of thinking about “lifting” the bar off the floor, think about “pushing” your feet into the ground. The harder you push down into the floor, the stronger your deadlift will be. Stand tall at the top and look straight ahead to practice good alignment.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Noticed I was overcompensating my lower back when I do glutes so I shortened the range of motion and it’s activating glutes way more this way!!!😎

Esos 5 pasos desde que sales de detras de la cortina hacia el punto cebtro del escenario para empezar con tu coreo.

Para mi es uno de los momentos de mayor empción. Son 5 segundos donde andas encarado a tu guerra. Donde se mezclan nervios, concentración, repasas que haras, y deseas que todo salga como lo has soñado. Una vez empieza el show, los nervios se van y solo disfrutas del show. .
Pero sin duda. Esos 5 segundo de camino hacia el punto fijado por los jueces es el mas ESPECIAL de todos. .

What is so special about them??! Why everyone is so obsessed with "how do I get a big butt?", "what exercises should i do to get a big butt?", "can I lose fat and get a big butt at the same time?", "should I squat more to get a big butt?" oooommmmmfffffgggg. ⁣
Nowadays social media is "one big butt" and my page as well as you can see lol...well I try to deliver what people mostly ask for🤷‍♀️ ⁣

So what lies behind glute training?!⁣

➡️For most people is of course aesthetic...big butt looks nice and appealing in tight pants duh! It's the largest muscle in your body that you can actually grow to quite a big size...especially if genetics weren't really generous to you or if you want to compensate for other body parts that were supposed to grow but somehow it didn't happen 🍒 my case ahah ⁣

Nothing wrong with this approach to glute training... that gives you a hell lot of confidence and damn if having a shelf behind your back makes YOU happy just go for it! I'm here for you 💪⁣

➡️Now what about strong glutes = good health⁣
I'm not gonna talk much that training (weight lifting) in general not only strengthening your muscles, but is a way to strong bones, healthy joints, good cardiovascular system etc. ⁣
⁣
The most important thing here is no ass = back pain...if you never train your glutes, you are sitting most of your life, your glute muscles are forever in "turned off" mode, you are probably dying from lower back pain...⁣
⁣
Your hips are the foundation for your body, and if your glutes are weak, well everything around it have to work harder to compensate your flat ass....simply doing body weight exercises can make a big difference...so rn drop on the floor and do some glute bridges ahah ⁣
⁣
Strong glutes also give you balance and stability in every movement of your daily activities, so you won't injure yourself by simply getting out of bed 🥴

I would always use a good lifting belt for heavy squats or deadlifts! It will protect your health in long term.⁣

HEADPHONES:⁣
Headphones are for me an absolute must have! They help you to stay focused and your favourite tracks will motivate you while heavy sets! ⁣

WIRST WRAPS:⁣
Also a must have for heavy Benchpress or deadlifts. You feel more secure and can manage the weight better. For back day’s it is also great because you take your bizeps out and can concentrate really on your back.⁣

SHAKER:⁣
Always stay hydrated while training and prep your post workout shake!🔥💪🏻⁣
⁣
RESISTANCE BANDS:⁣
Always have a good warmup before working out. I use resistancd bands to get mobility to my shoulders.⁣
⁣
DIP BELT:⁣
It is impossible to get really strong in dips without adding more weight. A dip belt is made for that.⁣

Chest and shoulders,  volume workout.  That's right;  chest coming first this time. I've been prioritising my shoulders because of the rotator cuff injury,  but now I'm giving my pecs some much needed TLC 😆
With the help of @jayfitjourney.uk , I  went beyond failure in a safe manner and hit the targeted numbers.  We also went over progressive overload programing,  injuries,  caloric intake as well as other bodybuilding topics. 
Shout out to a bloke who was eavesdropping and chuckling;  made me want to shout Russell Crowe style "ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED? !?"
Anyway,  here's how it went. ..
Barbell bench press : 6 sets total - 1 warmup set of 30 reps,  followed by 5 progressively heavier sets of 10-12 
Dumbbell incline bench press : 4 progressively heavier sets of 10-12
Incline prone laterals - again,  thanks @mountaindog1 for this great exercise! 
3 progressively heavier sets of 12 - I cheated somewhat in the last set (filmed ) but I wanted to get all the reps
Seated side laterals : 3 progressively heavier sets of 12
Dumbbell rear delt fly : 3 progressively heavier sets of 12
And that was it.  Clearly,  the goal was go as heavy in 10-12 rep range and reach failure in the last,  maximum effort set.

Anyway, here's how it went. ..
Barbell bench press : 6 sets total - 1 warmup set of 30 reps, followed by 5 progressively heavier sets of 10-12
Dumbbell incline bench press : 4 progressively heavier sets of 10-12
Incline prone laterals - again, thanks @mountaindog1 for this great exercise!
3 progressively heavier sets of 12 - I cheated somewhat in the last set (filmed ) but I wanted to get all the reps
Seated side laterals : 3 progressively heavier sets of 12
Dumbbell rear delt fly : 3 progressively heavier sets of 12
And that was it. Clearly, the goal was go as heavy in 10-12 rep range and reach failure in the last, maximum effort set.

I’m rubbish at hang clean & there’s quite a bit weight difference from my full clean (120kg) but I hit a slight PB 2day, 107.5kg at 65kg bodyweight.

As a personal trainer my job is to work with clients and give them my knowledge so that they can achieve their goals BUT, I have to mould and shape my knowledge in different ways so that it can fit that individuals lifestyle and mindset.
