During this period of social distancing, I’ve learned a little about myself and my habits 😜 
I’ve learned that my motivation, productivity, and anxiety fluctuates on a day to day level in this kind of setting, and so in the future I definitely need to take the time to be more mindful about my own capabilities for each day. 
What I mean by that is what I’m able to accomplish one day isn’t necessarily realistic for me the next day. 
I’m working on finding more consistency in my headspace 💭but at the moment I’m just taking the time to be mindful. Being aware, noticing and observing my thoughts and feelings is the best thing for me at the moment🤍🥰

The page was ear-marked for a future date when I felt well enough to gather my thoughts from escaping me like prisoners. I don’t think I would have ever willingly returned on my own. I had scrapped the chapter all together until he flipped through my pages, landing on the chapter title with no pause— no hesitation— not a single second to think twice before diving into the text that made me twist and turn in the late hours of the night. I needed help, and I think he understood that.

How’s the home workouts going, guys? So, I’ve spent way too much money on home gym gear (well, at least I’m not spending it on midnight shenanigans in bars and clubs) but three weeks in and I couldn’t be happier with my dumbells, resistance bands and jumping rope. Even managed do nail a PR of 29 DU’s unbroken yesterday! 🥳. Talk to you in three weeks again, when I’ve probably bailed on everything and dig myself into a pile of empty pizza boxes and bottles of wine. Cheeeeeers 🍷

Wow I’m not sure there’s anything I can say that so many of these beautiful ladies haven’t already said in their post. I’m almost at a loss for words. ⠀

I’m truly blessed to have such a strong and encouraging community. I wouldn’t feel as confident about my disease as I do without the example of so many individuals in the community. ⠀

In 2016, when I first turned to Instagram to tell my story about IBD, I was terrified. What were people going to think? Many of my family members also said I was oversharing and that I shouldn’t post about it. ⠀
⠀
But I’m so glad that I did. Little did I know how one little post would change my life. I was overwhelmed with the amount of encouragement I got from so many IBD Warriors. A handful of people even offered a helping hand and gave me some of the best advice in a time I felt extremely alone. ⠀
⠀
From that day forth, I devoted myself to helping people by sharing my journey. I also open my heart and lend my ears to anyone that needs to talk to me about it. ⠀
⠀
I am so grateful to see other strong women that have a similar mindset to my own. We are IBD Warriors 💜. ⠀⠀

Another quick way to get a high lean protein breakfast is getting yourself some Prozis products. They have Protein-Wafers, -Milk, -Bars, etc. that are all great options for breakfast with no preparation. Whats really good are the protein brownies, high in protein and really good macros but still that awesome brownie taste we all love.🤤

Want to touch on this briefly. 
Stretch marks seem to create mixed opinions, some people are ashamed of them, some are self conscious depending where the stretch mark is located, some don't mind it, others stare at them. 
I have a couple good ones, and some on my forearms, the ones on the forearms I have had 1 or 2 people ask " what happened"  thinking that it's something else... It really depends what way you look at it, for me weighing 30kg 6/7 years ago having organs 2 weeks away from shutting down and an XS top drown me and going to a point where I am now, These stretch marks are something I'm proud of because I know looking at them that I had to of busted my ass for that to happen, to me they hold a lot of memories and make me think back to how I used to be, how I am now and what I will be in the future.

My opinion is stretch marks can be telltale signs of people's journeys so never be ashamed of them and don't judge them.

I've definitely got 100kg+ with the Clean and Power Jerk, I'm just a little afraid going too heavy when I can't drop the weight yet. I honestly find power jerks way easier and more comfortable in comparison to split jerking.
