Hot, creamy, cheesy goodness for on the go or a cute coffee date. I was impressed, it was simple but tasty and the cheese melted really well!

We’ve owned this bad boy for a couple of years, my hubby swore he’d use it... he’s never even touched it besides putting it together.  I’ve decided to make friends with it.  I was doing other programs, but was needing to buy heavier dumbbells and didn’t want to.

Here's a great list of exercise options you can do for each body part on push day. Here's how you can set it all up to make the perfect push day for yourself:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

First, pick 2 exercises per body part. For strength, focus on using the 1-8 rep range, and the 6-15 rep range for hypertrophy. The exercises don't need to be the same for strength and hypertrophy, but some can be the same if you like. Here's an example:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Fuimos a Puerto Rico y lo recorrimos en bicicleta desde las 7 de la mañana 🇵🇷 Estuvo un poco nublado pero eso fue bueno para no acalorarnos mucho mientras pedaleábamos en la bici.

Start with a push-up jump up and do a pull up and repeat. For a beginner version do a push-up on your knees. Hold on to the pull-up bar and lift your knees to a 90 degree and repeat.

Greife die Langhantel etwa schulterbreit im Untergriff und achte auf einen ebenso schulterbreiten und stabilen Stand.

In der Grundposition befinden sich deine Oberarme seitlich eng an deinem Oberkörper, wo sie auch während des gesamten Bewegungsablaufs verweilen

Hebe die Hantel langsam an und führe sie nach oben, bis die aufeinandertreffende Muskulatur von Ober- und Unterarmen den Bewegungsradius limitiert. Achte im Zuge dieser sogenannten konzentrischen Bewegungsphase darauf, dass die Bewegung ausschließlich aus den Ellenbogengelenken kommt.

Lass das Gewicht nun langsam wieder ab. Diese sogenannte exzentrische Belastung sorgt für die Aktivierung zusätzlicher Muskelfasern, die beim Anheben des Gewichts nicht angesprochen werden. Jede Wiederholung sollte mindestens 5-6 Sekunden in Anspruch nehmen.

Upper body is cooked, legs feel slightly warmed-up.

🚨⚠️3 3 5lbs!!⚠️🚨Dont know how but I did it.

Some days 275lbs seems heavy to me , some days 315lbs feel like a piece of cake and some days I just a need pre work to wake me up and that's been almost everyday now. 🤷‍♀️

I do avoid deadlifts and squat on days that I walk 20,000 at work because even if I drink pre work out my body is tired so I do upper body instead.

Anyway I'll try to be active as much as I can. Sometimes I just dont have time😬😑
