🔥Circuit training by @dancudes 🔥

Circuits are one of my favourite ways to train in terms of strength and conditioning. They are fun, challenging, and can really get your heart rate up and burn hundreds of calories in a short period of time. I'll do circuits or HIIT training 1 to 2 times a week to keep my conditioning up, stay fit, and to stay lean. Usually when I do circuits, I go based on time as opposed to reps, but sometimes I give myself a number of reps I must complete and for each exercise and see how long it will take me to complete the entire workout. What is awesome with circuits is that you can either do bodyweight circuits or weighted circuits and with the latter, the weights do not and really shouldn't be all that heavy. Notice for both these examples, I give a large rep range as some people will only be able to get the minimal amount of reps and others probably more than the maximum and both are great. The goal is for you to set a goal number of reps per exercise per round and crush it. I also have a 30 second rest interval though that can go up or down as needed. Remember, form is everything. Even if the circuit takes you longer, form must be perfect and full range of motion or you're just wasting time. Secondly, these only serve as examples and should be adjusted to your fitness level. Circuits are a fun and effective way to train and can be done almost anywhere anytime.

I don’t know why they call these sissy squats. When you do them right and as a finishing movement on your leg day you make ugly faces like me😅. Shout out to @davidhenry_ifbbpro for the tip of lean back more and driving the hips forward at the top. Game changer and a new variation to work to improve. 📝 The hamstrings are made up of three muscles: the biceps femoris which is located at the outer side of the thigh; the semitendinosus, which is located at the inner side of the thigh and the semimembranosus, which is mostly covered by the semitendinosus. If you trained for perfect symmetrie in your hamstrings both of your “semi” muscles should add up together to about the size of your biceps femoris. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💥Often times those three parts don’t develop proportionally though as some people tend to develop the biceps femoris first while others develop the “semis” dominantly. This is due to either individual physical structures with regard to the bones or (which is more common), faulty motor control and suboptimal selection of hamstring exercises as well as lack of variety. A great way to overcome those kind of hamstring imbalances is working with different feet positions when doing leg curls:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
➕ If you point your toes out focus shifts on the biceps femoris. If you feel your semis are the dominant ones this is a great way to make leg curls more biceps femoris dominant.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
➕When pointing your toes inwards on the other hand work will focus more on the semis.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Focus on improving your performance rather than seeing food as an accountant. Less mental expenditure and actual joy will fill your routine. This is nearly 12 years of work...living in this "get-rich-quick" #matrix and erratic society...hard work and patience is rarely appreciated. I'm still a white belt mentally...I never want to rest on my laurels. It's a mindset...allow yourself daily to be receptive for growth and learning.

Sumo deadlift PR! Did I get it????? I started sumo deadlifting about 2 weeks ago and am still trying to perfect my form. If you see in the video my hands are to close so I know that for next time. I got 365 up easy and couldn’t even get 405 off the floor.. why’s that?  This quote from J.K Rowling explains why perfectly “It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all, in which case you have failed by default.”
When we fail to profit, we often become prophets. We start seeing failure in advance, even if there’s no evidence our venture is headed for disaster. When the mind foresees failure, it can lead to paralysis. So pretty much this is saying that before I even tried to lift the bar I knew I was going to fail, if I didn’t think that way (which I won’t next time) that would have went up easy... AND THAT GOES FOR EVERY PERSON! I hope you enjoyed the video !

I actually attempted this twice tonight. I failed the first time but instead of giving up. I gave myself a minute, looked at the video and question what I did wrong. I noticed my leg positioning wasn't right. My good mate @insaiyancosfit stepped in and said "here try this". Gave me a few tips about leg drive. I took it on board and put it into practice, was still hard but I got the rep.

Moral of the story? Don't give up. Don't underestimate the difference a few words can make and NEVER underestimate your capacity to learn from others. This applies to all aspects of life, not just training. Food for thought.

1.5 servings of low fat pepperonis 
4 servings pizza sauce 
2 servings fat free mozzarella
2 servings 2% mozzarella 
10g Parmesan 
Layer all ingredients starting with chicken breast(I cut mine in half to make them thinner), pizza sauce, cheese, pepperonis, and Parmesan. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes

Current Shape ✌🏻 Die letzten 2-3 Monate habe ich unregelmäßig trainiert und keine Kalorien getrackt - dafür aber viel leckeres Essen mit meinen Freunden genossen, öfter Alkohol getrunken und auch sonst mal alle 5 grade sein lassen ... - und was ist passiert ⁉️. .

NICHTS❗️Meine Form ist besser als sonst, ich fühle mich weniger gestresst und kann Essen mittlerweile auch wieder genießen - ohne sich 3 Tage vorher verrückt zu machen oder völlig zu eskalieren 👌🏻. . 
Klar soll man seine Ziele verfolgen und oft geht damit auch ein wenig Verzicht einher - aber man sollte eben auch das Leben nicht vergessen 🙂. . 
Gibt nämlich auch noch andere schöne Sachen, außer Sport und Kalorien zählen ✌🏻. .

Für mich geht es nun in die letzten Umzugsvorbereitungen und dann geht es zurück in die City ♥️. .
